Property itself was ok, the staff on the other hand not so much. Had an employee check into the hotel for an event. During the check-in, no one in the front desk, went over to confirm her itinerary and also never captured her personal information to include her name, emergency phone number contact and email There was an issue with the reservation, which should have been booked for 2 tonight’s, but only ended up being booked for one night. At the time of check out, while our employee was working, hotel staff went to her room, removed all of her belongings and upon our employee, arriving back to the hotel, she was informed that her personal belongings had been gathered, and that there was no room available for her. Two of her personal items never made it back to her and also while calling the hotel the next day to complain about the process was rudely greeted by a front desk person who refused to acknowledge that their lack of protocol further contributed to the booking issue that could’ve been easily made aware of the day of check in if front desk went over the booking as all hotels do….and worst case if they had the guests contact information as all hotels do, the guest could have been made aware much earlier in the day of the issue/check out. Our staffer arrived back to the hotel at 6:30pm was informed that there was no room for her. Very poorly handled and no effort to offer a resolution outside of a dis-genuine apology.
