Family friendly. Cold indoor pool.
Its a family-friendly hotel, and overall, we had a decent stay. The only letdown was the indoor swimming pool. Before booking, we called to check if the pool was heated, and the attendant said it was around 90 degrees. We were really looking forward to swimming with our young kids, but the water was freezing. We had chosen this hotel mainly because it was advertised having a warm indoor pool, so that was a bit disappointing.

Hotel restaurant was shut down. Pool was closed. No fitness center on site that I could find. The room I stayed in was in much need of repair. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the room smelled of mildew. The staff at the facility was amazing.

Won't go back.
Our group had 3 total rooms that we requested to be mext to each other. Called an hour before check-in to see about early check in an was told 1 of my 3 rooms wasnt quite ready. And that all 3 were rooms were on lobby floor. Went to dinner to kill the last bit of time til it would be and arrived hour after checkin time. Rooms were moved to a different floor and still were waiting for 1 of my 3 rooms to be cleaned. 40 minutes of waiting and went to check on other room and still wasnt ready. Wouldn't compensate charges for being unable to check in only offered a minute for minute later check out on 1 of the 3 rooms which did us no good since we had 3 rooms total. 2 still had to check out at normal time. No room service available and when asked for directions to a convenience store guy gave bad directions. Drove out of my way for nothing had to circle back around to another store.

Just a “Meh” stay
When we arrived in the evening, around 6pm, checked in, and headed to our room there was trash in the hallway and an open bag next to our door. When I went down to ask for maintenance to remove the trash, the customer service person was less than helpful and rather dismissive of my concerns regarding the trash. It was not a pleasant experience; customer service was definitely lacking.
