ottimo hotel, servizio, cortesia e disponibilità dello staff. Stanze spaziose curate e pulite. Non lontano dalle principali attrazioni - circa 15 min. a piedi -

I stayed there for the second time. Both time were very satisfactory. The only minus point is that we need to walk quite a distance to the Kuta area, where all the restaurants and shopping places are. But still there are some caffes and restaurants close by the hotel.

This hotel is in a nice building. The decor is nice and for the most part, service is good. Sometimes I felt hotel staff weren't hospitable but maybe it's because of the loads of twenty something Australians that infiltrated the place? The pool was pretty much overrun by groups of young kids on holiday. This is not really a family place. The rooms on […] the interior have a window with a faux skylight lit by flouescent lighing. Rooms are OK, nothing special. I felt the location was far away from a lot of the excitement. I was hoping to have things nearby to walk to within 5-10 minutes. All of the shopping strips, beaches, and bar strips require a 30 minute walk or a taxi. You can find a much more convenient location. Hotel staff had me wait over thirty minutes for a taxi once. Other times it took around 15 minutes to get a taxi. Not a convenient location. Continua a leggere

Its a great hotel with strategic location, the room is very clean, comfortable, and the breakfast menu is very tasty :) We recommend to choose the room with poolside view. We also can find a lot of good restaurant around hotel. Maybe next holiday we will be back.

The hotel was very clean and the room was very nice. The TV was put at a weird angle though. Staff was very helpful and was nice. The hotel was in the middle of nothing there is nothing in or by or around this hotel you either have to walk or take a taxi to literally get anywhere from this hotel. The staff lied a little about the prices of the taxi […] so you'd take there hotel car, but that's to be expected, but other than that it wasn't a bad hotel except being in the middle of nowhere and nothing. Had a 5 night stay at the Quest. Everything was spot on except for the furniture moving around in adjacent hotel room at 2 to 3am every morning - then the cleaner mops the passage way at 8pm, great wake up call! Breakfast was delicious. Just a little tip - when you arrange for an airport pick up, the hotel automatically charges your hotel account with […] IDR135000 so becareful of that one. Its not the cheapest transfer and the hotel shuttle is not a pick up shuttle (weird) but only a drop off! OVerall, I'll stay there again I guess. Continua a leggere

Stayed here one night on a stop over in Bali. Checked in late night and staff where friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and definitely good value for the price. The location, and the complex that it is within, is a little strange but its a short walk to main Kuta etc.

I needed a pace to stay for 2 nights, before I went to west Bali to explore and stay at a resort, and this was convenient to the 'bus pick' up etc. The staff are very helpful and gracious. The room was simple, with a lot of tv channels and one curtain covered, small window that looked into an enclosed cupboard with a lightbulb in it; This kind of reminded […] me of a prison cell. Because of the absence of any rugs or mats by the doors, all sounds in the corridors, echoed into the room throughout the night. The breakfast was fine, and the bar-staff made an excellent Mojito using fresh ingredients in the evening. The massage was also good, but a little shorter than I paid for, as they included a foot scrub for the first 10-15 min. Music would have been a good addition to the room as well, but they are in the process of building a new facility. The hotel has a several drivers at their travel desk, some better than others, quoting different prices for the same trip. I had a great driver, who took me north, through several temples and into the mountains, and shopping. He agreed on a VERY reasonable price, and was helpful, taking me places that were suited to my needs and not the 'standard' tourist spots. I probably would not use this as my only destination in Bali, as the pools, rooms and facilities are not comparable to resorts or villas, but as a 'convenient stop off 10 min walk from the madness of Kuta shopping etc, it was great. Not bad for location but hotel interior is poor. No windows to view and the double bed is not double bed. Very poor. Otherwise overall are standard. Not sure to recommend to others.

We booked the studio (biggest) room for 4 nights and found a huge room, with a huge bathroom. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel also provides free WIFI which was good. Room service was excellent and the food was delicious. It was relatively expensive in comparison to local restaurants but nonetheless great value compared to european […] hotels with 2 mains and 2 starters for the price of 1 main at home! Hotel is slightly away from the main Jelan Legian street (10 mins walk) but you can flag a taxi to the beach or to the main nightlife spots for about €2 to €2.50. If you are feeling more adventerous, hire a motorbike/ scooter for €5 a day or less depending on your bargining skills! The pool area was quite nice but the poolside bar was quite expensive, especially for wine! NOTE - While i would highly reccommend this hotel, make sure to request a room with a window as i understand that there are some rooms in the hotel without windows, which for me would be a little unpleasant. Overall the quality and the service in this hotel were excellent and the staff were super friendly. And the hotel was great value compared to other hotels on the main street or nearer the beach. This hotel was a pleasure to stay in, facilities were excellent, staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Rooms are very cosy, all with air con, big bathrooms, and comfy beds. Nice pool with bar and extensive cocktails list, plus breakfast buffet supplies a wide range for all tastes. Would stay here again, great value.

We stayed initially at another hotel in this area and were disappointed when it was booked out and we had to move but on arrival at Quest we were so delighted we did! We were so impressed with this hotel for what we paid. We booked a studio room at it was the biggest room we've ever stayed in - the bathroom alone was the size of the room in the other […] hotel! The staff could not be nicer, so friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was fabulous, we ate there a few times and it was very reasonable, as was room service. The breakfast had lots of choice and was very good. Quest is a little bit off the beaten track which can be a good thing as the main Legian st. can be very busy and noisy at night - its a 10min stroll for this street and maybe 15mins from the beach but taxis are very cheap and its well worth it for the good value you get here. We left Bali for three nights to go to the islands but loved quest so much we returned to it when we came back. To sum it up - Very good value for money and I would definitely recommend this hotel. enjoyed my stay. only 2 grouses - I asked for a King or Queen bed but was given twin single; too them some time to change. room next to main corridor & pool - very noisy at night.

we stayed there for 2 nights & we were super impressed by it. really clean, friendly staff, nice pool, close to everything but out of the hustle & bustle. super cheap.

This hotel is really good place to stay in Kuta beach area. Rooms are new and clean and with really cheap price you can feel little bit of luxory on your holiday. The location is little bit far away from beach and sideways for walking are in really bad condition. The staff are very nice and helpful, but because hotel is little bit new, so the staff […] doesn´t always know what they suppose to do. Quest Hotel in Kuta was my first location in Bali and I remained here for 9 nights. SERVICE/STAFF was EXCELLENT. They responded to my phone call requests almost before I even ended the call. The breakfast was good. The restaurant had some really great cooks. The massages that I had there were wonderful. To top it all off, everything was a bargain from […] what I paid for for the booking, to what I paid for for room service or massages at the spa. I had a one-room suite which was great for me. It is a simple but very very nice design. Contemporary. Transportation services were also very good. They will drop you off and pick you up. That is much better than relying on taxis because getting a taxi from your hotel will be easy, but the place yu want to go may not have taxis that will take yu back. Transportation to Kuta Beach is free. But the walk is also enjoyable. Maybe about 20-30 min walk the easy way. Con: There was no window that opened up into the outside. Outside my window was an enclosed rock garden. So, because there was no ventilation, there was sometimes a musty smell. But that was only noticeable a few times. All in all, a GREAT place to stay. The rooms are very nice, but it was the overall feelings of friendship, peace, comfort, and beauty that made me love it so much. And as a woman traveling alone in Indonesia, that feeling of comfort was very important. Highly recommended for your stay in the Kuta-Legion area. Continua a leggere

Hotellet ligger sentralt til i legian, Jeg opplevde hotellet som svært ryddig og pent, og servicen var meget bra.

Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Liikennemelu ei kuulunut hotellialueella.1,5 km kävely rantaan, ei liian lähellä rantaa vaikuttaakseen hintaan. Isot ja siistit huoneet, sängyt hyvät, kylppäri toimiva. Palvelu erittäin ystävällistä, hotellin ravintola hyvä. Etukäteen oli tiedossa että hinta-laatu suhde erinomainen, eikä tuottanut pettymystä. Ausser der etwas abgelegenen Lage war alles perfekt,... mit dem Taxi ist man in einer Minute im Zentrum oder am tollen Kutabeach,.... Absolutes Tophotel zu sehr guten Preis,....

Sauber, freundlich, früstück o.k. ! Preis und Leistung stimmig! ABER: ZU LAUT. STÄNDIG POOL MUSIK und/oder MUSIK AUS DEN FLURLAUTSPRECHERN: Viel zu hellhörig gebaut. Schreiende Kinder, laut diskutierende Eltern und Hotelpersonal. Erholung deshalb im Hotel unmöglich.

Fd shoppingcenter som de byggt hotell av. RIktigt fräscht, enda nackdelen är att det ligger vid legianbeach så det tar kanske 20 min om ni ska gå in till kuta, alt 5 min taxi. Alltid värre när man ska tillbaka ut till Kuta pga av enkelriktad trafik dock.
