Paid for king, pet friendly room. Requested ground floor for older doggie, several days in advance. Called property to confirm, nope, second floor! I had to call Expedia to request a ground floor but they claimed for several days to be unsuccessful contacting the property. I ended up staying in a double queen and will book directly next time to avoid hassle.

Tiny parking spots and long lines!!!
We did the early check in online which the hotel prompted us to do BUT it made no difference. After our 8 hour drive we still had to wait in a long line about 5 families in front of us, and only one check in agent. The following day our key card quit working and we had to wait in a long line again. The worst part was the extremely tiny parking spots. We could not even open our doors after parked to get in or out of our truck. I won’t be going back.

Great getaway Downtown
The rooms were super spacious and clean, the staff was top-notch friendly. Outside was underwhelming but the interior design made up for it in spades! I will definitely be a returning guest, my new favorite place to stay in Eugene.

Exceptional service
This has become one of our favorite places to stay in Eugene. Our recent stay may very well be our favorite. The level of service, room, food- everything was excellent. My only critique is I wish the pool was a few degrees warmer. Especially this time or year and since there is no hot tub. Other than that, 5 stars from us.
