Premier Inn Birmingham NEC/Airport Birmingham

The staff was polite and gave us the service we needed. Excellent dinner and breakfast. The toilet was not properly cleaned when we arrived, and we had to ask for the second set of towels. When we ordered a taxi through the reception at 11:30 am we had to wait 32 minutes before it arrived. There is no way of getting to the hotel safely by foot; to get […] there we had to cross the road at a random place and walk alond the side of a busy road. Stayed with my son. Twin bedded room as requested was provided. On arrival there were plesent staff to great and assist any one with queries. I was plesantly surprised to see three automated touch-screen checking in stations, which were very simple to use and was able to add breakfast and wi-fi by using them. excellent location ,service,and cleanliness naturally nice staff (not false) food excellent .would stay again without a doubt .never had any problems at any premier inns.

Only problem we did have way the food I ordered a veg pasta ,the pasta was hard,it went back to the kitchen and they asked if I wanted another but there was not much of veg choices so I end up with a bowel of chips for supper.,then the breakfast we had cost us 16pounds for two adults and 10 yrs kid ,kids eat free,but we adults only had 2 eggs i hash […] 3 small mushrooms and 1 slice toast and pot of tea and son had bowel of rice crispies with milk and that was it. Do feel that it was a bit too much to pay.The manager who was filling the food in containers did not have the correct uniform to serve food. Continua a leggere

Very well situated for the NEC.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean and lovely big comfy bed

My wife and I were attending a show at the NEC and booked this hotel as there were some good reviews and we knew it was nearby. It really is excellent value for money. Its modern, clean and the food in the resteraunt was brilliant. Breakfast next morning wasn't included in our room rate but there was a special deal on a 3 course evening meal which also […] included breakfast next day which made it great value. The staff we had dealings with were all really helpful and at breakfast in the morning one of the chefs came out from the kitchen to ensure customers were enjoying their breakfast and their stay generally which I thought was a nice touch and beyond the call of duty. Our room although quite small was very modern and comfortable and served our purpose perfectly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone using the NEC or the Airport in Birmingham as its so conveniently positioned. 10 out of 10 Continua a leggere

Excellent location for the NEC and LG arena, great service, great rooms, fantastic breakfast. Could do with a gate as it was a pain having to climb a fence to get onto the NEC walkways.

Had an excellent stay. The room was warm, clean, quiet (even though it was a very busy weekend and the hotel was full) and comfortable. Staff were very helpful as were staff in adjoining restaurant. Matches quality of other Premier Inns we have stayed in. Well what can you say about a 2 star hotel that provides a service worthy of a 4 star! Ok food is standard, aircon could be quieter, but the staff were better than wonderful! Excellent people, so helpful, ordered taxi's looked after us personnally and always with a smile. If you want a hotel that surpasses itself, book this one.

My first visit to a Premier Inn and was pleasantly surprised - very polite, cheerful, helpful staff, a pleasant restaurant, comfortable and quiet bedrooms. It was easy to find - we were going to the LG Arena in the evening - too far to walk, but taxis arrived outside the hotel from 6.00p.m. onwards and returned us back after the concert. Nice clean hotel.we stayed with kids n enjoyed our,stay. Although the hotel made amends for mismanaging our booking the reception girl appeared a bit discourteous and uncaring in attitude. Apart from this we couldnt fault the hospitality of the other hotel staff.

Clean, good location, but A bit hard for me (american driver) to manage all the roundabouts in order to get there. Great bang for buck.

They put Airport in the title of the hotel but how can that be since it is about 3 or 4 miles from the airport. This is just unacceptably far away. Add to this the fact that one of the main influencing factors of my booking was "complimentary" internet. I don't find them charging me 10 pounds a night extra when I check-in as very "complimentary".

A very modern hotel with lovely surrounding. Very friendly staff and spacious room.

I was able to walk to the hotel from the train station. Made the mistake of trying to walk from hotel to airport--they don't offer a shuttle. Figure on 7 pounds for a cab. The bar/restaurant was very cheerful and the food was good. Room very clean and place was remarkably quiet. A great deal.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in premier inn Birmingham nec. Staff were very friendly and had patience with my 2 toddlers who can not keep still! The room was spacious! Stayed here while attending event at NEC - very clean thorughout room well equiped, bed nice and comfy- breakfast was good if a little expensive but that's most hotel chains in the UK. Very satisfied.

went with this one as the parking was free. the food was very good and reasonably priced. the room spacious for us - a family of 3 only issue was the temperature at night was very warm

After looking at other hotels via the Internet that were close or in local vicinity of the NEC complex my partner and I booked this hotel to attend the Caravan show. We were very impressed with not only the standard but also the value for money that this hotel offered together with the free parking and handiness to the show itself. Great location, good food friendly service. However nasty pong from the bathrooms in the corridor, also quite unpleasant smell coming from bathroom in the bedroom.

Everything about the hotel was first class including the large room, comfortable bed and splendid (but extra-cost) breakfast, Plemy of spoace incar park toodespite bid Autosport show on at NEC. Not easy to to locate though in dark - looked easy on map - so signage could be better but that's sole criticism .

This is our second visit to this hotel as a family, room very comfortable. All meals very good.

Prima hotel met niet te veel poespas, tussen het vliegveld en de LC Arena. Indien je voor een concert gaat naar Birmingham in de LC Arena, is dit een prima locatie. Alles is lopend te doen.
