Broken window (cold air was coming through it),working structure outside (you can't see anything and because of the broken window I was worried about thieves) no shower kit (they forgot it I had to ask for towels shampoo and soap, room too small DO NOT BELIEVE TO PICTURES!!!! I 'll never book this hotel again!AVOID!!!!

ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, pulito e comodo per muoversi in città, la camera è piccolissima, priva di armadio, quindi non adatta a soggiorni lunghi, l'unica nota negativa il notevole traffico di sirene della polizia. Il servizio è essenziale ma buono.

Albergo nuovo, stanze piccole e bagno troppo poco spazioso. Giusto per chi rimane solo per dormire e visitare la città. Location ottima. Praticamente quasi in centro città.

La camera è davvero piccola! Soprattutto quella della prima notte, poi abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla e ce ne hanno data una leggermente più grande. Bagno scomodo ma doccia piacevole e letti comodissimi nonostante gli spazi ridotti. Noi ci ritorneremmo volentieri, il personale è disponibile e gentile.

Beh bisogna dire che l'hotel è proprio un 2 stelle… stanza piccola 15 mt quadrati bagno compreso ( non so se ci sono delle stanze più ampie ), bagno piccola con impianto di aspirazione non funzionante . nell'ingresso l'impianto di aspirazione non funzionava e tappato da carta stanza umida se non si aveva l'accortezza di fare la doccia la mattina prima […] di uscire. letto piccolo.. oserei dire una piazza e mezzo dichiarato come matrimoniale. la stanza viene pulita ogni 3 giorni come regolamento interno ( l'abbiamo saputo solo la al momento della lettura dello stesso ). shampoo quasi inesistente , che ci siamo dovuti comprare, finestra che non si apre, bloccata da serratura rotta , accesso ad internet valido solo per un dispositivo ( mobile o fisso che sia ) . Ascensore fino al 5° piano e poi tacco e punta fino al sesto ( tra il 5° e il 6° piano c'era puzza ) NOTA BENE : abbiamo visto scritto che affittavano anche l'uso dell' asciugacapelli ( 2 sterline ) , quindi probabilmente non in tutte le camere era presente Di positivo : Il personale è molto gentile è disponile ma la struttura è fatta per far soldi senza grosse pretese. Ottima la posizione, a 500 mt dalla London Eye e di fronte alla metro. Le camere sono davvero troppo piccole! Per lavarmi il viso o i denti dovevo mettermi di traverso perche davanti al lavabo c'è il wc di traverso. La sera per spogliarsi prima di andare a letto dovevamo fare a turno. Non sapevo dove appoggiare i vestiti. Insomma.. davvero troppo piccola la stanza.

Abbiamo passato 4 notti, la stanza in cui abbiamo dormito è molto "intima" ed essenziale, ad ogni modo è un luogo tranquillo e ideale per chi come noi passa l'intera giornata in giro per la città. The room was much smaller than we expected. The staff were very helpful in moving us to a "larger" room. The first room was spotless.. very clean. The second room was less clean, but slightly larger. Great location near all the sights.

Apart from the location which was ideal for us the hotel itself was poor, we have stayed in lots of hotels in the centre and paid less and got a lot better room and breakfast and didnt have to pay for every single extra even holding our bags as we were early cost £2.00!! The room itself was tiny not enough room for two people to stand up I had to climb […] over husband to get out of bad and even then there was another wall I had to manoavre around. The shower was tiny but functional and we had no towels in the room so husband was in the shower and realized had no towels had to call our friends to go and get some from reception which cost more money!! Rooms are very small but cater for what you need. Not much room to move around but as long as your not planning to spend all your time in the hotel perfectly liveable for the duration of your stay. Overall good. Floor was not clean, when I wiped up an area with the towel, layers of grime came up. Staff was outstanding: friendly and helpful...seemed to be a team. Room was very small. Location perfect, Lambeth North subway right next door and many good restaurants nearby...interesting neighborhood, felt safe.

From the minute we arrived we were made welcome and although rooms are small (they do not hide this before you go) the hotel was spotlessly clean and super modern! It was quiet at night, yet 24hr reception if you need them. It's only across the road from The tube and so central! Around the corner from Westminster! I definitely recommemd this hotel!

All the things I really wanted to see were in a very short walking distance! London Eye, Westminster Abbey and House of Parliament. Started in the handicap room which was spacious, but the shower was very poorly constructed and leaked all over the bathroom floor. We got an excellent deal on this hotel room and the location could not have been better. It was less than a 10 minute walk to Big Ben, and it was 1 minute from the metro station! When booking with this hotel though, realize that the rooms are VERY small. My dormroom in college was bigger and had more storage than this small room. The bathroom is tiny […] as well. The good thing was that there was room under the bed to store the luggage, so we were not tripping over luggage, although sometimes my husband and I were tripping over each other. Compared to the amount of money you would pay for other hotels close to this location, it was excellent. I may consider staying here again if I make my way back to London, however, if I am better off by then, I may pay an extra hundred bucks to stay in a different hotel with more amenities and larger rooms. The overall experience was quite good. Was not expecting 5 or 4 star comfort or convenience but was pleasantly surprised. Room small but not surprising in London, NYC or Paris. Have actually had smaller rooms.A minor incident was that my prepaid package included TV and hairdryer but neither had been activated and had to make 2 trips to reception to […] get it sorted out. We weren't expecting much, as had already read previous reviews but were still disappointed. No where on the hotel's website were we informed of the major scaffolding that was covering the entire building, so first impressions were not good. After we checked in, we were giving a room on the lower ground floor, with no windows (after originally asking […] for a higher floor room with a view) The hotel staff did kindly swap us over quickly after I asked. The room itself was minuscule, defiantly not big enough for 2 people. I actually had to wake up 20 minutes before my partner to get changed, as we were both unable to move at the same time. Tune was clean and staff was friendly. Though, beware- they don't clean rooms everyday and also charge for EVERYTHING. For example, internet was extra , tv was extra and they charged me to keep my bags behind the counter first day I checked in and was too early , which I think is really bad business. There were no phones in the room and my neighbors […] were loud. The last night I was there my neighbors decided to move rooms at midnight and spent the next two hours slamming their door. I complained to front desk but nothing was done. Why the hotel allowed them to move at midnight is beyond me. It was convenient and clean. Rooms are VERY small. For price, was exceptional, just passable.The location was fantastic because of it's proximity to the tube. I would look for another place to stay in London next time before booking again. First, when we got there to check in, it took forever. The lady was so busy giving wrong information (which was corrected by an off duty employee). Then we get to our room. The bed was made but it was NEVER cleaned. Dirty sheets, dirty towels, used bar soap, dirty shower...just gross. So we headed back to the office. She followed us to the room, confirmed […] it was unclean and then took us to a room on the top floor. Te elevator only goes up to five, so you have to take the stairs. We declined because our bags are heavy and those stairs would be exhausting after a long day of walking. We settled in a different room. The rooms are uncomfortably small. Sheets are hard and you get one pillow each. There are also NO PHONES in the room, so if you need something (like the heat turned off because the controls didn't work) you have to keep going down. Which we did multiple times. Our last day, as my husband and I were getting dressed, an employee opens the door...without knocking!! All in all, nice location being close to the Underground but find somewhere else if you can. Super disappointed and would NEVER stay or recommend this hotel, even if we got a good deal. This hotel does what it says on the tin. it is a few steps away from Lambeth North Tube, and close to London eye etc and neighbourhood is fine. If you want a terribly good laugh, then try this hotel as it is ridiculously bad (laughably). To start out with....my college dorm room was twice the size of this hotel room (no exaggeration). Room was extremely small but by the second night sort of got used to it! Bathroom tiny and a bit awkward but clean and smart. Main issue was the noisy street. Not so much the traffic but the emergency services sirens constant throughout the night! The hotel is however i would think good value and in a convenient location.

Tune hotel Westminster was suited to what we needed for our weekend. Room was clean and tidy and very well presented. No parking at the hotel but a public car park was 2 minutes walk from hotel and very cheap for central London!

The rooms are really small and depending on which company you book with there are additional costs for TV etc. Having said that the room was clean and served my purpose of a quick overnight stay in London close to everything.

The room was small, infact the smallest hotel room I have stayed in. Alas this is my lasting impression and I will not return. But I will add that the bed was comfortable and the furnishings new and in good upkeep. Had the room been an appropriate size then I would likely have returned.
