Hotel carino con buona posizione a due passi dal mare in una zona turistica con ristoranti e locali. La camera con la cucina venduta come suite in realtà era molto piccola con un angolo cottura praticamente attaccato al letto. Forse sono migliori le stanze con la cameta da letto separata. Le pulizie sono molto sommarie a volte non venivano cambiati […] gli asciugamani e non e' stato mai pulito il pavimento. La piscina e' piccolissima e da sulla strada trafficata... Just what I was looking for, and a great location near the beach. I liked having the kitchenette available. They also loaned beach towels and chairs. I would definitely stay there again. It's not fancy, but I don't like fancy hotels.

The reviews on this hotel were what really sold me in booking. It is a decent place, very cute. The only negative things I can say are about the $6 per day parking..meh, didn't love that. And no night attendant is at the office beyond 9pm. I wanted to get the pass code for the "free wifi" to no avail, but didn't feel it warranted calling the emergency […] number on the machine. Live like a local in this one bedroom apartment style beach hotel. Pros - The rate plus the fact that its steps from the beach make it a Great value. Clean place. Full Kitchen. Very Simple. Cons - you won't get super service here called the phone number with questions a few times half of which were to no avail. Essentially plan on being self sufficient […] which isn't terrible but if you like being pampered by staff you won't get that here. When we stayed there there was a very loud family that was obviously very excited about being there so on occasion they would shout from their room windows to the ground and it was a bit much at times. Not sure shouting people is the hotels fault but I heard them clearly. Personal - I took my love here and we had a solid good stay. We went to the boardwalk everyday and out to eat in the surrounding restaurants every night. We slept comfortably in the bed and even opened the sofa bed in the living room to watch a movie and slept there one night. OMG... what can I say... I am living locally and was just looking for a nice getaway.. i found this on Hotels.com... what a surprise & delight! Checkin-in was easy and the staff was pleasant. It was a suite, so plenty of room for sure. The bed was comfortable. We checked in very late and it took a few minutes to be able look things over. The floors were not clean. There was a bottle top and a lot of hair on the floor. It made me very concerned about the bed but we checked very carefully and it appeared ok. The office was already closed or we would have asked to be moved. This place is so cute & quaint for a beach getaway. Price was wonderful, other places were a lot more expensive. Walking distance to the boardwalk & ocean. We loved this place & would highly recommend it! Staff was very friendly & helpful. We are planning on staying here again on our next visit to FL.

the suite was awesome and staff very nice however the beds mattress felt like you were sleeping on concrete not confortable at all they should up grade there mattresses I couldn't sleep due to the bed being very ucomfortable... other than that the suite was very nice for amount of money paid and very close to the ocean.

Clean, comfortable suites. Excellent location. Only complaint is that the minimalist design/decorating in the suite limited the storage and places to hang wet towels and bathing suits.

This place is great since it has been recently renovated. Its very up to date in an "IKEA" way and our room was very clean. I liked that they have 7 foot shower heads as I am 6'6" myself. I loved the surrounding area and we found some very neat bars just a short walk away on the boardwalk (my favorite was "Nick's Bar"). For the price, this hotel is […] and absolute steal for me. The hotel has a good location, it's easy to find and presents well. Check in went well, got a parking spot ok, all good - until we entered the room. It was a very nice room, well lit, lots of windows etc. The problem was that it was filthy. The walls were dirty, the floor was dirty, there was long black hair littered about the place. I went down and […] asked for the room to be cleaned and they said they would. We went for a walk and came back to find it the same. So, to avoid hassles as we had prepaid we just said to heck with it and stayed. The next morning I went back down and asked a different person if we could get our room cleaned. We came back later that day to the same status quo. Filthy. The next day, we came back at aprox. 3pm and the room was still untouched from when we left. Back down to ask that our room be cleaned. We left again, came back and it was the cleanest day so far - the floor was swept... It has so much potential, as the recent renovations are apparent, the general upkeep is good, they just need to hire people that can / will actually CLEAN the rooms. Wash the walls once in a while, wash the floors regularly, wash out the bathroom daily.... Not too much to ask in my opinion. Continua a leggere

I loved my stay there! The staff were so nice and seemed to really enjoy working there. The pool was small but a good size. There was plenty of easy parking. The rooms were perfect and the kitchen was very convenient.

my review is brief.... since my wife and I stayed for only one night reservation. After 9pm there is no one there to attend you ( luckily there were no issues) after we arrived. The room was clean! Room #28 was very small but seemed clean with strong smell of cleaning fluids upon opening door. Bed was rather hard and woke up not feeling too rested but I am a big six footer 200ib+. The finish in the rooms, especially around the windows and the walls was poor. The exposed cabling for he TV and devices was very messy. Parking was great despite having to pay for it (not good).

Awesome! All of their rooms are smoke free and smell great. The decor makes you feel as if you're miles away on an island. Beach chairs (and other necessities)are provided in the office no extra charge. Walk less than a hundred yards and your feet will be on sand. I highly recommend this hotel!
