it was ok, pool area was not the best. water seem cold, hot tub was still down from storm, and one of the sky lights was still broken. i was not made aware of what the breakfast area was or bar/restaurant. if there was free breakfast or if i got food/bar credit.. glad we were only there for the 1 night. airport shuttle was nice to have but it took over 15mins to get the driver to the lobby for us.

Super clean. Bed was so soft. Davion was super welcoming and a pleasure to check in with! My husband mentioned my kids was hoping they could see the planes takeoff on the runway and when we started bringing in our bags Davion stopped us to move our rooms so that our kids could for sure see the planes. He definitely went above and beyond such a simple gesture made my kids whole night! I couldn't have been more thankful! We will definitely be back!

I would have never made this reservation for my family if It was disclosed that the pool has been out of order for weeks. I am left with 2 cranky, disappointed children, we could have stayed somewhere else, instead I find out at check-in, after asking, that the pool has not been operational for some time. At this point it was too late for me to try to find another hotel as we had appointments and plans. NOWHERE was it noted that any facilities were unavailable before I made the reservation. I asked to speak to the manager upon check out this morning but no one has gotten back to me yet. This is highly unprofessional and I am a displeased customer. I have stayed at the hotel before, which is why we returned. I expect a phone call and some kind of refund.

Mold
I understand a hurricane happened last month. We were put on the highest floor they have which is the 6th floor. As soon as we got off the elevator, there was an odor and could see they're working on fixing it in certain areas. The direction our room is, is where some of the mold is still untreated. I honestly think they shouldn't be renting out the 6th floor if its still mold on the ceiling.

People are very friendly, we went hoping to get in the pool and found it was closed the whole time we were there. No one came to clean the room so after 3 days I had to ask for it. Mind you every day I asked for towels and trash to be removed. We get a few towels my no house cleaning till I complained about it. The price is good, there is no breakfast that comes with renting here which I thought it did but my mistake and read online wrong. They had a breakfast buffet that is not worth the 20 dollars a person. But on the other hand their dinners were very good but a bit expensive. I wouldn’t come back , need house keeping and breakfast so I will go elsewhere.

Fantastic staff and amazing room!
This was my first stay in a Hilton brand hotel. I had a 22 hour drive and was exhausted when I arrived. The gentleman at the front desk gave me 2 cookies and quickly checked me in so i could get to my room. When i walked in the first thing i noticed was the tv was turned on and it said "Welcome Kevin". I thought that was a really nice touch. The bed was super comfortable and i loved the walk in shower.
