PRETTY GOOD
At check in, the lady was not very nice. She did not give us a welcome bag (like I saw other people receive), and she even forgot to give us our keys! She also did not mention the happy hour that the hotel has in the afternoon Monday-Thursday. Thankfully we were down at the pool and found out from another guest. Front desk definitely needs to be more informative and friendly.
Upon arriving to out room, the toilet had issues flushing. That was fixed quickly. However, the bathroom sink did not drain very well and the ice maker in the room did not work. We reported these issues to the hotel front desk, but nothing was ever done about it.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this hotel. A few small things to improve on, but can be easily fixed.
