"Americas Best Value Inn"
The motel was right off Interstate and close to downtown and eating places.
The Americas Best Value in Newton was a nice place to stay for my friend and I. It is by no means a new hotel but the owner was super nice. the room was fine it was a place to sleep and that is what we wanted. I would stay there again for sure. for the people who want a five star hotel thats where you need to stay
"Filthy"
Motel was the most filthiest urine smelling place I have ever been in. It is a bit run down and older which doesn't bother me, it was the strong smell of urine when you opened the room door. The front window does even open to air the place out. It appears total lack of cleaning or using a disinfectant. The wireless internet does not work in the rooms […] at all. You have to go to the lobby to use it. Disgustingly dirty and highly overpriced. Not to mention the total lack of security on room doors. Scaffolding in pool area. I would highly recommend women who travel alone or alone with children to not stay here. Continua a leggere

"slums"
ordered a non smoking room, ddnt have it, asked to use my hotels.com coupon and they wouldnt honor it saying I already got a discouted rate, they breakfast was terribly cheap, donuts cut n half, juice machine didnt work, pool was dirty and hot tub out of order. also no lights on in pool area in 2 days. only got a couple channels on the tv also. hor […] rible Continua a leggere
The second day day of our three day stay, one of the beds was not made because a tote was on the bed. The rest of the room was not cleaned as there was an empty pop can and wine bottle that were not thrown out. There were no tissues in the room nor was new soap or shampoo replaced. The hotel was not well kept and the continental breakfast was mediocre […] at best. One of the people who tried to help us seemed to not have a command of the English language.. "this is not a 3 star"
You shouldn't call this a three star just cause it has a pool and Jacuzzi. I wouldn't mind staying here but I thought I was booking a 3 star. A little disappointed when I show up and its an old run down room that is similar to an old motel 6
