Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 29 giu 2012Purtroppo sono arrivato in Hotel nel tardo pomeriggio e dovendo ripartire il giorno dopo ho avuto poco tempo da trascorrere dentro la struttura. Lo staff e' molto disponibile e gentile, la camera e' dotata dei principali ed essenziali confort, accogliente, pulita. La posizione dell'hotel mi e' parsa un po' defilata e quindi e' necessario possedere un'auto per potersi muovere verso le attrazioni della citta'.

Ovviamente da un Hotel a 2 stelle non ci si deve aspettare chissà cosa, ma aveva tutto il necessario per stare bene. La colazione era buona, e la sala colazione molto pulita. La signora alla reception molto gentile

Staff cordiale, stanza spaziosa e pulita,colazione discreta. Economico rispetto ad altri alberghi con gli stessi servizi e pertanto davvero consigliato. La zona circostante offre ristoranti ,supermercati ed altri servizi; insomma è una scelta azzeccata.

"perfect for what it was for."
We were there for the International Collegiate Bowling sectionals and were gone most of the time. However the hours (sleeping) we were there we were comfortable for the most part. We had a hard time getting the thermostat to work (a/c wanted to come on instead of heat) and we had to request additional covers... It was a good place for one night. I had my wife, three kids and two cats. The room was a little small but adequate for our purposes. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of restaurants close by for dinner. A couple of the staff seemed to be more interested in being on facebook in the business room. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom, like drains. The first 2 days it was very bad, but not quite so awful by the time we left. The thermostat didn't seem to work very well. I eventually had to put it up to 80 degrees to get the heater to come on, but no way was it 80 degrees in the room. I nearly froze the first night. The next day, I complained […] and the front desk gave me 2 blankets since there were no extras in the room. I was ok at night after that. And the breakfast could be inproved by including some low or no sugar containers of cereal. All the ones offered were way high in sugar and not very tasty if you're used to not so much sugar. "nice for the money"
Of all the motels in Smyrna that I have stayed, LaQuinta has been the best. Maybe because we had a room at the very end of the hall at the stairs at the back of the motel on the thrid floor, so we didn't hear a lot of running in the halls, but did have some loud door slamming from inconsiderate people. I didn't like that animals were allowed to stay. […] I don't dislike pets but I hate to think a dog/cat had been on the bed I was in and know that they don't wash the coverlets everytime a client leaves. This bothered me. Also, I was disappointed that you could not swim laps early in the morning as the pool isn't open until 9am....Since I am a senior the exercise room is not the better option for me. the continental breakfast was kinda stale..to me. "Great Place to Staye"
This was a great hotel. I was allowed to check-in early (check in has changed to 3p am Central Time). The room was very clean and comfortable. My only tim issues are very minor; the road noise from I-24 was loud (but easily drowned out by using my laptop to play music) and it took a long time for the shower to have hot water. However, I was on the 4th […] floor (and as a singe female on a business trip I appreciate being put on a higher floor and given some protection.) So these things are minor. Great place to stay! Not too close to Nashville proper and at the end of long line of hotels on the off ramp. If you have children there's not too much to do nearby, but if you're willing to drive a bit there are some historic places to visit. Loved everything about this hotel, but upon check-in, we noticed quite a bit of dog hair on floor. Front desk person came to sweep it up, but kind of disturbing that room was never vacuumed or mopped. "Great hotel but don't do your laundry there!"
This La Quinta was very nice - a newer one. Everything about it was great - excellent breakfast offered with scrambled eggs and nice hot biscuits. My one criticism was the clerk at the front desk did not know the layout of the hotel. I had been informed that there was a washer and dryer on every floor of the hotel. Long story short - by the time I […] found the only pair in the hotel available to guests and after loading my laundry and the detergent and adding my handful of quarters after carrying the laundry to every floor of the hotel.... the machine was broken! I went back to the front desk. The clerk did not offer to reimburse me and instead asked if I would put a note on the machine saying it was out of order! Ok so not a big deal but after driving all day I did not need that added bit of aggravation. "Pleasant but skip the breakfast"
The room was clean and pleasant. The temperature control was fine and free Wi-Fi was good. We had a dog barking (dog-friendly hotel) in a room down the hall at 10:00 PM and had to call to get it stopped. At 7:00 AM when breakfast was supposed to start, nothing was ready. "Amazing Staff"
just stayed for two nights over spring break and the staff in this Hotel was so Friendly. When we checked in we originally got a room in the front of the hotel and there was alot of road noise. We asked for a room in the back and with no quesions asked they moved our room in less than 90 seconds. Each morning we were welcomed by the sweetest lady in […] the free breakfeast area. "Hotel - Dog friendly"
Very nice place to stay with your dog. Rooms were comfortable and clean, but greatly appreciated was the convenient and sizeable potty area....plus a nice neighborhood right down the street which provided a very pleasant and lengthy walk/exercise area. "Music City Respite"
After the harrowing trip through Nashville (the traffic is always horrendous) at the end of a 10 hour trip, the La Quinta was a welcome and comforting stop. "It's our new regular stop"
Love this hotel. We drive back and forth from Florida to Wisconsin several times a year and we have now stayed there 3 times. It is consistently clean, has a great dog policy, and a wonderful breakfast. We will stay there every time we pass through.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
