Pros: Centrally located, easily walkable to multiple metro stops, city hall, Myeongdong shopping district. Clean and spacious rooms (at least for Seoul), good wifi. Good value for the money Cons: hotel staff couldn't help with finding a tour office; located next to "business clubs" at nighttime

The room is spacious and clean. All the facilities are included. Especially the TV is huge, Love it. In the winter, the internal heater system (?) makes me feel very special. Have free computer internet and wifi. The staff can speak English. They are nice and helpful. The daily service is good. Overall, I am very happy staying in Irene.

This is our second time at Hotel Irene and we were just as happy with it once again. Room was a little small but still very comfortable and fabulous bathroom. We stayed there for four nights. The hotel was a bit strange as we suspect that it was renovated from an office/industrial building. The light at the toilet, corridor and the room was quite dim. The room was not too clean - dust and marks on the sheets. We like the jacuzzi at our room but we do not totally like the idea of having no door for the shower/bath […] area. We experienced some problems with the wifi and computer on the first night. But the staff fixed it on the next morning. It has got everyhing you need for the traveller with an average - higher than average budget. It is only 5 minutes away frm the train station, extremely convenient. And it is tucked away in the side street surrounded by great food! Almost all d eateries served grilled korean bbq, which was awesome in d middle of winter. The room was spacious enuf for the 3 of us: myself, my mom and my sister. Modern looking and though a little worn in the room & the bed sheets were a little dirty looking which was a concern. The location is downtown and in a good spot except for the apparent night life with lots of guys with earpieces looking for men for their clubs. Maybe it's a "love hotel" then. Situated within a walking distant to Myeongdong and City hall metro, Hotel Irene is a nice alternative to look at for its design and comfort. The hotel is suitable for both shopping and business visitors. The only problem I had with the hotel is the limited English speaking staffs. Although they are really polite but not all staffs at the front desk […] were able to speak English properly making it difficult to make any requests from them such as checking for room availability or simply checking out. I had the opportunity to stay in both standard and suite rooms. Both room are comfortable and come equipped with two beds; one queen size and a one single. Each room has a desktop connected with a LAN. However, there is no wifi in both floor 6th and 7th. Every equipments instructions in the room are in Korean. There is no huge different of the two rooms type except the room layouts and the bathtubs. Standard comes with huge hot tub while the Suite comes with a traditional wooden tub (smaller). Overall, I enjoyed staying at Hotel Irene and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for smaller hotel situated away from the busy Myeongdong grid. Continua a leggere

호텔 아이린은 숭례문 바로 인근에 위치하여 주변 신세계백화점, 롯데백화점, 명동 등 쇼핑, 관광에 편리합니다. 객실 내부도 청결하게 관리되고 있으며, 욕실 스파는 휴식을 취하기에 적당합니다. 다만, 주변이 북창동길로 거리가 산뜻하지 못하고, 야간에 유흥가로 변화하는 것은 감점요인입니다.

客房清潔度：不好，沒有很仔細的清理房間，入住的時候房間的垃圾桶竟然有前房客遺留的垃圾！櫃台服務員日文很強，但是英文很差，連我說"There's garbage in the trash can"他都聽不懂，請他上來看才知道我在說什麼，傻眼。入住三晚，每天都有東西忘記清理，杯子有水漬、垃圾未清、浴巾未換新、茶包咖啡棒沒補；甚至廁所的衛生紙用完也沒補，我乾脆用房間面紙使用，不然就糗大了？房間是很寬敞啦有提供電腦可用，但是電腦一打開就會狂跳廣告拖慢速度，關也關不掉(疑似中毒)，也沒的用。晚上樓下是酒店街！三更半夜會有喝醉的人在樓下大叫喔！總之是個不太愉快的住宿經驗。

アクセスは非常に良いです！駅からも近く、南大門や明洞も徒歩圏内です。スタッフの方も親切で、日本語OKなスタッフもおり、特に問題はありません。部屋の中は、水回りは非常にキレイ、お風呂もジャグジー付きでゆったりできます。ただ、お風呂と洗面所が1つの部屋になっており、一人がその部屋を使っていると、もう一人はトイレも鏡も使えないという状態になります。もう一つくらい鏡があってもいいのかなぁと思いました。でも、全体的には十分でした！

バスタブが大きく、立地が良いのが魅力で宿泊。 本当に立地が良く、駅や空港バス停が近く、南大門は目の前、ソウル駅や明洞も近く、ホテルから 光化門を通り北村へもさほど苦痛なく行ける距離。 飲食店が沢山で人通りも多く治安も悪くない。 スタッフは日本人もいるので言葉の問題は無く安心。 女性スタッフはとても親切で好感が持てる。 しかし清掃が雑で、シーツは宿泊中交換無し、タオルやガウンに髪の毛がこびり付いている。 既存の建物をホテルにしたようで、？？？な位置にシャワーや手が届かないクローゼット。 今回は安く宿泊出来たので満足度は普通ですが・・・う～ん・・・二度目は無いかな・・・

デラックスに３泊しました。部屋によって違うようですが、バスタブ・シャワー・トイレが別々の部屋で暖房もしっかりきいていて従業員は親切で概ね日本語が出来るようでした。まだナビに載せていないらしいのでタクシーには地図を見せた方がいいかも。南大門目の前で、明洞も徒歩圏内周りに食堂もありとても快適でした。次もまた利用したいと思います。

フロントが少し暗く、冬なので正面ではなく裏口からの出入りでした。 建物は狭いですがその分天井を高くモダンな雰囲気なので圧迫感もありません。 ジャグジーがあり寒い冬の滞在にはありがた買ったです。家族でも十分快適に過ごせると思います。

バスルームの使い勝手が悪いというか驚きました。バスタブとほど遠いところにシャワーがあり真横にトイレ・・・。床は排水できるのですが、トイレとの仕切りもなく何だか汚い気持ちになり、ホースをバスタブまで引っ張ってシャンプーするなど不便。それ以外に方法は考えられなかったように思います。それ以外は非常に快適。バスタブは何とジャクジーだし広いし。部屋は狭いですがそれほど不便は感じませんしきれいです。スタッフの感じもよく、場所も交通の便の良い場所で悠々動けました。そのシャワーの件を入れたとしてもまた泊まりたいホテルです。

友達とふたりで泊まりました。ツインの部屋を予約。 ダブルベッドの部屋にシングルベッドを入れたような感じで 鞄を開くのには少し狭いなという感じでした。 フロントはみんな日本語を話す事ができるので 安心。ちょっと女性は笑顔がなく、冷たい感じですが…。 変電機を借りたのですが、補償金がいりました。 お風呂は広い湯船があり、ジェットバス付き。 疲れた足を休めるのには良かったです。 ホテルのまわりもいろいろ食べるお店もあるし、 南大門にも近く便利です。 高速バス乗り場もすぐなので帰りも楽。 また、泊まってもいいかなぁーと思いました。

リムジンバス降り場からは地下道を通らないとだめなので重いスーツケースを持っての階段の上がり降りは少し大変ですが、帰りはホテル側の歩道なので楽でした。思ったより建物が狭くて、一階につき部屋は5、6部屋しかありませんし、エレベーターももちろんひとつで昇降も遅いような気がしました。フロントは親切に対応してくれました。中でも日本語がすばらしく上手な背が高くてイケメンのお兄さんがよかったです。部屋の中は大画面のテレビはすごくよかったです。浴槽も広くてジャグジーもありいいですが、洗面台の洗面が異常に狭いので顔が洗えなくて浴槽の中に顔を突き出して洗いました。あとは鏡が洗面台にしかなかったので机の上に手鏡ぐらいの大きさでいいので卓上鏡がほしかった。掃除はきれいにできてたし、補充は毎日水とお茶と缶ジュースやせ […] っけんなどよくしてもらったし、くしや歯ブラシも無料でした。ただ、となりの声がよく響くし、時々鳴るピーピーピーという音にびっくりしたり・・・防音はよくなかったです。毎日遅く帰ったけど、周辺に沢山２４時間営業の食堂があるので助かりました。明洞にも歩いて行けるし、よかったと思います。 Continua a leggere

家族で利用。 空港リムジンバス6001番の「南大門市場」から近く、空港からのアクセスは良い。 往路はホテルより反対側に到着する為、 地下道を通るにはスーツケースを運ぶ必要あり。 大きな交差点まで行かないと横断歩道が殆どない為、 往路は少し歩きます。 フロントスタッフの女性は日本語対応可能。 かなり親切に対応してくださいました。 シャワースペースが子供には滑りやすく、 二度も頭から転んでしまいました。 駅にも歩いて行ける距離のため、 地下鉄移動が苦にならない方にはお勧め。

南大門の繁華街に立地する小さなホテル。 少し分かりにくいかもしれない。 デザインホテルというかファッションホテルっぽいというか。 しかしながら家族連れでも大丈夫。 部屋は狭く、大きなトランクなどは置く場所が無い。 部屋のドアは、理由は知らないが二重になっていて静粛性は高い。 風呂は大人２人でも十分に入れる大きさ。 洗い場は無い。 フロントの担当者は、日本語が喋れ親切。 近くにコンビニ、レストランなどがたくさんあり困らない。

家族3人（3歳の子ども1人）で宿泊しました。場所は、ソウル駅から地下鉄で1駅、子どもの足でもゆっくりで徒歩10分弱、南大門へ5分弱、明洞へ徒歩10分程度、空港リムジンのバス停にも3分程で、立地は申し分なしです。コンビニも1分かからずあります。 室内ですが、おしゃれな印象を受けました。ダブルベッドでしたが、添い寝の子どもと3人で寝ると、非常に狭く感じ、窮屈でした。トイレの照明が非常に暗かったので、常時扉を開けて室内の光を取り込んでいました。 フロントの方は応対も良く、親切でした。 B2にあったマッサージ？スパ？は、予約なしで行ってみましたが、予約でいっぱいでした。 アメニティーは全てそろっていたので、準備しなくてもよかったです。 コンセントを使う方は、韓国タイプのものを用意するかフロントに相談 […] するとよいかもしれませんね。 Continua a leggere

・朝食の内容が貧弱 ・ソウル駅からのアクセス良し ・コンビニが近い（ファミリーマート） ・周りに食事処が多い ・無線LANの強さはまずまず良し ・夜も静かだった ・日本語が堪能なスタッフがいることもあった ・子供用の毛布類を追加には対応してもらえなかった 次も必ずここに泊まりたいと思わせるほどではなかった。 「他のホテルをトライしてみたい。選択肢がなければ立地も良いし、無難にこのホテルに再度宿泊しよう」という感覚。
