Qualità/Prezzo eccezionale, ottima posizione come punto di partenza per visitare il centro di Stoccarda. Di fronte all'Hotel, stazione ferroviaria per connessione ai mezzi pubblici, nell'immediate vicinanze Centro Commerciale per Shopping e Zona Pedonale per visita della cittadina Sindenfinger e/o Punti di Ristoro. Personale disponibile H24 come Lounge Bar, colazione inclusa ricca ed abbondante a buffet, la camera spaziosa con inclusa cassaforte, TV, Frigo Bar e mini salottino con poltrone, tavolo e scrivania. E' sicuramente utilizzato da clientela di tipo Business ma nulla toglie un uso personale come il sottoscritto. Leggermente elevato il costo del Garage sotterraneo, ma compensato dal costo del soggiorno. Lo consiglio caldamente e sicuramente da tenere in considerazione per successivo ritorno in visita alla città principale con dintorni annessi.

Se avete un mezzo proprio con cui spostarvi, questo è l'hotel che fa per voi. Ottimi prezzi, colazione super, linea internet gratuita, personale molto accogliente, ottimo rapporto qualtià/prezzo. Insomma noi siamo stati molto bene e, in genere, il grado di soddisfazione è stato ottimo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

ottimo hotel e facilmente raggiungibile, visto che è appena fuori dall' autostrada.

We enjoyed our stay at Park Inn. The hotel staff were all very helpful. The location of the hotel was great - it was close to all the amenities like supermarket, just next door, and the train station which was just across the street allowed us to travel to any part of Stuttgart which was good.

My wife and I recently moved to Stuttgart and stayed here for nearly a month before we found an apartment. The Park Inn turned out to be a great choice. The room was perfectly decorated to our taste, the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful (and came to know us by name long before we checked out), and room service was decent (except […] for breakfast, which was great). This hotel is conveniently located as well. Walk out the front door, cross over Hauptstaetter Strasse, walk one block, turn right, and in 5-10 minutes you're at the Koenigsplatz. I really can't find enough good things to say about this place. It was our first home in Germany. BONUS: If you want a restaurant recommendation near the hotel, walk out the front door and walk up the street that runs along the right side of the hotel. "Nice new hotel with great breakfast"
We stayed at Park Inn for 3 nights. Very satisfied with the room deco; high ceilings, comfortable beds/pillows/duvet, great rain shower. Breakfast was a wide range of tasty food including sauteed mushrooms and bacon. Will stay there again if we're ever in Stuttgart!

Upon arrival in to our room, we were shocked to see that the TV was working but we couldn't get any of the lights to come on!!!! Not even the bathroom light. Well after FIVE or so minutes, we figured out the slot that says "Room Key" by the front door is actually REQUIRED to be used in order to get the lights to turn on. This is a great way to save […] evergy, BUTTTTT it would be nice if this were explained or if there was a sign explaining as to why the lights don't come on when you use the switch. Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. A good value for the money and if you're looking for something that looks like the pictures and doesn't hold a lot of surprises, this place is great. Also, a nice easy walk to the Schlossplatz. Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (9Monate) im Hotel und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, können es daher auch nicht beurteilen. Das Restaurant war sehr lecker. Die Damen und Herren des Zimmer-Service (leider nur schlechte Deutschkenntnisse) und Empfangs waren sehr nett. Das Zimmer war insgesamt ordentlich […] und sauber, lediglich die Türinnenseite im Bad war mit Flecken der Vorgänger übersät, was auf Grund der Maserung erst auf den 2. Blick zu sehen war. Hotellin sijainti on loistava. Moottoritien liittymä on lähellä, joten kaupungin läpi ei tarvitse ajella. Ympäriltä löytyy mukavasti erilaisia ruokapaikkoja.

Ein schönes Stadthotel direkt am Marienplatz mit fairen Wochenendpreisen und optimalem ÖPNV-Anschluss. Da würde ich jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Park Inn ist inzwischen zu unserem Stammhotel geworden, mehr als Zwischenstation zwischen Bruessel + Muenchen! Zimmer sehr ansprechend, minimalistisch, aber komplett. Was fehlt ist ein Kuehlschrank - keine Bar! Sehr zufrieden!

The service at the hotel was friendly and the staff had a good knowledge of how to get around in Stuttgart. The rooms were modern and tidy and everything worked as it should. The hotel is located 10-15 minutes walk away from the city centre, but there is a U-Bahn station located nearby, so it is easy to get there. All in all, a very positive experience. Gran hotel, precio-calidad muy bueno, buena situacion, a 100m una boca de metro y 30mt andadando del centro, desayunos abundantes y los alrededores para no moverse de ahi si uno quiere.Ah! y algunos en recepcion hablan español.

A very basic hotel with nice and tidy rooms and "lean" service processes. The hotel does not provide a free wifi connection - even though many other Park Inn-hotels do... So if you're only looking for a simple place to crash, consider this an option. If you want to use any services - skip this.

A very good hotel for the price. Excellent breakfast and the rooms are very nice (good beds). As it's very new (summer of 2011), the hotel is in excellent shape. Only issue is that they charged extra for having an extra bed - even though it's stated in the booking that we were three. However, for the price, the quality is excellent. Ensivaikutelma hotellista oli negatiivinen, sillä palvelu vastaanotossa oli tympeää ja epäkohteliasta. Aamiaisella saimme sen sijaan hyvää palvelua, henkilökunta osasi asiansa ja oli erittäin ystävällistä. Hotellin sijainti on mainio. Ein Hotel, das man weiterempfehlen kann. Ein wenig ungemütlich wirkt die Bar, die unmittelbar links von der Rezeption steht und dort meiner Meinung nach schlecht platziert ist. Aber da es andere Möglichkeiten gibt, den Abend ausklingen zu lassen, ist das kein wirklicher Aspekt für die Hotelbewertung. "Neues und zentralgelegenes Hotel beim Marienplatz"
Im Wesentlichen ist das Park Inn ein gutes modernes Kettenhotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Qualität und der Preis stimmen. Was mir jedoch negativ aufgefallen ist, ist das Vibrieren der Betonplatte. Wenn jemand im Gang läuft, ist es sogar mit Ohrenpropfen zu spüren. Ob dies nur im 7. Stock der Fall ist, weiss ich nicht.
