We had a great stay! At first we were a little confused but the Baymont was really nice and welcoming. You can tell they put money where it matters and not just made it look nice.

Upon arrival was given our keys to our room, but when we entered the bed wasn't made and the room wasn't cleaned. Went back down to the front desk to report the findings with a response, "I'll have to let housekeeping know". Was given keys to another room in a used key folder, but the room was ready for use. The room was dated with many coats of paint and stains on bathroom wall. Other than that the room was acceptable. For breakfast the waffles were awesome!

Needs a deep clean
The check in process was smooth and we were able request a late checkout. I travel often, so I know a clean room when I see one…..this room was not clean. The main room area where the bed is was decent…the bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom was gross. The floor was filthy and there was crud all over the walls. The bathtub also didn’t drain when showering, so your feet were standing in still, dirty water. It’s unbelievably hard to relax somewhere that doesn’t feel clean.
