A real ghetto trash
this is the most horrible place we have ever stayed. The TV channels sucked, the room smelled, the beds were too small my husband had to sleep on the floor and then they did have any extra blankets. The lady running the breakfast as a complete witch she was rude as could be. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this ghetto trash also in the worst neighborhood possible

Good for overnight
Good for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Unable to use the heating system as a horrible odor emitted when turned on. Looked at the unit and noted the debris at the vented area. The toilet seat also needed to be replaced, cracked and peeling. Also, I was not happy that I had to pay to park in the hotel lot. I do not remember that being disclosed on the website. The one bright spot was the worker at the front desk. His service was exemplary. He addressed all of my needs with a humble attitude. We need more of him in the world today.

The room was spacious and comfortable. However, that room should have a larger refrigerator and stove area. The furniture needs to be updated and cleaned such as the sofa, chair, and table and chairs.

Great Stay, Few Complaints
Great hotel in a good location! Convenient to all kinds of shopping and food. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good as it included a meat option, dry goods, and refrigerated options. One complaint that I have is that our tub looked like it needed to be repaired. The caulking around it was cracked and discolored. We did have a few ants in our room and we could never get our remote to control the volume of the tv. We also discovered that a light switch controlled the power of the tv. Honestly, those things in comparison to the friendliness of the staff and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made them tolerable. We hardly spent time in our room so they weren’t that bothersome.

Not the greatest
We checked in after a long night and long drive only to be told there was no hot water in the hotel. Ok, we just wanted to go to bed. We had a lot to carry in and asked about a luggage cart. The front desk clerk kindly hunted one down for us though. We got upstairs and the entire reeked of weed. There were roaches in the room and the bathroom looked like it had not been swept because there was loose debris all over the floor.

Run down hotel
When I arrived the front desk did not tell me there was no hot water until I tried to take a shower no hot water at all until my last day in the afternoon. Carpet was dirty and the room was rundown. No water plug in the sink. Uninterested response from the from desk when they answered. No ice in any machine on any floor. When I booked it said free parking when I arrived I had to pay 12 dollars a day to park.

Desperately Disappointed, Jr.
We got to our room, the bathroom was not clean, the paint was peeling in the tub. I turned the water on rust came out of the faucet. There was a "stinch" in the room, we didn't have a microwave or refrigerator, we did get each within 10 minutes of my request. There was a constant bumping the entire stay which made our room vibrate. A family member came to our room and asked about the noise, I said "you all can't hear that" She stated no. I did call to the front desk and I was told that a manager would go and check. The noise was constant both nights of the stay. We had to go to the front desk for towels, we were told to come back later, went back later, no towels. The breakfast.........the only thing that stayed filled was the waffle mix. We had to pay for parking, parking was very limited. There are no cameras anywhere on the property.
