I was overall pleased with the stay. I was dissapointed that they wanted $3 for a WiFi connection. The printed instructions were not clear to note that... the connection was limited to one device - one iPhone or one iPad or one computer. I had to go back down to the office to get that clarified and to have the connection transferred to a different device. The building elevator broke while we were there. The desk was reluctant to tell us that down the street there were places to eat. The clerk said it was Sunday and that everything was closed. I thought that was a ploy to get us to eat in their restaurant. A stroll down the street revealed 4 or 5 places open for dinner. I got a call to move my car. The sign that I presumed said No Parking had been torn away from the garage door. This is a simple thing to fix. The room was clean, there were plenty of towels and hot water.
