Personale molto gentile, camera pulita, parcheggio comodo. Peccato una piccola triste saletta per la colazione e brutti e consumati asciugamani in camera.

Excellent location just 5 minutes walk from Duval Street main shops and bars. Very clean brand new refurbished hotel. Nice pool area. Ideal for a base to explore. Excellent hotel. If you are looking for a good place to spend your time in Key West, it will do it.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Everything was new and clean and fresh-smelling! The pool was really nice and the staff was always helpful. I highly recommend it!

Pristine. Artfully decorated. A relaxing resort where everything was a pleasure to look at and walking distance to downtown. Helpful staff.

Great hotel but use the earplugs because roosters are obnoxious!

I ordered to queen beds in the room for the four adults staying, but instead received a king and a pull out bed. Furthermore, upon checking in, we had to wait for the printer to be fixed and the manager to inform the person behind the counter how to fix it in the future instead of taking care of our needs. This hotel was awesome. Very new...location was right near duval street. Staff was super friendly. i would stay here again..and again... thumbs up to this INN!

We checked in which took no time and then headed to our room. Very clean but if you get 208, the view isn't the best. Aside from that, staff is great and we would stay there again.

Our stay at the Silver Palms Inn was amazing! The rooms are bright, comfortable and extremely clean. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the pool that we used in the evening. The Inn is not a far walk from all that Key West has to offer and only about a block away is a beautiful Catholic church . We enjoyed staying here for two nights. It was very close to restaurants, Duval Street and other attractions. The breakfast was outstanding-including fresh croissants of several varieties as well as fresh fruit each day. The desk staff was very helpful in making recommendations of all kinds.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Silver Palms Inn. Everything about the hotel was clean and nice. Beds and linens were clean, fresh, and very comfortable. Pool was nice lots of chairs and lounges. Usually a place to in the shade to get out of the sun if you needed. Loved the location very close proximity to Duval St. and the great bars and restaurants […] in the area. Would defiantly recommend this place and would love to stay here again if/when we are able to return to Key West. Continua a leggere

The hotel was great, nicely decorated, great pool, and very relaxing. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, soap, as the ones provided are somewhat less desireable however we appreciated the need to be green in today's hotel environment. I would reccommend not staying during college spring break as we were advised there are no "quiet hours" and the young […] children on both sides of our room very very loud all hours of the night. Luckily the hotel provides ear plugs (seriously!) but i think they were for the loud roosters that were outside our first floor window every morning. We stayed in this hotel for a week and found a real gem. The location is great and we were able to walk to all the main attractions in Key West. The hotel is fairly new and still fresh. The staff were very helpfull and pleasant. We woould have no hesitation in recommending Silver Palms to our friends.

Hotel is located short walk from all you need in Key West. All you need from a hotel. Even has free parking/breakfast.

Loved it!

We stayed at Silver Palms while visiting Key West. The hotel is only two blocks from Duval Street, so we were able to walk to all of the attractions. We parked our car when we arrived, and did not use it again until we left Key West. The hotel was nice, new, and clean.

Great place! I'll definitely go back. Staff was perfect. Pool was nice. Free wifi is always good. Only negative is that if you're in a room on Truman street, there's some noisy roosters across the street that will caw at night. They're all over the island everywhere, but there's a particularly loud one that likes to talk at night on the property across […] the street. The ear plugs provided in the room helped though. Enjoyed our stay.

Newly renovated hotel on Truman ave just 3 blocks north of Duval St. Great location. Rent bikes and you can go anywhere. Pool is nice. Staff friendly.

High standard in general (v clean and comfortable) but do not expect this hotel to have much character or charm. We were given a v nice room but of the main road and we did not sleep well due to traffic noise. If you stay in the Key West you are better off choosing a smaller hotel or B&B, many have a historical cachet and are charming.

We found this hotel to be one of the most contemporary hotels in Florida. The staff were helpful, the decor was fabulous and so clean. The poolside had comfortable double lounge beds (for those who were couples) and the amenities were all within a comfortable walking distance. We were only staying for one night but wished it was much longer. parking […] was also hassle free and next to the hotel. . We would definitely stay again when we return to Florida and reccomend it to others. Continua a leggere

The hotel is motel style and offers minimal services. That said, it is very clean, the rooms are very well appointed,with great beds, and very nice decor. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very good. It is situated on Highway US1, very close to Duvall Street. I would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable pool area, ok room, beds and bath. Not too far from Hemingway museum and Southernmost Point of the US.

Recently renovated and close to everything. We walked everywhere from here. Enjoyed using the balcony for drinks at dusk. Staff was great and wifi was solid throughout hotel. Great first key west experience!

This hotel is newly renovated in a very nice modern/tropical style. The location was great...walkable to many places, and plenty of parking, which is rare in Key West. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good also. I would stay here again.

motel like setting but rooms are spacious with modern furniture. Clean and i love the window shutters! Pool was nice and relaxing, customer service was friendly. Earplugs provided in room, and woken up by cuckoos of roosters, but that's just a Key West thing.. :)

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Silver Palms. We were able to walk to most everything we wanted to see. It is a fairly new hotel and immaculately kept, secure, and well appointed.

Thought the place was terrific. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful with info. regarding things to do on the island/places to eat. The pool was delightful. The hotel was quiet which is quite a feat considering how close we were to the revelry on Duval St, not to mention we stayed over New Years Eve with our kids.

We stayed as a couple in the Silver Palms Inn in December 2011. It was easy to find with adequate car parking. Our room was facing the pool and was lovely - nice decor, comfortable bed, quiet and full of everything we needed. It was a short walk to Duval/Southernmost Point/Mallory Sq. Yes I heard roosters in the morning but it was part of the charm! […] The pool area was nicely maintained with adequate number of sun beds. Me, my mom and aunt stayed here for my birthday back in December, it was sooo clean and the staff were very helpful! Can't wait to book another stay here.

This was a nice place in a great location. The hotel looked almost new as it has recently been remodeled. It was 3 or 4 blocks to Duval street which made it perfect to visit the downtown, but far enough to stay quite and peaceful

This is an excellent hotel and a great place to stay if you intend to walk to Duval or any of the Key West attractions. The bed was hard but overall a great nights rest in a friendly and easily accessible hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous.The pool area was nice and clean. Unfortunately the workout room was very small with only 3 machines, no weights. I would definitely recommend bringing ear plugs as the walls are very thin. The hotel is located off Truman Ave (US 1) which is a very busy road. A great small hotel! If i go back i would book this again for sure. Ok breakfast. The hotel is in a nice quiet area about 10 min walk from main street. Very friendly staff!
