Our stay was very nice & we'll definitely be back. The only thing - and I mentioned it the girl at the front desk - at 9:30 a.m. the housekeeping staff were in the hallway outside our room & were very loud. We had already been down for breakfast, so it didn't really affect us. But, then they were going door to door knocking & announcing "Housekeeping". […] It was only 9:30 - checkout isn't until noon. I know they woke up the people in the room next to us & had we still been sleeping, as loud as they were, they would have woken us up as well. And I can tell you, if they had woken me or us up at that time, it would have gotten VERY ugly. Why are they knocking on doors at 9:30 a.m.? Somebody's head would have rolled! "Best room I have ever had for $85"
The room, bed, TV, etc were great. The only thing that detracted from the experience was road noise. Otherwise it was great.

The facility was nice, clean and quiet for a Friday night. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but they kept running out of the main items.

Continental breakfast was amazing. Pool area was clean, front staff welcoming and helpful. Two minute drive from Grand Forks shopping.

The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in at any hotel. The room was very clean. We will look for Sleep Inn Hotels wherever we go. Wonderful to have a mincrowave and refrigerator in the room.

Convenient location. Cramped rooms. Expensive for Grand Forks. Thin walls. Do not be the first one up in the morning because the water will be cold. Good breakfast. Very new.
