camere pulite, anche se per 3 persone lo spazio è limitato. colazione abbondante e personale educato e disponibile. hotel si trova in una posizione centrale con mezzi di trasporto molto vicini. il servizio biciclette potrebbe essere gratuito o con tariffa agevolata per i clienti dell'hotel. Hotel da consigliare per un soggiorno

L'hotel è posizionato a circa 100 mt. dalla fermata della metro linea U5, che con 4 fermate porta ad Alexdander Platz, da dove partire per visitare la parte di Berlino Est e comunque linea di scambio per numerose altre metro e linee S-Bhan. L'hote si trova all'intero di un piccolo centro commerciale con alcuni ristorantini, è molto confertevole, pulito, unica pecca il WI-FI a pagamento e l'assenza in camera di frigo-bar. Non conviene fare colazione in hotel poichè prima della fermata della metro c'è un panificio ''BACCA'' che vende cornetti a prezzi allucinanti (massimo 0,90 a pezzo). Il quartiere è molto tranquillo, con un supermarket adiacente alla metro e per gli amanti del Kebab consiglio quello acanto ''BACCA'' favoloso e pulito.

"Clean rooms, good location"
If you need a place to sleep and don't want to pay too much this is a good choice. Don't expect anything extraordinary though, this is very basic hotel. Rooms, linen and towels were clean, showers worked well, beds were comfortable and there was also tv in the room. Negative: you get only one key so if there are many persons in the same room who have […] different timetable it can be difficult. Also there wasn't safety box in the room but overall the hotel felt secure. Location is good. Nearest metrostation is few minutes walk away and metrostation with good connections (the station near KaDeWe department store) is about 15 minutes walk away. There is also taxi stand next to the nearest metrostation where you can get to the airport pretty easily. There are few cafes also nearby (one just around the corner) where you can get breakfast for few euros. Hotels wireless internet connection didn't work all the time. When I tried to use the wifi internet in the mornings I had problems but at the nighttime the internet worked well. Continua a leggere
"Hotel De Ela - convenient and functional"
The location of this Hotel is great for a short stay in Schoneberg. It isn't premier league hotel space and could probably do with a bit of a spruce up, but otherwise it was functional and pleasant enough. The people were nice and helpful when necessary. The room was cleaned at 5pm which, while appreciated, was a little unorthodox.

The hotel staff was the nicest people I have ever encountered. They were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was a nice size and easily accommodated our family. It is a quite area and close to shopping and transportation. The free parking is street parking on a small street, so if you cannot parallel park you might be in trouble. "hotel or a hostel"
The place is located in an old building and runned as family business by two nice people. And this is the best part. The room we got was a bit filthy, curtains and hangings were very dirty and stained. The bathroom was made as a toi-toi cabin style within the room. It was not comfortable as there was no air ventilation and after 2 min shower it was […] more like a sauna. The shower curtains were so stained in the bottom that I was scared to touch it. The TV had 8-12 channels but all in German. It is a shame that there is not even one channel in English or music/sports channel so It was useless. The Wi-Fi does not work. It worked once or twice during 3-day staying but usually it did not work (90% of the time). The "free private parking" means that you can park on nearby streets for free If you find a place to but it is quite crowdy. It is not a private parking and one might not be happy to leave his car on the street. The breakfast was just okay but very limited choice. One cheese type, one cold meat type, bread and butter. That's it. No eggs, sausages or whatsoever. In addition to that the U2 line is under renovation so you need to take 3 different trains to get to the center. Iw was not a nightmare as we did not expect anything and we were not spending too much time in there. However I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not visit it again. "nicht für längere tage geeignet.."
Die lage ist super..hotel an sich nicht wie auf denm fotos..auf den fotos kann mann sehen das alles neu renoviert wurde und das die möbeln auch relativ neu sind..aber wo wir im zimmer waren haben wir uns erstmal gedacht was für ne bude das ist..naja später haben wir und natürlich daran gewöhnt daher hat uns das nicht weiter so ziemlich gestört..nur […] zum schlafen und nicht länger als 3 nächte..kleiner hinweis bitte nimmt eure kissen von zu hause mit mann kann kauf auf dem schlafen :) Continua a leggere
"Relacion precio-calidad"
Me gusto este hotel, limpio, cerca del metro. lo único es que el baño esta afuera, aunque es privado, el salir para tu baño es un poco incomodo, es muy amplio, si lo recomendaría
"Zimmer mit Du/WC ( Vorsicht)"
Bei Buchung von Zimmer mit Dusche WC meint man hier, über den Flur. Wurde bei der Buchung bewusst abgewählt, hab ich aber trotzdem bekommen. Ansonsten Für Kurzaufenthalt ganz in Ordnung. Frühstück inklusive aber nicht wirklich der Reisser.

"Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde"
Hotelli sijaitsee alle kilometrin päässä K'dammilta ja metropysäkille on n. 500 m. Schönenbergin kaupunginosa on viihtyisä, puistomainen ja siisti. Itse hotelli sijaitsee aidosti vanhassa rakennuksessa, jossa korkeat huoneet ja 'ajan patinaa' myöteisessä mielessä. Henkilökunta on hyvin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Gulvet knirker overalt på hotellet. Bliver vækket af knirkelydene fra gulvet om morgen ca. kl. 07.00. Vandet kan ikke komme ud af afløbet, når man tager bad. Satelit-tv virker ikke. Vores håndklæder blev hængt op til trods for, at de var lagt på gulvet til udskiftening. Hotellet lå ca en halv times gang fra indkøbscentret KaDeWe. Jag blev glatt överraskad av hotellet! Det var väldigt trevliga människor i receptionen. Det var fina rum och god frukost. Detta är ett fint budget hotell som ligger 10 min från det centrum som var huvudcentrum i väst-Berlin förr i tiden. Jag gillade området och hotellet var jättefint för denna prisklass. "Hotel De Ela I Berlin"
Hotelværelset fint og rent med lækkert linned og håndklæder efter behov. Trappeopgangen og receptionen trænger hårdt til et løft, - det er desværre det første indtryk. Der er beskidt på trappen. Morgenmaden ok men i et meget trangt rum. Vi var mange der ventede på kaffe flere gange. Invester i en større kaffemaskine! Personalet er meget venligt.
