Servizio impeccabile, camere pulite e abbastanza comode. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

"Beautifully appointed"
Beautiful hotel, in walking distance of the Alhambra in Granada Excellent personel, very good kitchen.
"Arabian Nights!"
FANTASTIC!!!!
"Comfortable but....."
Comfortable hotel, comfortable room. The hotel door staff, porters and restaurant staff were very good. The reception staff less so and were very aloof. Bar understaffed during lunchtime. Good breakfast. Evening menu expensive. Be aware that some of the rooms have little, or no views at all. Convenient for Alhambra Palace but less so for the town.

Rooms carpetting and some furniture need renevation.breackfast was average
This hotels big force is its unique location with a great view over Granada if you are lucky to get a room with the view over town. When I visited, the restaurant was closed and there was no room service. Break fast restaurant worked and a cafe offered some very basic sandwiches - and good sortiment of drinks. Room etc. was 3 star level. Service from […] staff good. Parking was difficult - only limited parking at the hotel - when full, guests was asked to go and park at Alhambra castle parking 15-20 minutes walk away - and I was lucky to get parking there - it was full - tuff when you come to hotel from long trip with the car full of screaming kids and its raining - then staff tell you to go and find out yourself and walk long trip back to hotel in the rain - no valet parking service. So all in all 3 star at the price of 4-5 star. But the view over town is fantastic. Continua a leggere
"wonderful location"
if you are going to the Alhambra palace, this is a great place to stay. It's at the top of a hill, with incredible views, Yes, the furnishings are old and a little tatty. It's Europe, dummy. Things can be nice without being brand new. However, given the choice of paying 4x the rate here just to stay at the Parador, this was an amazing deal and a great […] hotel. My recommendation: go to the Parador and have an amazing (and pricey) lunch, but stay here. This hotel was built at the turn of the 20th century and reflects it's age a bit. Continua a leggere

"Stellar"
This hotel is beautiful, the service was mostly exceptional, the breakfast was above average, and it's locale is fantastic if you wish to visit The Alhambra. It's less than great if you want to get down into Granada to experience the nightlife. If you have the opportunity to stay at this hotel, I would strongly suggest it. There is apparently an issue […] in Granada with non-residents driving on certain streets. It was not at all clear what these streets are or if there are particular times. You should do some research before you drive in Granada. The fine is 28 euros per photo-capture. Continua a leggere
"a little worn around the edges"
this is a classic in terms of design and decor, a great buffet breakfast, and a location that can't be beat. Stairway carpets are noticeably threadbare and our room 210 had a plumbing problem that caused clanking pipe when nearby bathrooms were used and a sewage smell from the bidet drain. We were moved to a new room with a view over the city with no […] fuss or bother. Hotel and its services are pricey. Continua a leggere
"ALHAMBRA PALACE"
Very good hotel however very expensive. Excellent views of Granada and surrounding area. Convenient to the beautiful Alhambra castle. When you are in the room only to sleep, you need to reflect on the cost. Many good hotels in the City of Granda.
"High elevation - not close to restaurants"
This hotel is very close to the Alhambra Palace and General Life Gardens - one can almost walk there if not doing a tour. However, recommend a tour as tickets must be purchased for every entrance to a palace and some are not open every day. Food in hotel restaurant is OK, but expensive. Breakfast buffet is average and the hot items are cold when you […] access them from containers. Rooms need new carpets. Toiletries not replenished in bathroom every day unless you ask for them. Internet works at a very slow pace. Continua a leggere
"Alhambra Palace - Excellent"
Great hotel for visiting the Alhambra, so close, decorative style sets the mood, parking outside organised by very efficient porterage, superb bar balcony overlooking Granada from on high, great breakfast, fantastic views from room. All staff most helpful and pleasant. Easy walk down to town, although the obvious route takes you into the newer part […] of city, not Arabic quarter. Brilliant Granada minibus service whisks you back up (big!) hill to the hotel or Alhambra itself. Very easy to drive to, if you follow the simple directions on hotel's website. 2 adults, kids 12 and 15, 28th August, would all definitely stay again and recommend. Continua a leggere
"Great location, useless restaurant/bar"
I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The location is a few short steps to La Alahmbra and the views from the rooms are fantastic. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was about 30% higher than other 4 star hotels in the very close old town of Granada. The restaurant and bar were strange. They artificially close half of the […] already small patio that overlooks the city when you want to have a drink and gaze. So they simply tell you you have to go inside if the section is full while empty patio tables sit behind a ribbon. The bar staff were begrudgingly pleasant, and the bar food was terrible. The restaurant never seemed to be open, and it's food was too expensive for the typical tourist. Seeing as there are no other restaurants nearby except in the town a good 15 minute walk away down a steep hill I see this as a big missed opportunity for the hotel. Needless to say I walked down to the village for most my meals (you can taxi or bus if you want at a station conveniently in front of the hotel). Continua a leggere
"Beyond lovely... great location and service"
Excellent location, 10 min walk uphill to Alhambra entrance and 5 min walk downhill to the main square (Plaza St. Anna). Busses stop is right in front of the hotel and taxi costs about 10 euros to bus/train stations or about 4 euros to centre of the city. Buss fare is about 1.3 euros. Lovely veiw of the city. Great rooms and decor. Went to their restaurant […] for dinner - I would highly recommand it if you are staying at the hotel. Bar is also very nice. Overall a great place to stay. I would most definitely come back again. Btw, if in Granada, I would highly recommand you to take one of the segway tours offered there. It is a fun way to get the taste of the city and decide where you want to go back to for furter exploration! Continua a leggere

My wife and I spent one night at the Hotel Alhambra Palace with our 2-year old toddler. Parking is tight, so get there early, but the hotel was fantastic. Most of the staff is multi-lingual, very professional and polite. My only negative comment is that you may notice a little wear on the interior carpeting on stairs but, it's very minor and really […] a non-issue. For the most part, the hotel interior is opulent and clean. Our room was very clean, surprisingly large (even with our toddler), and bedding and pillows were clean and soft. After a hot day touring the Alhambra Palace, you'll want to take a long nap in the AC and our room was the perfect location. The bathroom was very large and sparkling clean. Views from the terrace bar (and the southern-facing rooms) are fantastic. I highly recommend purchasing the breakfast buffet while booking your room as it'll save you money and the buffet was really great. It's a fine-dining setting, so take note if you're traveling with kids. Hotel staff informed us that the hotel will be shut down for approximately five months (this year, 2011) for the installation of a swimming pool, sauna, and spa. According to hotel staff, these additions will increase the current hotel rating from 4 to 5 stars. I definitely agree. We also spent a portion of our evening touring downtown Granada. Find a parking deck near El Corte Ingles (similar to Macy's) on Acera del Darro (latitude: 37.17205, longitude: -3.599) in the heart of the shopping district and you'll be near great shopping, great food, and beautiful scenery. Restaurants are also located along the river directly below the hotel. It's a 15-minute walk down, but 30-minute walk back up, so consider driving. Bottom line: if you are hesitant about this hotel, don't be. It is a unique and spectacular hotel located 10 minutes (walking) from the Alhambra Palace and within 10 to 15 minutes (driving and parking) from great restaurants, shopping, and scenery. We will definitely return. Continua a leggere

"Staff"
Hotel is beautiful, but the staff was not very friendly , even a bit aloof. Prices in their restaurant are exceptionally high.
"Best Hotel for the Alhambra"
This was our 6th visit to the Alhambra and on each occasion we stayed at the Alhambra Palace. The fact that it is privately owned property is clear to see. The general level of cleanliness both in the public areas and bedrooms and bathrooms is impressive. There is a good bar lounge and an amazing adjacent balcony that hangs on the side of the hotel […] with outstanding views across Granada to the south east. In summer the balcony is cooled with a refrigerated mist that drops from above. Breakfast is good, but like most hotels in Spain if you want something typically British it will disappoint. As well as scrambled eggs from the buffet freshly fried eggs and omelettes are cooked to order, just tell the waitress when you sit. Alternately, if you want fruit, cold meats, freshly baked pastries, cheeses, breads and preserves Andalucian chopped tomatoes with toast and cured ham etc, its as good as you will find. We didn't eat dinner on this occasion but did enjoy excellent snacks from the bar. Without exception the staff were very good - efficient, helpful and smartly uniformed. There is parking right outside the door and the porter parked our car and took charge of the luggage. We arrived too early but not a problem as our luggage was stored safely until we returned to check in. Our bedroom on the 4th floor was a bit on the small side, but ok for the price charged, the bathroom was good with nice toiletries. Everything was fine, except the hair dryer that had a dodgy thermostat that kept cutting out, It was very quiet and we were not disturbed during the night. Good curtains kept the room dark. The Alhambra Palace Hotel is just 5 minutes walk to the Alhambra if you have your tickets. If not you must walk up hill for 10 minutes to the ticket office and then have quite a long walk to the Alhambra which is in the opposite direction. Buy tickets on-line, call into the office on your way to the hotel and print them from the machine by simply inserting the credit card you use Continua a leggere

"Hotel Alhambra Palace, Granada"
Continua a leggere

Continua a leggere

"部屋からの景色が最高でした"
今回の旅のハイライトとして高級ホテルに滞在してみましたが、期待通り部屋の窓から見える景色に大満足でした。アルハンブラ宮殿までの坂道は少しきつかったですが、歩ける距離でよかったです。 朝食ビュッフェの蜂蜜がおいしかったです。
