It's OK
The location was good. The rooms are very spacious. The area that needs improvement is the breakfast. It is the exact same items everyday. After 3 days of the same thing, it gets repetitive.

We arrived 45 min earlier, they charged $25... I found that ia very ridiculus. The bed mattress is very uncomfortable, sinking once you laydown.

Warning!!
Moisture problem in the room. They had the AC turned down to 63 degrees when we got there. Found out it was because if you turn it up, the floors get wet and slick and the towels, your clothes, the sheets and even the toilet paper is damp. Front desk wouldn’t do anything or give a refund. And the room smelled so bad. The sheets had even mildewed at one point so they washed them and put them back on but you could still see the mildew.

Stayed here during hurricane Milton.
We evacuated during the hurricane and reserved two rooms. The staff was accommodating and let us change rooms. Our first room had an A/C leak onto the floor and there was a puddle. Second room had a fridge and microwave that did not work. We went to a third room and someone had already been on the bed and used the soap and towel. Back to second room - hard floor was filthy as it is evident they don’t mop them. Plus, everything in the room had moisture on it to include the floor. Condensation formed on everything- never seen anything like it. The staff brought us a new fridge on day two. Breakfast was included and was good. The location was also good with many restaurants nearby.

I typically do not do hotels as air bnbs are my thing but this trip we were spending the day at Disney and the next day at dance so it wasn’t a did deal and the price was cheap. The staff at the front desk was extremely pleasant and welcoming. However, the room was awful. Paint was peeling from the ceiling in the shower, the room had the worst smell like mold or mildew, the beds were wet so we wouldn’t even sleep under the covers, when we left our luggage and everything was wet. The walls would hold condensation, when you walked on the floor it was wet so your feet got wet. I guess you really get what you pay for.

En general el cuarto estaba bien. El piso y el baño estaban limpios pero en la ducha casi no habia agua. La presion del grifo era bien poca y no habia agua caliente. Fue un poco complicado bañarnos con poca agua y fria. El aire acindicionado necesita limpieza urgente. De lo demas, todo estaba bastabte bien. Las areas verdes limpias y la piscina estaba muy bien.

Orlando International drive
On late arrival given room 143, bedroom and bathroom like a motel, not a suite but it was damp and moist. Complained in the morning, moved to a nicer room asap and Sylvia housekeeping manager vould not do enough to help make our stay more comfortable. Swimming pool was a good size and clean with filters working, loved it. Close to international drive and the bus service very cheap and accessible to ride all day for only 5 dollars. Breakfast was same as every where in Orlando Staff very helpful and cheerful. Would stop again

I felt very off when coming here. Room was clean I guess. The hotel itself is very, not clean. Broken down elevators. They gave me a connecting room for what reason? The place was empty. I'm not the only one who was sketched out by this "hotel."

Not sure about this one
Check-in was great, the clerk was very nice. He allowed us to check in early. I requested a room on the 1st floor. We were sent to the very back of the hotel, it almost seemed abandoned. The room was ok but dated. The dresser was broken. It was fairly clean except for the fixtures and the top blanket of the bed. The fixtures were rusty which seemed odd. The blankets on the bed had random hairs (not ours). Thankfully we bring our own blankets. The beds were barely the minimum standard of a bed. Very springy and not at all comfortable. On a positive note, the water was hot, the room was cold and close to the parks so it worked out even though I did not get a good nights sleep.

Needs to be demolished
We used to stay here back in the day as just a place to lay your head, nothing fancy but it was clean and a great location, and offered a great breakfast. Now things have took an absolute turn for the worst it seems, not sure who owns it now, but the rooms are filthy, towels sheets are dingy. Terrible mattresses, rooms have so much moisture in them everything stays wet and the walls have mold on them. I am used to roughing it if need be but this was disgusting. Trust me when I say you will not be comfortable here, I am not high maintenance when it comes to somewhere to sleep for one night, so just trust my review, breakfast is nothing but toast at this point and the rooms are rotting.
