The Address - Guest house Blackpool

We stayed here for 1 night when we went to a gig at Winter Gardens (just a 10min walk from the hotel). The owners were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the place was clean.

I stayed overnight with my 13 yr old daughter last weekend. The hosts Joseph and Kalpana are lovely, so welcoming and genuinely interested in you enjoying your stay with them. We were offered tea on arrival and our case was taken to our room - nice touches. The room was spotless (everywhere we went was), and there were little extras such as body lotion, […] cotton wool and a nice selection of beverages inc herbal teas (plus some upmarket biccies !) Breakfast was fantastic ! the choice was amazing - my daughter was very impressed with the pancakes !. Overall a very pleasant stay, and I am sure we will return ! very comfortable room and a very warm welcome give by the owners. The hotel is very close to the seafront and all of the fun no need to use our car all weekend. Breakfast was lovely with all that you need or want and plenty of choice. Couldn't ask for anything else thank you.

Extremely friendly hosts and best inclusive breakfast offer we've ever seen. When my biggest complaint about the room, is the toilet not having environmentally friendly two flush options, you know it was exceptionally good! Very clean and well kept! We definitely recommend this place. Just a ten minute walk away from the attraction areas.

The owners go our of their way to make you welcome and are very efficient. The room was bright and comfortable and the cooked breakfast was very good. There is limited parking at the front of the property which you should reserve when booking. Its a 10 min walk to the sea front. Free wifi.

Only stayed for one night, were made to feel really welcome by the proprietors who were very friendly. Rooms were of slightly dated decor but immaculately clean, the breakfast was out of this world, all fresh produce and very tasty. Parking not great but I managed to reserve a spot right outside the hotel front door by providing my car reg. number a […] day or two after I booked the room. All in all, I would heartily recommend the Address, not the cheapest in Blackpool but worth it because of the great friendly service, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and quiet location. My girlfriend and I were only in Blackpool for one night to go to The Open Championship golf the next day, so we chose somewhere close to Lytham to make it easy to get there early. We really enjoyed our brief stay, the owners were really lovely friendly people and the hotel was clean and well presented.

What a very warm welcome we received on arrival at THE ADDRESS. We were served with a welcome cup of tea and cake immediately we arrived and our bags were taken and put outside our room by Joseph. My son and his partner came to meet us at the B&B and they were made so welcome by Kalpana and Joseph and nothing was too much trouble for them assisting […] in getting the pushchair in and out and heating the baby's bottle. The place is absolutely spotless and breakfast was superbly cooked and was delicious. The crockery, cutlery and tables were pristine. I was visiting Blackpool to see the John Barrowman concert, which was unfortunately cancelled. However, I was very satisfied with my stay in Blackpool in every other respect: Mr. and Mrs. Robinson are doing a wonderful job in making their guests enjoy their stay. They even offered me tea and cake while discussing the breakfast options when checking […] in! The breakfast (included in the room rate) was excellent, the Wi-Fi was free to use, the room was nice and spacious and the price was right, so very good value for the money. This hotel is a surprise, we were welcomed at the door by the owners, where our bags were taken while we quickly and efficiently were checked in and lead to our rooms, we were offered tea or coffee, and they owners were very friendly. the room was fresh clean tidy and had everything we needed, my daughter even got the code to use the WIFI. the location […] was perfect a few streeets back from the tower, 5 min walk to the front and shops. the breakfast was 1st class cooked to order and so fresh.. these people could not do enough for us.. From the initial welcome, with a cup of tea and a slice of cake, until our departure, we were given excellent service. Rooms are clean and well equipped with tea making facilities and the little things that matter such as biscuits, decaf tea, mints...etc. Breakfast is well cooked with an excellent choice.Good quality stuff here;- good quality bacon, […] orange juice and HP sauce. No watered down stuff here. Parking is available; a valuable asset althouigh that may not be guaranteed if the guest house is full. Excellently placed between Stanley Park and Sea Front (5 mins) or Tower (10 mins). This is far enough to be away from the mayhem of the evening sea front but easy walk back. Wer in Blackpool eine ruhige, saubere Unterkunft in der Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und der Service (inkl. Frühstück) absolut vorbildlich.
