It was more than I expected. This is a new hotel a block away from the Austin Convention center, literally surrounded by great restaurants. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was gorgeous, although the glass bathroom door (beautifully frosted) wasn't much of a sound barrier to what was happening in the bathroom :) We had a good laugh. "Would definitely recommend"
I really enjoyed it. The staff was great and very accommodating. The location is only a few blocks from 6th st and the rooms and beds are spacious and comfortable. I know it doesnt have a rooftop pool but it was great for the convenience and price.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

Service - nonexistent...paid to valet park, got to carry our own bags. Breakfast was lousy. Thermostat in room did not work, beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Food selection was lousy! Best thing about this hotel is leaving it to go somewhere else nearby.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

This hotel is fairly new and in pristine condition. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Continental breakfast had many options. The workout facility had plenty of modern equipment (free weights, 3 treadmills, bikes and one weight machine) and free headphones, water & towels. We walked everywhere except to SoCo, took a short cab ride. Even […] printed our boarding passes in the lobby. Only complaint we had was that we were on the 6th floor and could hear sirens and street noise. Wish we would have gone with a higher floor but we didn't complain to the hotel. The complimentary breakfast had varied choices. The location was within walking (or staggering) distance from street fair and nightlife scene. Extremely comfortable bed and large TV. I enjoyed the stay. Very easy and very, almost too friendly staff! I loved the location too. I was able to walk to all the yelp/tripadvisor recommended locations. The hotel was nice but not the best Hyatt Place we have stayed at. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice but the beds where not comfortable. Also, the eggs for the breakfast tasted like they were fake. Otherwise, everything was nice.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Friendly, no frills comfort in good location"
The hotel is new and clean, and our room was spacious. It has comfortable beds and nice flat screen TV. The people behind the front desk are very friendly and helpful. We never tried the complimentary breakfast, which is served in the lobby. There's a bar and a Starbucks-type coffee and pastry counter. The location is very convenient for the Convention […] Center. You can't be much closer. There's a good, low-key crepe cafe around the corner for breakfast or lunch. It's close to Congress street and the bridge over Congress which crosses the lake. A short walk to 6th Street activity. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Only inconvenience is that there's a lot of construction going on nearby with many of the sidewalks closed. I absolutely loved my stay. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was beautiful. It was perfectly located for the track meet that I attended. The children that were with me were so impressed and amazed by how helpful and nice everyone was. They were also impressed with the breakfast. The hotel staff was attentive. The rooms were nicer than expected. The complimentary breakfast was also nicer than expected. The only issue were no safe in the room & also, the elevator wasn't working perfectly.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
