Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 27 feb 2013ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo.Situato proprio vicino a Ocean Drive e'in posizione strategica e nel cuore della vita notturna di MIAMI BEACH .La camera penso sia stata da poco ristrutturata in quanto si presentava nuovissima in ogni componente e questo me lo fa pensare in quanto all'esterno c'era del materiale tipico per le ristrutturazioni interne ed esterne comunque un ottima soluzione considerato che con internet il prezzo era di 66,00 euro mentre una settimana dopo passato di persona in hotel e chiesto il prezzo,questi era di ben 199,00 dollari USA.Ottima soluzione.

"Si salva per la posizione"
L'albergo come da titolo è in posizione strategica. Infatti è a pochi passi da Ocean Drive e quindi dal mare. Anche la Collins Avenue ed i suoi negozi sono vicini. Purtroppo però l'hotel non è proprio il massimo, difatti le camere sono su due piani e per salire ci sono tre rampe di scale molto strette che non è proprio il massimo salire a piedi con […] i bagagli. It was 2 blocks from the beach, and close to quite a few restaurants and cafes - what more can you ask for? The staff was always super friendly, and the room was chic with free wifi. Honestly, no big complaints. The location is great, walking distance from all the action. My only problems was my room key having to be programmed everyday, there was no carpets and the floor was dusty. A pretty inner courtyard and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff plus a perfect location offset rooms which are dated and need sprucing up. I loved my two night stay here with my boyfriend. Even though we arrived early, they checked to see if there was a room ready for us to go in. Had there not been a room, I still appreciate the effort (there was a room btw). While there aren't any elevators, there are only two floors. The rooms are better than they show on the pictures. The a/c takes […] less than a minute to cool the room. The breakfast was reasonably priced. The location couldn't have been better for the rate. We were able to take the 150 bus from the airport, thus saving a lot of money by not renting a car. The beach is a short walk away. A small south beach hotel in a great location. If we were staying longer than one night then this would not have been my ideal spot, but for our one night it was fine. The hotel in general is small and is not the type to have all of the little extras. The AC in our room didn't work but luckily it wasn't hot enough for it to bother us too much. I live in Miami, and i know how much a hotel typically cost in my city. For the price/location/and service i received i should have paid double. The gentlemen at the counter when i checked was such a breathe of fresh air considering how hectic my arrival was due to justin beiber traffic in the area, the attendant made it pleasant and smooth. Valet is […] provided, or they have a several options for nearby self parks, by a SUPER friendly parking attendant. The hotel itself is old there is no denying that, however remodels are underway. i was lucky enough to get a remodeled room because our room was perfect, very spacious and modern. Not only would i recommend this hotel to friends, i invited them over to check it out before we went to our destination and they ALL left impressed. "Perfectly fine, but no frills"
This hotel was fine, but in need of some TLC. It has the potential to be a very cute boutique hotel but lacks warmth. great alternative to busy and noisy south beach drive hotels yet within just a few minutes walk to everything around, amazing location and reasonable price! "bit rank - but I have fond memories.."
Its pretty skanky - BUT huge bed - and I developped an affection for the strange place. My sink leaked, and the bathroom smelt a bit. The soap was like a green slim. BUT... they tidied up the room and bathroom well. I was using Harrison to do the Art Fairs. Its v close to beach. 15 walk up to 11th area. "Great Little Hotel"
Staff were extreamly helpfull and pleasant to deal with. hotel was clean and quiet. There is no elevator, but that didn't bother me. Only two blocks from the beach and close to Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue. Free Wifi and a tv in my room. But who watches TV when you're in Miami? "Clean room, good location"
We arrived early because of our flight times and were able to leave our bags at the hotel until a room was ready, which was appreciated. When we returned, there was some confusion over what room was available and we were sent up to a second floor room; there is no elevator and we weren't offered any assistance with our bags. We're in our late fifties, […] not athletes and hustling two heavy bags up narrow outdoor stairways was tough. We had reserved a king bed room, but ended up with 2 queens. The room was adequate, clean, the bed comfortable. We were given a bit of grace time on checkout and overall, it was satisfactory. Its very close to everything. Rooms are ok. Only complaint was the tv having no sound. We called front desk about it and were told that they had no maintenance person at that time (7pm) to fiw it. Besides that its good for sleeping.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

Was a little mixup in the number and size of rooms we needed but the hotel was more than accommodating and gracious. Very nice and personable staff.
