The hotel is perfect for party people since the hotel is in the party street. Party every day from 8:00PM to approx. 5:00AM. Not all of the staff spoke English so we had a little trouble somtimes. The cleanliness of the rooms were ok.

We stayed one night only (Monday) and I am glad it was only one night, I have read previous post about the noise from the clubs that surround the hotel, then I thought...well can't beat the price and location (almost beach front and around te corner of 5th Av) and plus its Monday..the clubs do not open Monday night right? WRONG!! The music started at […] 9:30PM and went all the way to 3AM..you will at least hear the pounding music of 1) the bar next to Lobby 2) the bar next to pool 3) the giant club in the corner of 1st and 12th...3rd been the most loud. So if you are looking for a place to rest and sleep go somewhere else, not even ear plugs helped my kids. The hotel well located and really cheap, but that's about it. The room is old and not well maintained, cleanness is a no show, there is loud music from the nearby clubs till 6 am and everything smelled of humidity. The only possible guest for this hotel are party people that would be awake with the music from the nearby clubs and bars.

Convenient to beach, great staff, clean room! But the music from surrounding bars really put a damper on things. This hotel shares a wall with a large dance club that plays music until 4am! During the afternoon, the surrounding bars also blare music. YOU CAN FEEL THE LOUD BASS MUSIC IN YOUR CHEST! And the staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The pool is pretty much on the main street and it does not get sun, I didnt feel comfortable using it as tourists and taxis constantly went by. If you plan on going to night clubs during your stay and you can sleep during the day, you may not mind this hotel. Towels are not provided in-room automatically, you have to ask for them. They advertised this room as a deal on a moderately priced boutique hotel. While it is clear that they want to be a nicer hotel than they are, they fall short of being a trendy boutique venue. The cut rate price I paid was probably an okay value, but full price would have been a rip off. The main problem I had was the close proximity to clubs which […] play a subsonic drum beat deep into the mornings. I left after one night. I tried using earplugs but it was no match for the deep thud of the local house music. Additionally, the website information is either misleading or incorrect. There was no WiFi in the rooms, no bathrobes, which in and of itself is no big deal, but when you read that they have these amenities on the website it leads you to believe that the hotel is of a higher quality than it really is. The Hotel staff told me it was a mistake about the WiFi and I told them they should make it clear that there is no WiFi in the room, because under the room description it claims that there is WiFi. They also use really strange solar powered remotes for the TV' sand I tried three different ones and I never got one that worked. Hotel was great. No fault of the hotel that the local disco bars play very loud music till about 3. If you have trouble with noise and sleeping and do not want to join the party this might not be for you. Location close to the beach and 5th ave couldn't be better.

Crashed here for one night so we could see Playa del Carmen before heading to our all-inclusive. We read the reviews about the noise, but brought earplugs and slept through much of the racket. Fan and a/c helped keep it down too. Bed was a little hard and springy, but the place in general was adorable, a lovely (although chilly) pool and it was fun […] to watch the turtles and fish in the cenote. The night desk clerk, Lisette, was fantastically sweet and helpful and the location was great. No food but there's a great little seafood place down the street and it's around the corner from all the shops and restaurants on Calle 10. Plus it's a block from the beach and next to a fun bar called Dirty Martini. And the cost was less than a quarter of what we would have paid at our all-inclusive. Definitely would stay there again! was very disappointed we arrived there only to find a all night pub next door with pounding music till 4 in the morning they gave us ear plug at desk didn't help. The floors were filthy looked like someone had accident trying to get from bed to bathroom. the linen was very musty smelling. we had booked two nights but left in morning.

It is very very noisy, until 3 or 4 am you cannot stop listening the music that comes from clubs near the hotel... the windows do not stop the noise from outside. Those going clubbing would not notice this, but those who want an early night will not be able to have it.

Hvis man ønsker fest og ballade, så ligger hotellet perfekt og meget tæt på en del natklubber, der spiller høj musik fra 2000-0600, hvilket var til en del frustration for os. Udover dette, så ligger hotellet fint. Tæt ved stranden og 5 Avenue, hvor man finder mange restauranter og butikker. Kun wifi i "loungen".

Hotellet ligger godt, i nærheden af strand og by. Vi havde kun en overnatning og havde svært ved at sove på grund af nærliggende barer. Vi gik forbi en anden dag og kun 20 meter væk ligger 4 barer som prøvede at spille højest, så tror det er normalt. Men ellers dejligt hotel med indbydene pool.

El hotel por su situación esta bien.La única e importante pega es que se encuentra justamente al lado de la zona digamos de marcha, donde hay dos bares que no cierran la cristalera y tienes música desde las 22 hasta las 5 de la mañana, la solución que os proponemos es utilizar tapones para los oidos, los facilitan en la misma recepción. A pesar de ello […] para aquellos que piensen en estar por la noche de marcha y por el día disfrutando del sol y el descanso, totalmente recomendado porque a partir de las 5 de la manana no hay musica. El resto del dia es muy tranquilo. Está muy próximo a la playa. Nosotros tras haber pasado la primera noche nos queriamos ir, pero como no te devuelven el dinero hicimos curso de adaptación con los tapones (se reduce mucho el ruido) y al fin y al cabo terminamos por adaptarnos.
