Village Center Inn Teton Village

This is the most beautiful spot at the base of the Grand Tetons, Wyoming and just a few miles out of Jackson Hole. The Inn was one of the oldest accomodations there but clean and comfortable and very affodable for this location. Highly recommended.

What a flea bag of a hotel. Paid for 2 nights and barey made it through 1. Place was filthy. Was supposed to be no pets or smoking. Next door had huge dog and the place smelled like a bar. Do yourself a favor, stay in the mountain with the bears, you will be better off.

It's a few miles out of town but it's probably only 15 mins to Jackson, and there's all the amenities of a ski resort right there (open in Summer as well). It's also a bit closer to get to Grand Teton NP. Better than I expected.

The room was great--walking distance to everything in Teton Village, yet very quiet. Loved having a full kitchen, and there was absolutely no noise through the walls or ceiling. The room was very clean and everything was in excellent condition. The only complaint was that it was hard to find--you have to register with the real estate office over by […] the gas stations, and then the condos themselves are above the Wildernest sport shop. We would never have figured it out without going into another hotel for directions. The parking is a bit crazy--you have to park in the main lot, and it can be a bit of a walk, but other than that we had a wonderful stay. Make sure you take the tramway to the top of the mountain! The Village Center Inn room was a comfortable ski room in the building adjacent to the main gondola building (a central location). It had a very nice kitchen and TV. The best part was that we were walking distance from the Mangy Moose restaurant and bar where we had a great dinner and saw a very good band (a very enjoyable evening). The bar serves meals […] on their porch which is surrounded by beautiful trees which I’d recommend to everyone (in the summer). Being a resort there are a lot of activities one can participate in at Teton Village. My partner took the opportunity to take a paragliding flight from the top of the mountain to the valley floor. He says it was wonderful. We strongly recommend the Teton Village and the Village Center Inn to everyone who wants a low key, relaxing, enjoyable time. In addition to enjoying Teton Village, we also enjoyed the restaurants and activities available in Jackson Hole a short drive away. One suggestion - the office (co-located with the gas station) closes early. It is best to call ahead if you are going to arrive late so that they can tell you how to get your room key. Visited with a party of 5 adults from Ok. Was very pleased with our accomodations. Rooms were great with everything for a extended stay, although we were stayin only 1 night. Surrounding area was beautiful. Took free gondola ride up mountain, and was great. Check-in and out was very efficient , was given good info about area. Only suggestion would be […] to note in confirmation that guests are required to check-in and out not at Village Inn itself, but at guest reservation at a location other than hotel. Parking was very full, so had to go from hotel back to an area a couple blocks to check in and then again find parking. Would recommend highly, only thing needed was iron and ironing board in rooms. location location!!

The room appeared to be a converted apartment, very basic. The TV was in the living room, so no TV from the uncomfortable bed. It did have a fairly nicely equipped kitchen, which we didn't use. I suppose it wasn't bad, for the price. The location was good and the surrounding area was beautiful. I didn't realize how far it was from Yellowstone. It […] took us 3 hours to get there from Old Faithful area. I had planned to go back to Yellowstone the 2nd day and return to the room, which we had booked for 2 nights, but that became impractical, so we went to the Teton National Park the 2nd day. Nice hotel. Staff was friendly and location was great! For the price, a very good value.

Nice spacious suite with living room, kitchen and two separate single beds in beautiful Teton village right next to the mountains. Hiking, biking are right out front, the gondola leaves next door and takes you to the summit of more than 10,000 feet, and only 12 miles from Jackson, WY. Excellent location and beautiful surroundings.

I searched for the lowest price possible for our stay and wasn't expecting much but this place was absolutely fantastic, much more than the photos or price would reflect. You Will Not Beat this place for ANYthing within $$$ more and you get to stay in Teton Village? Don't believe me? Just check out the other prices. We overstayed our checkout and were […] very politely reminded with utmost respect and kindness. the condo was dynamite and we slept well....I won't come back to the Tetons unless I can stay at this place.....you cannot tell me the other hotels in Teton Village are worth the prices they charge. Ruim appartement in ski-oord Teton Village. Direct naast de gloednieuwe gondelbaan. Schoon, geen harde geluiden, complete keuken. Nadeel: receptie is overkoepelend, dus geen balie voor vragen bij hotel.
