Poor housekeeping and lack of maintenance.
The desk clerk was very friendly, the first room when I checked in was not clean at all. The second room was better but the TV did not work and the couch went to the floor when I sat on it. The second room was clean and way more presentable. Pictures are from the first room that I checked in at 6:30pm on a Tuesday evening.

Staff very friendly. Had a ok breakfast but no juice or milk for the kids or regular cereal. I have a bad shoulder so couldn’t get comfortable on a diff bed but otherwise a good place to stay.

The whole hotel just needs to go! Horrble!!!!!!!!!
There was Roaches in the room. The tub filled as the shower ran. Someone wrote on the sealing in the room and they didnt clean it. The wifi was horrble the connection wasnt stayin at all. there was no cereal for breakfasts for the kids. The coffee was horrible and cold. The locks looked broken. When we pulled up the sign wasnt even the same. An Asian worker said its been like that for 2 months already. The whole room was horrble. I will never book here again. I took photos of everything and showed front desk guy the video of the roach. For some reason this app will not let me upload my photos.

When we checked in the key did not work..the door lock was broken. We had to have the desk clerk let us in our room every time we needed to get in instead of fixing the lock. The key did not work for the pool either. There was an ironing board, but no iron. The coffeemaker was broken. The mattresses were old as well as the couch in the room. Most of the desk clerks were clueless. The manager on our last day did apologize when we checked out and gave us a discount but I would never go back.

Sooo, I reserved 2 queens, got 2 dbls. System was down, and they insisted on coping my credit card, and I was like no way! well we need a card on file for insedentales. . Fine let me know when you can enter it, but my credit card is not getting photo copied. MANY things broke in room also. It was clean, but the staff troubles, I dont recomend this hotel at all.
