Hotel comodo con metro vicina , centro facilmente raggiungibile, biona la colazione , camere pulite , solo un po rumorose quelle che danno sulla piazza . consigliamo qualche specchio in piu anche in camera . chi va con amiche può tornare utile

brand new hotel, finishing touches still in progress during our stay. excellent IT facilities with wifi throughout the premises and a laptop in our room. nice choice at breakfast buffet. corridors rather hot and stuffy but maybe the ac wasn't yet working. ac in rooms is ok but vents aimed straight at the head of the bed so i had to switch it off at […] night. overall a very pleasant stay and we certainly would return at the rates we found on hotel.com, not at the rates posted in the rooms though! Hotel was beautiful located on a quiet plaza. The staff was friendly and assisted us with all of our needs. I will stayed here next time I visit Madrid.

Snazzy, comfortable, quiet. Well located for everything. Great facilities. Laptop in room provided. Breakfasts were the only disappointment - not bad, but not anything to write home about either. The warm stuff was typically cold. Still, if you can get a good rate here, snap it up.

Lovely hotel, but ask for a room on the back as the jazz bar next to it is open untill 6am in the morning and noise of people leaving sat and sunday night kept us awake all night,

A nice and cozy hotel in the very heart of Madrid. Lots of great restaurants, bars and designer shops in the neighborhood. Great shower, comfortable beds, large choice at the breakfast and very, very, very quiet rooms. Loved it and would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are not luxurious, and this is not a full service-concierge type hotel with multiple lounge areas, etc., but that is more than made up for by the fantastic location in a quaint old neighborhood a nice 20 minute walk to the Prado, etc., and right next door to a nice jazz-blues club, great tapas bars, bookstores, metro, shopping, etc. Breakfast […] is very good, and staff is helpful. It is a good hotel, but with few minor complaints. I was there with my girlfriend for 5 days. We enjoyed our stay however few things bothered me. We booked a double bed but recieved two twin beds, they changed our room into a double but the new room had no view. Not really a problem for me but still, no apologies or nothing. And another problem, the […] breakfast isnt really awesome. The hot food is cold, the offer is the same every day. Other than that, the staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, with a laptop in every one and everything and the hotel is close to all the sites (within 20min walk), and the subway is just outside the hotel. The location of this hotel was perfect. Plaza Santa Barbara is less touristy and has a more young professional vibe than other neighborhoods in Central Madrid. There is a Metro stop about 50 yards from the entrance to the hotel, and it is about a 20 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and other sights. There were also a number of dining options right around […] the plaza which was very convenient at times. The staff of the hotel was good. The room was comfortable enough, but nothing luxurious. One nice touch was that the provide computers in the room...which was nice because we didn't bring our laptops on this trip. The ONE major complaint we had was the stinkyness of the bathroom. I don't think it had anything to do with the cleaning of the room, but nevertheless, the sewer smell you sometimes get in old European cities was a bit overwhelming at times. We did everything we could, open the window, run the heater, to get rid of it. It came and went but generally speaking was pretty bad. This hotel was amazing!! I stayed here for just one night with friend. The hotel was very clean and was located in a really great neighborhood with bar just couple of feet away. I would for sure tell my family and friend to stay here… I will be going back and will stay for a lot longer

Centrally located just a few walking blocks from the heart of Madrid's tourist center, it is completely renovated with a modern look. We got a GREAT price which included free buffet breakfast and free Wifi (most other hotels charge you an outrageous sum for these in Madrid!). My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 days-if like us you enjoy walking around a city, then you can easily walk everywhere from the hotel, we took the metro on the 3rd day to give our feet a little rest-which is very well priced at just 1 Euro for every single trip. The check-in and central area of the building is an old, well restored building and the […] rooms are very modern, clean and have everything you need, safe mini bar, laptop, tv, ipod dock and great shower. I did miss a bath after those full days walking around the city, but the shower makes up for it. The breakfast is also great with meats, cheese, bread, cereal, yogart, the hot food wasn't the best, but remember it is free of charge-so it gives you a great start to the day. Well located hotel with good amenities (though a pretty hard bed!) The internet connection was extraordinarily fast, and there was even a laptop in the room if needed.

Globalement, très bon rapport qualité/prix. Quelques détails sont à améliorer sur l'entretien courant tel que colonne de douche avec la douchette à réparer, nettoyer les chaises […] après chaque personne au petit déjeuner (miettes...).Cela étant, je recommande cet établissement que ce soit pour des vacances en famille, un déplacement professionnel ou une escapade amoureuse. Au coeur du quartier de la Chueca, disposant d'excellent bar à tapas et restaurants bon marché et peu touristiques. Le métro est au pied de l'hotel pour accéder aux monuments et musées. Excellent hotel, almost perfect! Modern and well decorated, very close to the metro!

God beliggenhed ved hyggelig plads med fortorvsrestauranter med godt øl. PC på værelset med gratis internet. Fin morgenmad med pænt udvalg. Tæt på metro så let tilgang fra lufthavn - et skift.

la ubicacion del hotel es inmejorable. es lindo, tal vez algo pretencioso. muy muy limpio y pulcro y todo es sumamente nuevo. tiene algunas cuestiones como que la ducha si o si salpica para afuera y que el baño no tiene ni ventana ni ventilacion de ningun tipo. y a esta altura de la humanidad, en un hotel de esta categoria no es aceptable, ademas la […] puerta del baño es de vidrio y no cierra bien osea que los vapores de la ducha, por ser optimista, salen al dormitorio y molestan. pero no es algo realmente grave, solo que no les costaba nada hacerle una ventana o ponerle un caño. el hotel es muy comodo y tiene bicicletas para usar por la ciudad es todo bastante " cool" pero bueno yo preferiria que este menos a la moda y que los recepcionistas atiendan bien a la gente, como que intentan ser cool atendiendo mal. note consiguen hielo ni por casualidad, pero hay una computadora con internet en cada habitacion lo cual para el viajante suele ser algo muy comodo. si tenes un ipod hay un dock para enchufarlo y escuchar tu musica. pero el despertador se desprograma cuando sacas la tarjeta del cuarto y se apaga la luz. en resumen ubicacion perfecta limpieza perfecta hotel muy bueno casi perfecto la gente no es de vocacion hotelera ni nada cercano, deberian ir a la entrada de un club nocturno a decir quien entra y quien no, tienen la actitud ideal. hay caramelos en un bowl en la recepcion Continua a leggere

Su ubicación en Chueca permite disfrutar de un barrio muy peculiar y castizo de Madrid. Buen ambiente y tranquilo. Un edificio histórico completamente restaurado combinando muy bien la estructura con su decoración moderna y acogedora. El personal muy atento.

Hôtel plus que correct, propre, nikel! Si j'ai un reproche ce serai au niveau du petit déjeuner buffet qui n'est plus approvisionné 1/2 avant la fin, ce qui est un peu gênant pour les clients qui se lèvent tard. Mai sinon c'était bien!

Das Hotel ist zwar nicht mitten im Zentrum, doch man erreicht alles Wichtige innerhalb von 5 min mit der Metro. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, das Personal hilft einem immer weiter. Jedoch war die Heizung im ganzen Hotel kaputt, aber sie haben uns so eine kleine mobile Heizung ins Zimmer gestellt. Kæresten og jeg bestilte dette hotel til en rigtig par-weekend, og det skuffede ikke. Fantastisk service på hotellet, hvor en ellers lidt langsommelig indcheckning er noget af det eneste, der kan sættes en finger på. Værelserne er lidt mindre, end man lige regner med, men komforten, udstyret med computer, iPod-dock og fladskærm er dejligt. Beliggenheden […] ud til den smukke plads Santa Barbara, er det perfekte sted til morgenmad, tapas eller en kop kaffe eller en øl. Det er en hyggelig gåtur til Gran Via, og andre "must see" steder i Madrid. Personalet er behjælpeligt med næsten alt, hvilket vi fik at mærke, da jeg meget gerne ville ind og se Real Madrid - Atl. Madrid, der er det store Madrid-derby. Vi forsøgte os, dagen før, i receptionen og efter et par telefonopkald fik hun skaffet 2 billetter ;-) Husk at spørge efter et værelse med udsigt over pladsen! bien situado, cómodo, limpio, funcional y moderno

o hotel é razoável e indicado para quem vai a trabalho. equipe despreparada e unsuficiente para atender a demanda. cofre, aquecimento e por fim tv tiveram problemas. os 2 primeiros sanados com troca do quarto. oultimo, apesar dos pedidos, persistiu até o último dia.

Hotellet er hyggeligt, rent og pænt. Sengene er noget hårde. Hotellet er bygget op omkring en gård i midten. Skøn beliggenhed, lige ud til mindre hyggeligt torv omkranset af et væld af cafeer. 1 min. gang til Metrostation (linie 10), der har fobindelse med linie 8 og dermed lufthavnen. Betjeningen på hotellet er meget god og venlig. Hvis du mangler […] noget under opholdet så spørg blot i receptionen - næsten alt kan lade sig gøre. Jeg opholdt mig på hotellet i 23 dage og så aldrig en sur mine hos personalet. Helt sikket et sted jeg vil komme tilbage til. Continua a leggere

Das Hotel ist ein super Deal. Es liegt super, ist Ruhig, und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit. Lediglich die "spanische" Ausstattung von Bettlaken anstatt Bettdecken gab Anlass zur Rückfrage. Decken wurde jedoch sofort bereitgestellt. Man kann das Hotel nur Empfehlen.

Petit Palace er et super hotel beliggende ud til Plaza Santa Barbara, en hyggelig klassisk Plaza med cafer og restauranter. Fredeligt område men stadig med liv og aktivitet. 100 meter til metro, 500 meter til massevis af andre gode restauranter. Gå afstand til Gran Via etc.. En super beliggenhed og dejligt hotel med super service.

Das Hotel ist sehr gur gelegen und ansprechend gestaltet - einziger Nachteil - wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock, strassenseitig - war der Umgebungslärm. Die Madrider Jugend feiert von 22 bis 6 Uhr früh recht lautstark - auch die neuen Fenster und Oropax konnten den Krach nur dämpfen.

I choose the hotel partly based on the recommendation from previous guests and I was not disappointed! The building is nice, the receponists was helpful and room both spacious and comfortable. The surroundings with the street cafees and bars is pleasant. Close to the Metrostation and farily close to Puerta de Sol. The breakfast (not included) was appetizing, […] but the breakfast room is small so you may have to wait if you come late. I choose to eat in enclosed patio. Es un hotel nuevo,muy bine situado ,con excelente servicio y a buen precio,las habitaciones un poco chicas,pero en general todo muy bien.Tienen bicicletas que te prestan para usarlas y servicio de internet gratis. muy bien todo!

Edifício antigo recuperado, localização excelente, quarto enorme, decoração moderna e funcional (tal como anunciado). Pequeno almoço com um opções razoáveis. Staff do hotel muito simpático e atencioso.
