Amazing stay!

Simple and cute motel, comfy and cozy. Check-in was easy and fast, breakfast was very nice (plenty of choices and to go choices - especially when leaving early to explore the state parks around), newly remodeled feel. Room was super clean, cute theme and having a bar close to it was super convenient! I read a review mentioning their burger and it did not disappointed! It's not too far from Falls Creek State Park.

Nice upgraded spacious room. Everything was super clean!! Lady upfront was very kind. We didn’t get to experience the bar area as it is closed on Sunday and Monday but breakfast and coffee was good!

Outstanding Motel

I highly recommend this motel in Dunlap, Tennessee, the Motel was extremely clean and nice, the owner is extremely out going making sure your stay is enjoyable. The only negative I would say is the beds are just like all hotel and Motel beds Hard. The burgers and wings next door at the Bar are out of this world good.

poor options

Bed wasn't comfortable. It was too hard and pillows too soft. We could only get ice in lobby which closed at 6. Breakfast was donuts, bagels, or sweet cereals with whole milk. Lobby didn’t open until 730a for breakfast. Since hotel is in central time, but very close to eastern time, it was hard to get to things for sightseeing early since breafast was 830a eastern time.

Easy check in/out process. Nice staff. Rooms were nicely updated and clean. Local food options for breakfast. Note that lobby is closed on Sundays and see posted hours. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

LOVED this motel! It’s been completely renovated by the new owners & is very well done. Rooms are spacious & the cleanest that we’ve stayed in during our 3 week vacation. Appreciated the personal service from the owner who contacted us prior to arrival to ensure that our check-in would go smoothly. Top notch service in every way, and the bakery goods at the continental breakfast were the freshest I’ve ever had at a hotel. Delicious donuts! Thank you for taking pride in your business - it shows and is much appreciated!

Very pleasant stay

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great air quality inside which is something f I like. Very friendly exhibiting high standards! The town of Dunlap should follow suit and have other properties on their main streets clean up, like they have here, so that the entire community could prosper. I would have never driven through the town if this motel didn’t have exceptional ratings in the travel Ap that I use so I hope this commentary finds its way to the town officials there. This is a beautiful area with a lot to offer. I travel consistently for my employment and role in “rural development” and enjoy finding spots like this where Americans maintain pride in their businesses and community. Thank you.

Everything was great. Only issue was that the AC unit fan was loud and when it would start up you would have to turn the tv up and it would wake you up at night.

Wonderful little hotel!

Absolutely blown away with how great our stay was! We were only passing through and spent one night at the honey bee. We weren’t arriving until after the office closed and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Everything was ready to go and the room was HUGE, smelled good and immediately felt nice and clean. They had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, the parking was good. Next time we visit the state park I’m certain we will be staying here again!
