Room clean and comfortable, cheap rates and even some food for a little breakfast included in the night rate. Remember that its a Motel so you cannot expect the services and the standing of a hotel. We used it only for sleeping then we moved to the beaches during the day or to the towns during the nights, so I cannot give any opinion about swimmingpool and other facilities. It was along the highway so a car is needed to move everywhere.

I upgraded to a 1br with an ocean view. I wouldn't recommend this hotel without an ocean view, I feel as though a reason to stay on the cape is to enjoy the Atlantic. "Well appointed room."
The room was comfortable and very clean. We had booked a king size bed and was booked into a room with a queen size bed. Carbon monozide alarm required attention and maintenance immediately addressed the issue but unfortunately alarm started beeping around midnight. But I would highly recommend this resort. I stayed in the studo which is across the street from the main building near the beach. Newly renovated, but really cheaped on on the exceptionally soft matress that gave both my wife and myself a back ach. No TV in the bedroom area. In what turned out to be a chillier than normal pre-season weekend, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite with spa tub and comfortable large living room with hi-def TV and DVD, which came in handy one damp cold night. "Flooded by showers and high tide"
Room had nice updates. Layout was a bit awkward. We walked into the bedroom /bath then into kitchen / living.The jacuzzi was next to the dining set and the view was supposed to be oceanfront but we looked out to the empty pool and deck, not our idea of a view... We could hear every step from the upstairs room. When they took a shower at 6:45 am their […] bathroom flooded into our bathroom, very rude way to wake up. We called the staff but the maintenance staff was not on duty yet and we mopped up the flood, no help was offered and we had to request for more towels for the clean up...no apologies, no housekeeping staff came to help. Eventually towels arrived and maintenance. No housekeeping for the 3 nights we were there. The steps down to the tiny beach area are covered with the high tide 2 x a day so alternate beach access is necessary. Very nice place spacious, cheap compared to Boston hotels although it was the off season. The cute girl working the counter was very helpful, she spent about an hour with me trying to get some business cards printed as I had forgotten mine. Great staff, big clean room with a nice tub in the window overlooking the ocean. Also had a full bath 2 TV's and […] a kitchenette, everything i could have hoped for and more and I paid under a hundo in early April. The rest of the town was a little sleepy because the season hadn't really started yet. They did not have a restaurant or offer breakfast, but i made my own in the kitchenette! We checked into a room the size of a walk-in closet. No place to put clothing- no dressers. Carpets need cleaning. Try falling asleep with lights on all night just above sliding door and pool. We have been going to The Breakers since the early '80's and were anxious to see the end result of the rehab as a time-share. It is truly a wonderful property now and in talking to some owners', seems to be a well-run resort. We will continue to watch for opportunities to rent unfilled rooms in the future. This hotel was a great find on Dennis Port. We got a great room for the price we paid. Our room had a separte living room, bedroom and bathroom. "a nice stay"
June 24, 2011. the weather was crappy but the hotel was very nice. The room was very big and had a pull out couch. A fake fire place was actually cute, Would i like to stay a week here. No. but short stays are great. Rooms are pack in. we lucked out with a room with lots of exterior windows but some rooms don't. Also, pool area is really great but be […] warned if you get a room right next too the pool there is no privacy at all. the beach is small but adquate. a little rocky but typical for nanucket sound side. dumpster right outside our room so could see smell being a problem in the hot humid mid summer weather. "Small room, dirty, not a nice place"
We booked a studio. The room is not large enough for two people with laguage. It has only a fold-away bed. If it is opened, the room is nearly full. One day the room was'nt cleaned. The other they made a bad cleaning. Our pool was out of order, because it was closed from the public health department. The beach around is in the most cases private. "Excellent location"
The property has two buildings, one next to the sand, the other across the road. Both have easy access to a beautiful beach, with many dining facilities nearby. The room we stayed in was spacious and had nice amenities.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"great spot"
I had never stayed in the Dennisport area and found this resort to be clean and comfortable. Great beds/sheets and everything seemed new and clean. "Book early"
Friendly staff and clean room, we stay only one night yet enjoy it. It's near the sea, but only some of the "one bedroom" have sea view, book early for low price and better view. Good hotel.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
