Molto buono. Unica lamentela, il comportamento dell'autista della "navetta" per l'aeroporto (fornita dall'albergo), che si è arbitrariamente trattenuto quattro euro di resto (dati 50, resi 30) come mancia.

Bellissimo hotel in stile classico con personale cortese, internet veloce, camere grandi dotate di ogni confort e posizione che più centrale non si può con metropolitane, ristorante e locali da ogni lato. Tuttavia la nostra camera, pur essendo molto ampia e confortevole, dava sul cortile interno e questo è risultato un pò claustrofobico e con scarsa ventilazione.

complessivamente buono, grande e comoda camera family ,affacciata sulla Gran via ( rumorori di traffico e sirene la notte), letti un po' duri ,bene bagno , ottima e varia colazione a buffet , fermata metro a 10 metri , in centro (Puerta del Sol ) in meno di 10 minuti a piedi.WiFi solo nella Hall ed al piano colazione internet con cavo in camera

in posizione molto centrale, posizionato a pochi passi dalla metro e nella zona centrale del cuore di madrid, stanza piccola invece della matrimoniale ho avuto una stanza con due letti separati, per il resto tutto ok

the great location close to the barajas airport. the service of driving guests to the airport. problems with pickup...but not a big problem. if it is a hostal where was the kitchen and commonroom?? no computers to borrow for internet! and bad english..considering the amount of foreign visitors..

if you have to stay over night between two flights this is good option. they will drive you to the airport for free. hotel is in good condition, however it is not very clean. that is big -

Perfect shuttle service from and to the Barajas airport. Just it made the hotel choice worth perfectly to spend a night before an ealry flight.

You'll cling on for your life in the hostal vicky shuttle but you wont waste any time getting to and from the airport! My room was clean and well equiped. Close to small local restaurants and shops. Not a vacation spot but perfect for a brief layover.

Needing a great hotel close to the airport, this is the one for you. Only had dispensers of soap and shampoo, so if you need more; bring it! Transportation to and from the airport is included in the price. Quiet and clean and reasonable priced. Great find!

My son and I arrived at Madrid Barajas at 11 pm and I picked this hotel because of the fact it has a 24 hour shuttle. Needless to say, the hotel NEVER answered the phone. I texted my husband back in the US in order for him to call the hotel. A person did answer the phone but claimed not to speak English !!! I had to spend 14 euros for a three minute […] cab ride. "Quiet, and a good price!"
We chose this hotel because it was really afordable. We loved Barajas. It was nice and quiet, there were shops and restaurants nearby. The metro station was in an inconspicuous location, but when you find it it's easy to access the center of Madrid. Extra! ils vont vous chercher à e de l'aéroport, ils sont tous sympas, respectueux et fiables, l'hôtel est près du métro Barajas, les chambres sont impeccables et tranquilles, nous avons adorés cet hôtel et les recommandons fortement! Bravo à l'équipe Vicky!

"There is better places in the area"
Stayed at the hotel for one night because I had a morning flight. The room itself is what you can exspect for the price but the front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. There is much better hotels in same price range in the area like Tach hotels.

It is close to the airport, they have an airport shuttle service, it is very affordable and wll kept, clean and cosy for the cost.
