Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel per 4 notti ad aprile 2012. Amiamo viaggiare e quindi siamo abituati a vedere strutture alberghiere di ogni genere e tipo ma dobbiamo ammettere che questo resort è veramente unico trovandosi all'interno di un condominio di lusso che si affaccia sul quartiere di Bay side. L'esclusività dell'arredo e la ricercatezza del design vanno a pari merito con la cortesia del personale. Di facile gestione anche il parcheggio auto che richiede necessariamente il valet e quindi un supplemento di spesa. L'hotel trovandosi in un quartiere molto ricercato non ha purtroppo store di generi alimentari o caffetterie vicine. Tuttavia all'interno dell'albergo il caffè e le bevande calde venivano offerte gratuitamente. Va specificato in ultimo che la struttura, traffico permettendo, dista solo 10 minuti dall'aeroporto, una comodità che deve essere valutata. Ottima esperienza! Laura e Domenico

Camera spaziosa con angolo cottura attrezzato e tavolino pranzo.Spazio per far giocare i bimbi. Bagno un po' piccolo. Perfetto per chi viaggia con bambini. Disponibilità anche di lettino da campeggio.

"Great place for shoppinng"
My priority was shopping. Has international mall right across the road and dolphin mall 2-3 min away.Both the malls have good restaurants to eat.. On the euro suites website, they say they have shuttles to the dolphin mall but they don't.The neighborhood is not so great. Coming to the service, house keeping not satisfying. Parking is sparse. We parked […] in the Best buy complex which is just beside the hotel.Pool area is good. Good place if you are travelling in groups and need separate rooms.Have common kitchen and living area.Living area is smaller than what I expected.They have anti-allergen sheets on the bed, my husband loved them.Over all it served my purpose. "Very good stay"
We spent three nights at Euro Suites and we really enjoyed our stay. It was very conveniently located and we had easy access to wherever we wanted to go. We had only one minor complaint...the bathtub was a little clogged and even though we reported it to the appropiate person, it was not handled in a timely fashion. Other than that, it was great. "Worst stay ever!"
Check in for this stay was 3 PM; my business partner & I arrived at 3:30 and had to wait 20 minutes before our keys were issued. While we were waiting in the lobby, another guest approached the front desk to complain about dirty towels being left in her room from the previous guests. My partner gets to his room only to discover his bed was broken. He […] waited 30 minutes in the lobby for someone to address the issue. After returning from dInner at 12:30 AM I entered my room and pulled back the comforter and was horrified to discover that the sheets were soiled from the previous guests. The sheets were never changed! They were littered with hair, stains, and smelled like whoever had slept in them - GROSS! I went to the lobby to report the atrocity to mgmt. The only employee on duty: a rented security guard in a wrinkled uniform. He told me "sorry" there was nothing he could do to correct my situation. By 2 AM the guard was able to reach the housekeeping mgr. who authorized the guard to obtain clean linens. I ended up making my own bed! We had to leave at 8 AM the following morning,and because the mgmt. didn't report until 9AM, I wasn't able to speak with them. I left a survey describing my experience and here is how they responded: Dear Mr. Bowe, Greetings from EuroSuites Hotel & Resident. On behalf of my self and their Executive committee I would like to apologize for your bad experience in the hotel this passed January 25th, 2012. We really appreciated your comment in the survey because that is what we make us correct the problem for future guest. At the same time, I would like to extend a free night stay for your next visit whenever you are back in town. I know you mention that you will not come back but we want to erase that bad experience and give you the treat that you deserve. "Horrble!"
1- At the check in I have to wait about 20 minutes to get my room. 2- When I sat in the bed, the bed was broken. 3- I reported that my bed was broken and they made me wait for over an hour BEFORE they fixed the bed. 4- When I pulled the comforter, the bed had some hairs and pubic hair, even soil, like someone slept in the bed for days with out changing […] the sheets. 5- I should see this coming because when I was waiting in the lobby waiting for the bed to be fixed, a lady approached to the front desk attendance and she told him that they had dirty towels in the bathroom. 6- Never ever book this hotel again. 7- Hotels.com should remove from the web page any hotel like this one with so bad reviews. "I would never ever stay here again"
first of all no 1 spoke english in the hotel including the people behind your desk.. my room had no iron the remote did not work there is no phone..there was no coffee maker as advertised. werent even any glasses in the room.. had to walk out of the hotel through a parking garage at night by myself to try to find my room... as a single female I was […] very frightened.. the people behind the desk were not helpful at all because they did not speak english... you had to valet park. the valet did not speak english and it cost 12 dollars.. you had to pay cash the next morning for the valet.. this is a horrible frightening experience for me.. if it had not been 11 o'clock at night and I had to stay there that night I would not have stayed.. "Terrible Customer Service!!!"
The hotel room was veeery small, it had nothing to do with the pics on a website! I needed to have a kitchen during my stay in a hotel so I made a reservation for a room with full kitchen. What I have gotten instead was a tiny room with just a small fridge and microwave. It did not have even a coffee maker! When I tried talking to the customer service […] and later to the manager all they had to say was that they are fully booked (which was not a true! half of the hotel was empty!). Later, they tried to blame the hotels.com for providing wrong info and pics on a hotel. Who cares whether hotels.com has wrong or right pics!!! Fix the problem with the customer first and then figure out things with a website! Also, the free parking is almost nonexistent. You have to valet park for extra $10. Continua a leggere

"Muy bien ubicado para Shopping"
Disfrute mi estadia en Eurosuites, el hotel tiene acabados modernos, minimalistas, las habitaciones son un tanto pequeñas pero funcionales si no vas a estar mucho tiempo en ellas, la limpieza de las habitaciones se podria mejorar considerablemente. Excelente locacion si vas de compras. Lo unico es que el parqueo es muy limitado y te cobran Valet ov […] ernight. Continua a leggere

Me hospedei em marco/2012. Vou a Miami a cada 3 meses e posso dizer que esse foi uma excelente escolha, sempre fico na região do aeroporto e em Doral, a localização do Eurosuites eh ótima ao lado da Best Buy, em frente ao International Mall (só atravessar a rua) e com o Dolphin ao fundo, uma importante observação o chão eh de carpete de madeira e piso […] para os alérgicos como eu e evita pisar naqueles carpetes nojento de alguns hoteis... Uma dica o estacionamento eh pago porém mt gente deixa no estacionamento da Best Buy que eh ao lado e eh aberto... Junho estarei lá! Continua a leggere
"Excelente ubicacion"
Pero dos puntos: 1. Habitaciones son pequenas. 2. Esperaba 2 paquetes de Amazon. Uno llego a la fecha y el otro lo recibieron y se extravio. Familiares en Miami han ido a buscar el paquete varias veces y nadas, Las comunicaciones telefonicas para insistir sobre el asunto no han tenido exito. "Excelente hotel !!"
Quede fascinado con el hotel, los cuartos están amplísimos, Super limpios, muy cómodos y su ubicación es inmejorable... El precio esta muy bien... Por fuera parece un hotel no muy bonito pero los cuartos ya cambian tu primera impresión... Lo Super recomiendo.. Sobre todo si vas de Shopping, el Dolphin mall queda a 3 min caminando y el internacional […] mall esta cruzando la calle, hay restaurantes alrededor y un walmart 24 horas a solo 2 kms por si te urge algo... "Excelente opcion para hospedarse en la Florida"
Fue una Excelente opcion para hospedarse en el Doral Florida ya que las habitaciones son excelentes y queda muy centrico, cerca de miami y de los principales mall de la ciudad, ademas queda a solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto internacional de miami. Lo recomiendo

"ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE"
Realmente esta en un lugar de PRIVILEGIO en DORAL, frente al Miami International Mall, a 4 cuadras del Dolphin Mall y al lado de un Best Buy. Para el viajero que quiere hacer compras y no alquilar auto es PERFECTO!!! Super amables y las habitaciones si bien no son gigantes son tremendamente funcionales. "Absolutamente decepcionado"
No arreglaron la habitacion de un día para otro, el wifi en la habitacion no sirve para nada y la llave de la puerta se desprogramó y no fue posible activarla. Adicionalmente amaneci con brotres por todo el cuerpo del que aun no me recupero, no puedo asegurarlo puede haber chinches o algo por el estilo
