Lovely manager, dog friendly and so welcoming!!

Lovely stay. The manager could not have been more friendly to us and our dog. Breakfast is really nice and well worth adding on when you check in. Easy parking and restaurant next door. Rooms on pool side are super quiet and you get a great nights sleep.

Je n’y retournerai pas!

Hôtes pas du tout accueillants Propreté laissant beaucoup à désirer… Poils sur les serviettes de bain Canette de soda sous le lit Oreiller taché Et taches de moisissures un peu partout dans la salle de bain Pas de sèche cheveux à disposition Et chauffage dans la salle de bain qui ne fonctionne pas en plein mois de Novembre… Petit déjeuner sans plus Pas de fruits frais et rien de fait maison que de l’industriel Hôtel très bruyant car en bord de route très fréquentée même un dimanche matin Les chambres sont très petites et pas du tout fonctionnelles

Excellent accueil. Chambre assez simple avec une bonne literie. Bémole pour la cabine de douche très petite et pour l'insonorisation entres les chambres. Petit dejeuner qualitatif et complet.

Très agréable hôtel bien situé (à 2 mn de la gare de Labenne) et tenu par un couple charmant. Ils sont très à l'écoute de leur client et sont arrangeants. Le complexe est spacieux et confortable.

Accueil très modeste obliger d attendre jusqu'à 17h ouverture de la porte de la chambre compliqué porte des toilettes ne se ferme pas. Télécommande de la tv ne fonctionne pas , piles usées

Das Hotel liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße (Verkehrslärm ist deutlich zu hören) ca. 15 Autominuten von Biarritz entfernt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 4km. Die Zimmer sind modern aber sehr reduziert eingerichtet. Extrem kleine Duschtasse, zu wenig Ablagefläche am Waschbecken. Beide Spiegel im Bad waren nicht sorgfältig geputzt. Im Bad sorgt ein Heizlüfter mit integriertem Haartrockner schnell für mollige Wärme.
