É un postaccio!!!le camere sono oscene, letto scomodo nessun telo,tutto vecchio!la colazione vomitevole l'ascensore non funziona e con le valigie bisogna fare tre piani a piedi!!Mai piu!!

purtroppo l'unico punto a favore dell'hotel è la vicinanza al centro e al porto di miami...ci si può arrangiare per una notte perchè si spende poco ed è vicina a punti di interesse per turisti in transito(porto, aereoporto, fermata del metro-movie) ma per il resto lo sconsiglio! camera molto poco pulita, lenzuola macchiate,porte e arredi vecchi e semi-rotti, […] nessun asciugamano, colazione scarsa e molto spartana. almeno però il personale era davvero gentilissimo!!!!! Abbiamo scelto questo Hotel per la posizione vicina al porto navale di ritorno da una crociera. E poi per il prezzo e lo suttlesbus disponibile per l'aereoporto. Detto questo se tornassimo indietro avremmo preferito spendere qualcosa in più per avere un servizio decente. L'Hotel fà ritornare indietro del tempo di 30 anni. Acqua calda dopo mezz'ora. Vetri […] sottili fuori produzione, si sentiva tutto, sembrava di dormire fuori....e la zona è rumorosissima, notti quasi in bianco in quanto la metro ESTERNA passa a 10 metri dall'hotel. Le finestre sono incollate..non si aprono. Il climatizzatore è un trattore, vibra e fà rumore... Non cè nemmeno una mensola per appoggiare in bagno il rasoio. luce bagno fuori uso. luce lampada lato letto fuori uso. Una presa di corrente rotta. l'ascensore và solo se cè l'adetto. L'unico punto a favore del hotel e' la posizione. Per quanto riguarda gli interni delle camere sono talmente piccole, spoglie e vecchie che dopo aver fatto il check-in abbiamo abbandonato l'hotel buttando via i soldi. Non lo consiglio a nessuno.

Non è una bettola ma non è nemmeno un hotel chic fate finta di andare in un ostello dove però ti danno una camera personale e comunque il prezzo è ottimo e non si può pretendere troppo. parzialmente soddisfatto a parte la disorganizzazione della reception che per giorni ci continuavano a dire che dovevamo lasciare la stanza abbiamo dovuto fargli vedere […] la prenotazione che avevamo noi sulla posta altrimenti non erano capaci a verificare quello che dicevamo. per chi ha troppe pretese consiglio di non andarci mentre se si vuole risparmiare e non si guarda troppo la forma può andare bene. Hotel was old and disgusting. Neighborhood was not good. I actually did not stay as I walked up to my room, saw the cleanliness and quality and left. I say walked to my 4th floor room because the elevator did not work. The gentlemen at the front desk was very nice. Would give it a -3 on a scale from 1 to 5.

Great location is aboit all you can say for this place. Its perfect if you are planning just to sleep and leave. Pretty run down but I am sure it was the place ro be in the 1950s! It's in a good location and cheap considering the other options in the area, but that's it. We stayed in a family "suite" that had two exterior doors. Neither of them would close except by using the dead bolt. The air conditioners worked and the beds were good enough, but there were a lot of things, like missing traps in the bathroom sink, etc. that […] made it clear that maintenance isn't a high priority here. I read the reviews after I booked this hotel and thought, "Well, how bad can it be? It's only for 12 hours so we have a place to sleep before the cruise." But ya know what? It was that bad. The hotel is in very bad condition, the old elevator does not work properly and the hotel aisles are vety scary, had a hard time finding my room. It works well for an overnight stay and for visitors to the AA arena but not recomended for longer stays.

Ultimately, I was satisfied, but definitely felt the price was inflated due to the Winter Music Conference. If you're going to Ultra next year, got shut out of the Holiday Inn around the block, and don't want to drop $30+ a day cab-ing it to Bayfront Park (not to mention, hunting for a cab when the festival lets out), then look no further. The hotel is a dump and I was a little afraid to sleep. Everything was older than anything I have ever seen in a hotel including the building and the carpet. That being said, the old stuff was clean even though you had to look hard to tell. Old stuff can only look so clean. The staff was nice. the hotel is an antique! so old and it smells like bleach. The elevator is the oldest elevators I have ever been on, it takes forever to go up or down and it has a very limited capacity. Again, this hotel is worth $50 at the most. Location is good but not worth it still.

First of all there is no parking. You have to drive around to find parking and more then likely pay a high price to park your call. The floors in the room were uneven, the door to the room have a dead bolt and that is all that locks the door. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

All the other reviewers were correct, this hotel is a dump. I have no issue affording a better hotel but I had just spent a lot of money on a cruise so I figured a few days in a less than stellar hotel would be fine. I have stayed in 1 star hotels before but they were still clean and had the basic necessities which is all I needed. NEVER AGAIN! The […] only reason to stay in this DUMP(I'm really not exaggerating) if you truly cannot afford anything better. The problems with my hotel included: Room smelled, peeling paint, cold showers, Noise(each room had a cheap AC unit which was not installed flush with the window so sound and outside air entered the room. The lights were very dim. The wifi only worked occasionally and was very slow. The included breakfast consisted of junk bread. The elevator was broken for all 4 days of my stay. The entire hotel looks dirty and nothing is maintained. Literally all 8 outlets in my room were so worn that they would barely hold my phone charger in the while. Continua a leggere

The location is convenient to the port. Hotel offers shuttle service, very nice! Well this hotel is very old and run down, but I must say the housekeepers do a nice job of what they have to work with. This place will make you appreciate anywhere else. The rooms are dirty, small, dirty, windows painted shut, dirty, noisy from building aircon in the middle, dirty, close to the port but you still need transport, dirty. Would I stay there again? The positives of this hotel are no bedbugs or cockroaches. The negatives follow: breakfast while included is served from 8-10, 8 is far to late for a business traveler; my room windows were opaque, so there was no way of telling the weather without going outside; construction was going on somewhere nearby and material was thrown out windows in the mifddle […] of the night, there was no way to change the temperature in the room, and the room was in a corner next to the large heating/AC units that ran all night. The first thing that we noticed was the smell of the room and the unvacumed carpet. We thought "no big deal". Went to the cvs store and bought some fabreeze to cover up the bad odor. There were hair on the sheets that did not belong to us. Then the bathroom had mold and the water ran as if water was a first rate commodity. The floor felt dirty and there […] were limited towels. You could not step on the bathroom floor without feeling like you might catch a disease. On top of the quality and cleanliness of the room, the hotel was situated in an area that seemed to have traffic all through the night. There were people lounging outside and using the payphone outside the hotel all night. Homeless individuals Hung around outside asking for change. And their "free WiFi" sucked: along with their "free breakfast". After the first night we found rooms that opened at the Hilton for $209/night with great bayside view. For the extra we paid, it was such a worthwhile change. I do not recommend the Leamington to anyone who might be concerned about their safety or their personal property being left at the hotel. And one more thing, the only lock is the one accessible with a door key, not even a key card. And no safety latch from the inside either. This property needs examination from hotel regulators. Very bad experience. This is a freaking old hotel and the pics do not show the real state of the rooms at all. First of all u r given a key to open ur room not a card. I was horrified when i took the elevator. It seemed like it belonged to another era.. manually operated by a bell man which means u cannot take the lift whenever u want. Hence i had […] to climb up and down the stairs. But the worst part was yet to come. The bedroom was stinking of bleach. Really strong smell. Very old bedroom with old furniture, telephone and tv. The closet door was broken. The handle came out when we tried to open it. The rack was covered with rust. The bath tub and the shower was rusty as well. Windows were covered withpaint. I had to look for another hotel as soon i entered thos kne. I spent only one night instead of 4. The staff made me sign a paper with 4-5 points like if u smoke u pay 250$...etc. well u can afford to throw penalty on people when u provide good swrvoce not a freaking piece of crap.
