St Govans Country Inn Pembroke

Food and staff were lovely, but room decor was tired, bed comfortable, but pillows were flat and well past it. Bathroom clean and well stocked. Breakfast was good, plentyful and filling. No mobile reception, but limited wifi, which was very useful. Be aware that this is above a busy pub, and there is some noise until kicking out time. Recommend booking […] a table for dinner as the Fri night we couldn't get a table, the place was crammed again on Sat, but we'd booked and the wait wasn't too long considering the number of people being served. Location is wonderful, 2mins walk to the lily ponds and a short drive from St Govan's chapel, both of which are well worth a visit. Continua a leggere

Lovely little B&B and Pub in quiet little village, bit of a drive but lovely for a quiet away from it all location. Superb base for surrounding countryside provided you have a car. Very easy to sleep a good nights sleep and B&B staff only to happy to help.

I booked a single room, but was given a double for the same price. The room was like a hotel room (in the best way) and I was especially glad to have a bath after a long day's cycling. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though they were also busy running the pub/restaurant downstairs. The pub was full of people eating, (many children) so I guess […] the place has a good reputation with people in Pembroke. From the hotel you can probably walk to the cliffs to look at the amazing coastline. Continua a leggere
