e' un residence qualche isolato sopra nizza vecchia e' collegato comodamente dal tram e' nuovo molto confortevole ed e' di fronte sia ad un macdonald (a chi piace) che ad un supermercato certo non incarna il sogno dei grandi hotel della costa azzura quelli sul lungomare pero' e' un'ottima base per visitarla

Ottima la posizione, gestione del garage complicata .. Abbiamo sbagliato parcheggio e ci hanno sgonfiato le gomme ! In generale l'hotel è ok, il divano letto meno peggio del previsto.

hotel/residence di recentissima costruzione, moderno anche negli arredamenti, camere che sono mini-appartamenti con possibilità di avere la colazione (abbondante e abbastanza varia), pulito, a 100 mt dalla fermata del tram che porta nella città vecchia e di fronte a un centro commerciale con Carrefour e McDonald's (che consente di risparmiare cucinandosi […] i pasti da soli - c'è una mini-cucina ma completa di tutto, anche microonde, lavastoviglie e piano a induzione). Ottimo Hotel con eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consigliamo vivamente... Spiace constatare, però, che un'altra coppia che viaggiava con noi, ma aveva prenotato tramite altro operatore, aveva allo stesso prezzo anche la colazione inclusa.

Personale cordiale e disponibile. Stanza in ottime condizioni e dotata di elettrodomestici (ferro da stiro, aspirapolvere). Unica nota dolente il water posizionato in una piccola stanza privo di bidet !!!! Comunque consigliato

Ottimo Residence, curato nei particolari con ambienti moderni e funzionali, le suite standard sono accoglienti, ben arredate e l'angolo cottura è dotato di tutti gli accessori, dal tostapane alla lavastoviglie! Unica osservazione l'armadio poco capiente per soggiorni dalla settimana in su per più di due persone.

Hotel molto carino, nuovo e confortevole. L'appartamento era molto grande, il letto comodissimo e anche il bagno era grande. L'angolo cottura era dotato anche di lavastoviglie, tostapane, forno a microonde (oltre a tutti gli utensili necessari). Tutto molto pulito e curato. Il balcone e le finestre affacciavano sull'interno e quindi era molto silenzioso. […] Si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e ci sono intorno molte fermate di autubus e del tram. Il residence è nuovissimo e ciò ha reso gli ambienti abitativi eccezionalmente confortevoli e accoglienti. Il nostro appartamento era dotato di tutto ciò che serve per stare bene: letti comodissimi (anche il divano letto!), stanze da bagno abitabili, accessori efficienti. Very nice place. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Kitchenette came handy. Comfortable bed and decent sofa bed. Nicely located. Walking distance to beaches and shopping areas. Local Carrefour opposite the hotel, a large busy supermarket. Mcdonalds nearby. Hotel close to train station. Take no. 98 bus from airport and get off at Riqueir train station. […] Then its a short walk to hotel. Taxis can be otherwise expensive. Local buses and trams stops nearby. All in all a very smart and modern hotel. Shower is hot but once or twice sprayed water everywhere due to the force of the water. Toilet is separate from the shower room. Pleasant stay for 4 nights. Noise free room with blackout drapes. Cleaning done every 2 days though. And they will charge extra if you need it more often. Pool available but was closed around December. Internet is WIFI only in lobby. In the room its wired only, which was a pain because I only took an ipad not my laptop hence had to stay in lobby to catch up email etc. Staff speak good English and are available for advice on where to go and what to do. The basic rooms have a sofa bed, which although adequate is not the same as a real bed. I was offered and paid for an upgrade to a larger room, with double bed and also a sofa bed. Free Wi Fi only in downstairs lobby. Rooms have a cable connection for laptop. The kitchen area has enough equipment to make a snack, but lacked bowls, mugs and a sharp knife. […] The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Every convenience plus excellent security. This is a modern hotel with everything one needs in the apartments. Was impressed by the staff and, as a single traveler, the fact one has to have a key card to even use the elevator.

Other than the fact the service was a little slower on our check in day, Hipark is a decent place in Nice. It is near the tram stop which is the main road, it is in front of a small shopping mall and walking distance to Nice Riquer Station. Had a great stay! Room is large, modern look and feel, great bed, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a quite room and got a room facing an inside court - which was in fact very quite. I totally recommend this hotel - for business, pleasure, on your own or with family.

Wow, this is really awesome 3 stars hotel. It's on par with some of the 4 stars that I've stayed in. I guess it's a residence instead of full service hotel, so the rating is a little different. I expected some kitchen facilities when selecting the room type. This place had pots, pans, bowls, plates, and the works. It has probably the largest Carrefour […] that I've been to in Europe, right across the street. Had to make myself a salad and boil some mussels! It's a perfect stay if you have a family. The tram is 2 blocks away. I stayed here for 5 days, so cleaning service was every other day, which is more than enough. I want to note the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. The front desk gentleman let us use the fitness room showers after a night train ride from Paris because early check-in was not possible due to full booking at the hotel. I thought the stay was excellent. This is a residence instead fo a Hotel so we cooked our own food or ate out, which was what we really wanted. The Room was clean and had everything we needed. We could have done with knowing we had a vacuum cleaner and Iron as we brought some with us taking up weight. The Shower head is in the wrong location for the […] shower screen on the Bath so the floor kept getting soaked and the Pool is a LOT smaller than it looks but I would Definitely Reccommend this as a place to stay. Room very nice, well presented and equipped. It was silent with windows closed, we slept well. Staff helpful and spoke good english. Nice and cool in hotel even when fiercely hot outside. Only small criticisms are that Breakfast seemed a little expensive, there was no mattress cover and sheet did not fit the bed quite right.

Stayed for 2 nights with 2 kids in family suite, bedroom partitioned from lounge with fold out bed by sliding doors. Lounge also had a kitchenette and dining table. With beds out there was not much room left. Rooms were stylish and functional but could have been layed out better with separate toilet off lounge and shower off bedroom. We had a couple […] of problems (tv remote batteries dead, basin plug broken) but these were fixed impressively instantly when reported to front desk. Rooms were very quite and opened up onto internal courtyard. The hotel is a good half hour walk from promenade but very handy to train station and shopping centre across road where you can hire public bikes for 1 euro per hour, or catch tram into town. We stayed in a suite room and called ahead to check the room and hotel facilities. The staff informed us of the Nice tax rate (1Euro/night/pp) and emphasised the cleaning service was offered every other day but if necessary they could clean each day for a small fee. On arrival we found the hotel to be very pleasant and the staff friendly and approachable. […] There is a nice lobby area which many guests used to relax and use their computers in. In the suite both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. On check out we left our luggage with the hotel for one last look at the Port, and the staff informed us if we wanted to go to the beach we had access to shower and changing facilities upon our return. The hotel is conveniently located close to supermarkets should you wish to use your cooking facilities in the suite and only a 10-15min walk to the beach front. If you are keen to use the hotel pool it is small and was quite crowded on pool side, however the close proximity of the hotel to the beach meant there was a better alternative Continua a leggere

We love the hotel especially the breakfast area and what they offered for breakfast. The room is unique. The hotel owner is very nice too.One suggestion is to get dinner or lunch somewhere else because there is only one restaurant in the area, which was nice, but we would rather have options.

Very modern apartment, clean and well-maintained. Really good location too. Room is not that big and the bed is a sofa bed, but it was still very comfortable. I would stay there again as it was very good value.

The hotel is in excellent location and staff are excellent too. The only reason for not getting 5 for overall rating was that the swimming pool area does not provide any shelter from the sun, and been very white rendered the pool area useless to me.

My 1st bad review(1)Arrived @ hotel 11am with toddler after 2d & 7hr transit & check-in only @ 5pm.Babycot not in room as requested. Wait till 7pm,went dinner & back 8.30pm,still no cot!(2)Need extra pillow.Rang to ask,waited 1hr & was told too busy & get it myself downstairs. Room isn’t cleaned daily & wasn’t told,so had towel left on floor.Asked for […] more towel,waited 1hr again & told to wait at cleaners room to collect them(3)Didn’t know basic travel/tourist info.Gave wrong bus/tram route.Couldn’t direct me to a money changer and was asked to go to a bank-on Sunday!(4)Left suit jacket in room.Contacted hotel within 2hr after checkout.Long story short,took them a wk b4 sending it (we called & emailed EVERYDAY).When they sent it, they didn’t give us a tracking no. for registered post which I paid for.We chase for tracking no.They didn’t know who sent it or when, then they told us off for leaving jacket in room & said they’re busy people,stop bothering them & they were doing us a favour cos’ it was OUR fault for leaving it behind.They then said the suit was sent & we should chase LaPoste (France post).We tried making them understand that LaPoste could find it if there was a TRACKING NUMBER!1 mth later,we’ve now left France, NO jacket,NO tracking number,NO reply to emails.One LARGE phone bill,holiday time wasted going to the bank & LaPoste,calling & emailing the hotel everyday.Once we called & recalled, they put us on hold 3 times in a row (20mins wait on int. roaming.) Good location, 5-7 mins walk from Port, Old Town, Promenade, Train Station. Location has neighborhood ambiance surrounded by shops and local restaurants. Nice walk into old town following tram route, wouldn't be bothered even getting tram as so close and lots of shops en route so enjoyable. Sounds bad, but in general quite good hotel. Big room (suite) and fresh interior. Some strange details (like showering makes floor flooded), causing minuses. Internet connection free, but no wi-fi. Small, but OK gym. Parking in building with direct elevator!! No cork screw in room, and that night (!) also no available in recepion, but we killed a cockroach […] in the kitchen cupboard. Nice area between hotel and sea. Big shopping centre across the street. Some good restaurants nearby (e.g. Restaurant tapas ALTO), tram or walking distance to old town and city centre. I liked it very much! It was really clean, all the furniture was new. There was all necessery kitchen staff in the room. During 7 days our room was cleaned once or twice but that wasn't a problem at all, because there was even vacuum cleaner that we can use. Also Carrfour market is near the hotel.Really recommend it for stay.

Very impress, good location and the staff are friendly and helpful ! Very close to buses and tram. Carrefour shopping centre and McDonalds opposite hotel. Definitely would recommend this self-catering hotel.

Spent a week at HiPark on business. Very modern, beautifully done rooms - "to a high specification" as they'd say in England. The photos on the site do not do them justice. Fast, cabled internet (no WiFi - cable supplied at check in). The rooms are very quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Definately my first choice for my next stay in Nice.

The hotel is modern, beautiful and everything works just like they should. The room was nicely decorated and CLEAN. They only clean the rooms once in two days but that was no problem to us. Nearby (10 min walk) there is the Riquier railway station where all the trains to Monaco, some trains to Cannes and airport buses depart. Perfect - couldn't be more […] satisfied! The only minus was the location in relation to the city centre. Although the old town is just a short walk away, the city center is farther and takes about 20min to walk there. We were very happy with the hotel. Big room, with comfortable bed, small but efficient kitchenette. Staff very helpful, speaking English, always there to serve. The hotel is situated a walking distance from the Port. We were glad that it was not very close to the busy city center. Pleasant surrounding (park near by), not far from the train station (good […] for train trips to Monaco or Cannes), great french restaurant round the corner (we've spend the fortune in there;)).
