Unlike many 'along the road overnight stays', The Days Inn Sothampton Rowhams is bright, fresh and pleasent - it is not just a comment on the place and the room itself but with both its morning and night shifts staffs as well who made us felt most welcoming. Highly recommended.

The location at the motorway services was only convenient for the motorway, I had to drive into Southampton to get something to eat or eat at the services next door. The room was large and comfortable but everything was beige and made me feel depressed so had to go out. We booked the hotel mostly based on price. Accessibility is a little difficult, due to only being able to access on the way into Southampton, so when coming back from Southampton, you have to leave at the next junction, go around the roundabout and come back onto the motorway. The staff were very friendly, and more than happy to help. The room was clean, […] soap in the dispensers, plenty of towels and pillows, the room was very clean, and we all slept very well. Not a lot of road noise either, which was a little surprising. There are no on-site eating facilities, we had to purchase vouchers to be used in the service station (less than a 2 minute walk away). Again, the staff were very helpful. All in all, I was very happy with the hotel and service, and for the price, I think it's good value. Continua a leggere

Lovely hotel very clean difficult to find (asked 3 different police officers) We had a terrible nights sleep due to a party of young guests loudly partying outside and inside the rooms until 3am. Thought the hotel staff should have stopped the behaviour.

Only downside was the lack of easy accessibility when approaching on the M27 traveling east.

The hotel is very hard to find even from the moterway. The hotel staff did not really understand english?? There was no cot for the one year old until we asked. Even though the ages of the children were asked when book. The rooms did not have cups for tea, but there was a kettle, no soap in shower despencer. This was booked as a stay over for a family […] of 11 to get a good nights rest before travelling to France the next day. We did not get a good sleep as the beds were very uncomfortable. Great for the price, clean and comfortable. One negative, staff do not appear to be English speaking.

Bad Location, can only be accessed from one side of the Motorway. We guessed the wrong side of where it was located on the motorway and then had to do a 8km round trip to get back to it. there was a mix up with our booking and reception though polite made no effort to resolve the issue. their website has no area code on their phone number so we could […] not contact them. Un accueil exceptionnel: la réceptionnaiste était très serviable et nous a donné toutes les inforamtions dont nous pourrions avoir besoin. Restos à côté sympas. Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour un passage rapide sur Southampton. Hotellet har gode værelser og baderum (ser meget nyt ud). Lidt trafikstøj, - da hotellet ligger tæt på motorvej. Gode restauranter 100 meter fra hotellet. Lidt svært for taxa at finde smutvejen ned til Hotellet så man undgår den lange motorvejkørsel. Det perfekte Hotel hvis man kører i bil...
