The hotel is located near the river, a casino and a big road, outside of town. The river is not particularly pretty but the hotel is quiet. I made the reservation on the road the night before we needed the room. Too late to cancel electronically. Called the hotel and explained we were not to arrive until the next day. The hotel changed the reservation without blinking an eye. Very much appreciated. The cost of the hotel was a half or a third of the other hotels listed. The room was clean, […] large, and comfortable. The bar was a fair value. The only downside was the location before finding out where the bus line stopped. "Nh Hotel Trier"
This is a business hotel. Lots of mid-mgt & operating engineers around. Also lots of bus tours, mostly Oriental. Efficient, but no "charm". But clean, quiet, and excellent view of Mosel River from the rooms. Restaurant is quite decent. Morning breakfast buffet (extra) was very good. Would stay there again.
Not to bad location, though a bit of a hassle to get from the bus stop to the hotel the first time. In walking distance from town center as well (ca 15 min.) The room seemed a bit run down and the carpet was stained... But a good hotel for 1-2 nights, good price.

El servicio está bien y el precio también, pero deberían reformarlo de manera integral: antiguo y lejos del centro, no compensa frente a otras ofertas.

"Das HGotel liegt direkt an der Mosel"
Von außen sind das Gebäude und seine triste Umgebung eher abschreckend, innen wird man jedoch im gewohnten NH-Stil empfangen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, zumal wir auf unser Bitten ein Zimmer mit Mosel-Blick erhalten haben. Der Service an der Rezeption und im Zimmer war sehr gut. Der Preis von 13 Euro für das Frühstück schien uns, zumal auch manche Teile […] nicht mehr nachgelegt wurden, im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels dieser Klasse etwas überzogen. Når værelset bestilles er prisen uden morgenmad, og det er i orden, men det er lidt besværligt, at man ikke kan finde ud af at få morgenmad, aftensmad og drikke skrevet på værelsets nummer fordi man ikke kender kundens kreditkort - selv om dette er oplyst ved betalingen.

Negativt: Vi havde bestilt et ikke-ryger værelse, men måtte kæmpe med receptionen for at få et. Personalet i baren og restauranten var uprofessionelle. De virkede helt uinteresserede i deres gæster. Gæsterne kunne vente længe på et banalt glas hvidvin Ved indgangen til restauranten skal man vente til der kommer én og tager imod. Den ene aften ventede […] og ventede vi, men der kom ingen. Så gik vi ind og satte os ved et bord. Da tjeneren endelig kom var hun eddike sur over, at vi ikke havde ventet !! Det bord vi havde sat os ved, hævdede hun var reserveret. Der var dog ikke noget skilt på bordet. Vi tilbød at flytte til et andet bord (der var mange ledige) men det kunne så være lige meget. Adgangen til trådløst internet burde ændres så man ikke hele tiden skal have ny password. Positivt: Stort rummeligt værelse. Aftensmaden var helt OK til prisen. Continua a leggere

Old building from 60/70s, hallways old and worn. Room a little better, but stil showing age. Bathrom remodeled recently, OK No aircon or ventilation on the rooms. Hotel is located close/in an industrial estate with the autobahn very close by. Traffic noise when you open the window is intrusive. Bus/taxi needed to get to Trier town center. "Direkte Lage an der Mosel"
Wir haben ein Wochenende in dem Hotel verbracht und wurden bereits beim Empfang positiv überrascht als man uns sagte, dass die Minibar zu unserer freien Verfügung stünde und wir bei Bedarf am Sonntag bis 17:00 Uhr auschecken können. Wir haben Beides dankend angenommen. So konnten wir sonntags noch wandern und unsere Abreise frisch geduscht antreten. […] Das Hotel sieht von aussen nicht mehr sehr attraktiv aus wovon man sich aber nicht täuschen lassen sollte. Das Personal war ohne Ausnahme freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück sehr gut und auch für Langschläfer reichhaltig. Sollten wir nocheinmal ein Radfahrwochenende in Trier planen, werden wir wieder hier einkehren. Es liegt sofort am Radweg und ausserhalb vom Zentrum, was man in knapp 25 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht. Continua a leggere
