"The room was terrific and cleaned twice a day. The front desk made my 60th birthday very special with a room upgrade, gifts, flowers, and cake. We added on the buffet which was excellent and filling. We also added the club lounge access which was very satisfying to come back to after a long day in Cairo. The staff could not be any nicer and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure."

"Balcony view was outstanding! Clean but sparse room. Breakfast buffet rooftop very nice. Front desk always helpful. Always felt safe. Fresh towels every day. Unfortunately street noise was constant. "

"The main problem for me was cigarette smoke smell in the room combined with a smell of a chemical which was probably used to reduce the smell of the cigarettes. The result was that I could smell both. Luckily I could open the window fully as it was not too cold outside, unluckily though there was a loud dismantling of equipment after some event, and it was around 23:00. The bedding was good though and I managed to have a decent quality sleep"

"We were only at the Novotel Hotel for an overnight layover for our trip from Cairo to Calgary, so we didn't use any of the amenities at the hotel other than our room, but it was comfortable and the staff were helpful."

"I didn't use the shuttle taxi, so I'm not sure, but the staff was friendly and the accommodation was clean. The view of the pyramids from the rooftop was amazing. Breakfast was delicious, and everything was satisfactory."

"When booking for more people, you need to add them in the reservation. Otherwise you will be charged for $15 per people. At night the street is very noisy and you can hear the noise from the room till midnight "
