L'hotel si presenta molto bene, personale gentile (ma non molto sorridente - siamo troppo a nord). La colazione è sempre degna di nota nella catena Best Western, la consiglio a tutti anche per l'attenziona a mantenere alti gli standard. Insomma, hotel carino, vicino al centro, letti comodi, camere ampie, colazione super, cosa volete di più?...è anche economico!!! Buon viaggio!!!

"albergo adatto a tutti senza troppe pretese."
l'albergo se pur modesto è cofortevole, sicursamente comodo per visitare la città essendo a pochi passi ( 100mt ) dalla metropolitana che con due fermate vi porta in centro o vi collega alle altre linee, gentile il personale anche se solo due persone sulle 4 viste hanno un buon inglese utile ad avere informazioni, uno di loro parla anche italiano. le […] stanze sono minimali e vecchio stile sia nell'arredamento che nei servizi, ma pulite, bisgona un po adattarsi ma considerando il costo veramerte basso penso sia un giusto compromesso. all'arrivo considernado che eravamo in 4 ci hanno dato l'appartamento, con due stanze un sidimpegno e il bagno...unico neo....lavandino troppo piccolo. la colazione è internazionale e abbondante in un ristorante un po piccolo e quindi con un po di confusione. "Nel complesso positivo..."
La posizione è ottima grazie alla fermata della metropolitana proprio sotto l'albergo, che permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti i maggiori luoghi di interesse della città. La colazione è abbondante e molto varia, dal dolce al salato, per accontentare i gusti di tutti. Infine, il wifi gratuito è un servizio molto utile, così come il cambio valuta […] (1 euro = 24 corone) senza commissioni, disponibile solo durante il giorno quindi per la sera è meglio attrezzarsi in anticipo. Le camere, ma soprattutto i bagni, non sono granché ma assolutamente accettabili per passare un week end. Il cambio biancheria non avviene giornalmente e i letti sono un po' rumorosi ma nulla che non si possa soprassedere. Dipende da cosa uno cerca... Nel complesso, il giudizio è positivo. "Buona posizione, ma camera non all'altezza"
La posizione dell'Hotel è ottimale: a 25 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro (Porta della Polveri), con i mezzi pubblici è ben collegato al centro (la fermata della metropolitana è praticamente di fronte all'Hotel), in zona ci sono ristoranti e pizzerie (a partire dalla pizzeria Carllino, accanto all'ingresso dell'Hotel). Purtroppo il giudizio negativo […] espresso sull'Hotel è, nel mio caso, legato all'assegnazione della stanza (n. 81): posta all'ultimo piano, è stata ricavata da un sottotetto, con mobili di fortuna, bagno piccolissimo, senza accessori di sorta (solo un esempio, minibar completamente assente), materassi coperti alla bell'e meglio... Purtroppo non è stato possibile cambiare stanza (l'hotel era pieno, non so come fossero le altre stanze, ma dalle foto su Expedia risultavano diverse da quella a noi assegnata; altri hotel in zona non avevano camere libere a prezzi adeguati) né ottenere un rimborso (pagamento effettuato in anticipo): senza questo inconveniente il mio giudizio sarebbe stato più positivo. "Albergo semplice e comodo."
L'hotel è modesto, ma pulito e situato in una posizione strategica perchè si trova a pochissimi passi dalla metropolitana. Il centro dista solo tre fermate (5 minuti). Inoltre all'uscita dell'hotel vi è una pizzaria-ristorante in cui si mangia abbastanza bene a prezzi contenuti. Le camere dell'hotel sono molto spaziose, c'è un bel televisore; mancano, […] però, phone e frigo. "Che delusione!"
Ho alloggiato al Charles Central dal 2 al 5 maggio.Le 3 stelle sono praticamente regalate in quanto lo salva la posizione ottimale vicino alla fermata della metro Krizikova e la presenza di un televisore lcd con canali satellitari tra cui rai 1.La camera pur essendo grande lascia molto a desiderare per manutenzione.Infatti molti punti luce erano spenti […] i mobili antiquati e il bagno con lavabo e vasca era privo di accessori utili.Il water poi era situato a parte in un ripostiglio di 2metri per 1 con pavimento anni 6o e tubi scoperti.Il personale ,tranne uno molto gentile non mi e' apparso adeguato.La sala dove viene servita la colazione e' piccola e comunque viene servita una discreta varieta' di alimenti.L'ingresso dell'hotel sembra piu' quello di un ostello che di un albergo a tre stelle con corridoio stretto e hall minima contenente un solo divano consumato.Un positivo riscontro e' dato dal ristorante sotto l'albergo in cui ho mangiato un ottima pizza a prezzo assai vantaggioso. We stayed in a family room which was clean and big enough for 5 persons. The bathroom and the toilet were outside our room and shared with another room. However, nobody stayed in the next room, so we did not feel any inconvenience using the bathroom and the toilet. Arrived at the hotel only to find that they had overbooked and had no rooms for us, 2 hours of arguing later with a member of staff that did not care, led to us having to stay at a hotel miles from the city centre. The hotel staff never cleaned my room. There was no heater in my room, so I was freezing every night. The room stinks and the bathroom was shared with another room, which was not stated to me. The Krizikova Metro is only a few steps from the front entrance of the hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful when called upon, though not overly proactive. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were larger than I expected and the location was excellent. Definitely a great value for the room, free breakfast and location. "Excellent Breakfast But Fair Staff & Facilities"
Besides having unexpected excellent hot breakfast, including eggs and sausage, I would say it is just a very so so hotel. Some of the lights didn't work, staff was not very friendly (although not impolite), and facilities were old. The worst is that no morning call reached the room even the staff on the night before made promise to do it. The staff […] said that it was because the telephone didn't work. I would prefer the hotel answered honestly that there was no morning call service in this hotel but not gave a wrong expectation to guest as it could create big trouble! Good choice for low budget. Room: We had a little problems with our room key but we used to it. Our room was clean and balcony (with street view) was a nice surprise. There were also a minibar. Soundproofing could have been better, you can hear weird sounds that happen around you. Our room was also for some reason quite cold. Staff: Hotel staff was […] OK and helpfull. Breakfast: Breakfast was average. Doesn't include anything special but you can get your stomach full. Location: Location was excellent. Good public transportation connections, metro station is just 20m from the hotel and tram stop about 100m. Nearby is also a supermarket and a fair-priced restaurant downstairs. Et noget slidt værelse uden den lovede telefon og clockradio eller krivebords stol. Gammelt fjernsyn med 12 kanaler med så meget sne på skærmen at vi ikke gad at se på det. De frente para o metro, proximo à estacao de trens urbanos, facil acesso ao centro mesmo de madrugada. Bom cafe da manha, bom wifi, quarto amplo. Hotel um pouco antigo, moveis antigos, mas tinhamos TV de plasma e banheiro reformado. Funcionarios atenciosos e sempre dispostos à ajudar.
