We had a nice room and enjoyed our stay. The only problems were the refrigerator did not cool and the next morning I had to throw out my food from dinner. Also, they did not replace breakfast items. We went to breakfast at 9:30 (which didn't end until 10:00) and there were no biscuits and about a scoop of eggs left. However, they never replaced these […] items so I had to get something else. My husband and I were traveling to Katy to see family and stayed in the Comfort Suites and it truly lived up to their name. Cool, clean, and the beds were soooo fluffy it was like sleeping on a cloud. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. The breakfast was very good too. What a way to start the day.

My wife and I come to Katy every couple of months. This new hotel is perfect. iI like the cleanliness because it is new. I wish we had time to try the pool maybe next time. the hotel staff was very friendly and acomadating. in short it was a wonderful stay.

Very nice accommodations. The room has tall ceilings making it appear larger than most. Very clean...great breakfast...helpful staff. We travel to Katy at least once a month for business...this will be our new place to stay!

Excellent & well-maintained hotel. Room was very comfortable. Everything was top-notch, and the staff was pleasant. The only thing I found lacking somewhat was the quality of the breakfast. But, it was busy and it was a Sunday morning. All in all, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Rented 2 rooms with queens and pullout sofa. Rooms were clean. Donna at checkin was very friendly. Hotel is only about a year old. Average breakfast. Overall, a good place to stay near Houston. Rate was 99 a night for 3 adults per room. Outlet stores nearby provided a good place for a morning run.

OUR STAY WAS ON THE SECOND FLOOR BUT THE NOISE FROM THE THIRD FLOOR WAS TERRIBLE. THE FLOOR SQUEKED WHEN THE THIRD FLOOR OCCUPANT WALKED AROUND. MY WIFE AND I WERE ALSO SURPRISED AT HOW HARD THE MATTERAS WAS IN OUR BED. WE HAVE ALOT OF WEEKEND EXCURSIONS BUT HAVE NOT EXPERIECED THIS MUCH NOISE. Near freeway off ramp made it easy to get to and we didn't hear the traffic once we were in the room. Room was comfortable although the water pressure in the shower was very low. That was the first time I needed a washcloth to get the soap off, rather than put it on. Breakfast was above average for a free breakfast! Was an awesome hotel. We loved it. Will stay tjere again in 6 wks when we are back!!!! Breakfast was a nice surprise too. Had bacon and eggs!!

Your tubs are , for some reason, extremely slippery. Rubber tub mats are available but not recommended by staff. Without one I don't see how anyone could not fall in the shower.

The feel of the atmosphere in this hotel was incredible most pleasant hotel I have stayed in years. Nicely appointed But we were given a room above the lobby, directly across from the elevator. We decided it was only one night, so how bad could it be? BAD!! But not because of the lobby or elevators - the hotel is freeway close, very close - it's a lot like being on the onramp! I pre-paid for my stay at hotel.com yet I checked in I needed to produce a credit card for "just in case". Without my knowledge they charged me $100. Upon discovering the charge I called them and am now working on their third story and have not gotten my money back yet.

The room is very spacious and the bed very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. The large flat screen TV was enjoyable and the free WiFi was great. This hotel was in a great location. Katy Mills Mall is close by with a movie theater.Hotel is brand new. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was free and very satisfying.

Room was excellent, clean, lot of room. Bed was a bit too high for short legs, hard to climb into. Clerk at check in not so good, probably because he was new, this is a new hotel. He had my credit card and my drivers license for too long and was writing something on a piece of paper. I made him show me what he was writing, as someone who has had fraud […] committed after giving my card to someone, I was very uncomfortable. He was jotting down instructions from the computer. Also, I saw no reason to ask for a credit card even in case I had extra charges, as I checked in after 10 pm and was leaving at 6am, no way could I have any charges while I was sleeping.
