Very beautiful B&B, comfortable, clean, good service. Would recommend to others. would start again. no fault of anyone: next time we would get a king bed with tub and shower.

B & B was beautifully decorated and cozy. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Owner friendly and accommodating.

The B&B is in a neighborhood surround by single family homes. Modest restaurants and a park are within walking distance. The room was decent. The shower and sink were the smallest I have ever seen...almost like an airplane. The community rooms (library/sitting room) are spacious and well decorated. The hostess was nicer to other people than she was […] to us (was it me? was it because I booked on hotels.com??). The breakfast was fantastic. The cookie jar and huge selcetion of coffee/tea/hot chocolate outside our room was awesome! Overall the place was nice - - but I would have rather stayed at the Sheraton Waterfront in Erie. If you want to get away for a night or a weekend, the Grape Arbor Bed & Breakfast is an amazing place to stay! Located in the small town of North East, PA, Grape Arbor is within 5 minutes from a public access beach on Lake Erie. "Grape Arbor B&B-A Wonderful Place to Stay"
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Grape Arbor and had a wonderful time. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was AMAZING! We'll definitely be staying here in the future.

"Grape Arbor B&B outside Erie - amazing service"
Amazing food and friendly owners. The room was spacious and comfortable. Not overcrowded and felt the individual service. Would love to go back anytime.

The breakfasts were amazing, delicious and delightful. Geat attention to detail in all aspectsvof the accommodation. Extras free of charge include juice and water in the mini-fridge, home- made cookies available 24/7, and a library of magazines, books and movies. A couch would have been nice, but the armchairs were comfortable.

I travel bi-weekly nationally with my job. I made a great choice. The owner was wonderful and went out of her way to prepare a special breakfast of fresh fruit with shredded coconut for me early in the morning. The 1920 mansion was beautiful my room was HUGE with a private terrace. There were always homemade cookies and snacks avaible along with beverages […] at no additional charge. "Great Stay"
The place was great and in a perfect location. Visited some nice vineyards as well. Breakfast was all homemade and wonderful. The best chocolate chip cookies ever.

Das komplette Haus ist im Colonialstil gehalten und die Zimmer sind wunderschön. Wir hatten ein fantastisches Frühstück und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Diese Unterkunft war der krönende Abschluss zu einer tollen Rundreise!
