Si trova molto facilmente. Si affaccia su una delle prime rotatorie di Boulevart Tulum entrando a Cancun dalla parte sud (provenendo dall'aeroporto). Camera pulita, confortevole e silenziosa. Design moderno, linee semplici e pulite. Vicino all'hotel è possibile usufruire di qualsiasi servizio, c'è un grande centro commerciale dalla parte opposta della […] strada, banche, e negozi di qualsiasi tipo, dove i prezzi non sono elevati come nella zona Hotelera. La colazione è completa, sia dolce che salata. L'internet point di fronte alla reception è gratuito. Abbiamo parcheggiato sempre davanti all'hotel, che comunque è dotato di parcheggio sotterraneo penso a pagamento (mai usato). L'hotel si trova a 5 km. dalle belle spiagge bianche della zona Hotelera. Lo consiglio anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo a chi deve fare tappa a Cancun per poi spostarsi. Continua a leggere

When this hotel is under 70$ usd it a deal. Howeve, the rooms are too small. It's perfect for a single person but for a couple it's too small. The view is nice at the upper floors. If you have no choice stay here. If you have a choice choose elsewhere. Not that this Hotel did anything wrong. Just it's not for me.

The small room was adequate for overnight stay on way to Merida. The staff was young and inexperienced but made every effort to please. The fact the ado bus stopped at hotel was very useful. There was a large mall close by but crossing 5 lanes was scary. A taxi is necessary. There is not much to do or see in the area. I would stay again

The hotel is nice and in a good location if you want to be between town, airport and the beach. The negative is the rooms are SUPER SMALL. The beds were twin beds. Not good for a family vacation but ok for one person there on business or passing through. Service was not great either.

When we checked-in late afternoon and entered our room, it was already occupied. We went back to the frontdesk for another room. The second room given to us was also occupied. On my first shower, the water pressure was low and slowly decreased to a complete stop. This was restored minutes later. Then, I realized the drain was clogged. Another annoyance was the duvet had stains. The positives are that our room was very quiet. (We probably had the quietest room - end of hall, top floor.) And the location was fairly convenient. Excellent accomodations, very elegant 1 bedroom suite (fully applianced with utensils) very friendly staff. Great kids club. Good entertainment programs every night. Beautiful beach (not crowded at all). Excellent service from staff (very friendly and courteous).

GREAT HOTEL EVERY THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR BUT THE ONE PROBLEM IS THE SMALL BATHROOM AND SMALL ROOM. THE ROOM IS EVEN COLD WHEN I HAVE THE A/C TURN OFF SO I THINK ITS A CENTRALIZE A/C SYSTEM FOR THIS HOTEL.

I really liked this hotel. I needed an inexpensive hotel to stay in while waiting to go to Playa Del Carmen the following morning. It was super clean, and the customer service was great. Brand new hotel, well located and friendly staff. The good: Internet in the room, supermarket very close, great breakfast for an extra 75 MXP. PCs with internet available in the lobby free of charge. The bad: Small rooms, especially the shower and the toilet. It gets dirty very easily. No cash point.

I know that your rates are low but having a decent pillow would be a minimum. Not being able to make a local phone call from the room is completely ridiculous. This is a "no nonsense" hotel, located in downtown Cancun, which is quite a distance from the Hotel Zone. Great value and away from the crowds. Although it located walking distance from a huge mall with cinemas and several restaurants, it is better suit for those with a car since it is away from the beach. Otherwise, the only other consideration is to know that the room is a bit small. Overall, an excellent choice for quality, cleanliness, and service.

Hotel was very nice, clean, and urbanish. The hotel room was small but served it's function. We only stayed there overnight. My only concern was that when we took a shower the entire room became a steam room making the floors wet and slippery. There was not a vent in the room or restroom. Its great if you go to Cancun for business, its not the fancy hotel at the "cool" zone of hotels buy its really clean , the space its very efficient and has a great supermarket in the same building. And an ADO stop (same building too) that can take you back and forward to the airport.

the hotel is new , October 2011. It is in the Accor chain, a French company operating world-wide ( >Motel 6 is also in Accor). Ibis is the same format everywhere, very European. The rooms are quiet, with double pane noise isolating windows (they do not open, so AC is always needed). The location is great, in an upscale neighborhood, right across from […] the large mall Las Americas. Attention: there are no crosswalks to the mall on the very busy streets, which are a major intersection. The safest way to and from the mall is by taxi. The fitness center is .5 km up the street - the cross street can be crossed behind the hotel to the sidewalk in front of the small jungle on that side. As you walk by those trees, going north, you will see lots of iquanas next to the sidewalk or underneath it. They will run away, but they are right there and you will be startled by them. The club is Sport City. A copy of your passport is needed to prove you are a tourist. Cost is US$15 for the whole day. Sport City is the perfect gym and has a great indoor lap pool. to be fair the price was right and I did not consider checking into a different hotel during my 5 day stay. this is a new building and the rooms are new, they are also very small. there are three elevators but only one works and the stairs are not for non-emergency use. In case you are travelling for business purposes, this hotel might be in an ideal […] location) - Very limited english speaker staff - sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with front desk because they didn't speak good english. - Room service was really poor - we booked a double occupacy room and we were left with only one towel for a couple of days, until we asked for another one before cleaner understand that she needed to leave two towels in the room after cleaning. Also there was no trush bin anywhere in the room. - 24 Hour snack bar - this contains only limited number of snacks, list of which can be found in our room and everywhere in the hotel only in spanish (no english tranlation). One night we ordered a club sandwich without bacon and not only the sanwich came with bacon, but also the staff looked like bored to get it done. - Currency - this hotel was the only place in the whole cancun not to accept dollars. Vi bodde her kun for 1 natt, da vi resten av oppholdet skulle bo i cancuns hotel sone. Hotellet var veldig rent og pent, selve rommet også, men det var knøttelite. Vi var to personer og sov i en queensize seng, ikke det man forventer seg når man bestiller kingsize. Hotellets betjening var veldig hyggelige, men det var kun en av de vi snakket med som […] kunne engelsk. Resten av dem snakket bare spansk. Me gusta la cadena IBIS, pese a que no dan son buenos en los implementos de banio (jabon, shampo etc.etc.) Los desayunos los distinguen y la atencion en recepcion es amable, comodo para trabajo.
