Check in was great. I got there early, but they had room ready so I was able to check in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and a good value.

When this hotel says that the breakfast is served until 9 AM, do not arrive at 8:55 and expect to find breakfast waiting for you, the food will have been removed. It is a nice breakfast that you will miss. This hotel should have at least another half of a star rating though. It is much nicer than one would first guess. We specifically chose this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub. we were returning from a skiing trip and wanted to sit in the hot tub. Well, the hot tub was "missing a fuse" which seemed like a bogus reason. the staff was not sure really what was wrong, and I know fuses are not that hard to find, especially when they said "they had to order and are […] still waiting for it". There has to be an electrical supply house in Roswell. The furniture set up was awkward and made it hard to maneuver between the computer desk and the bed. Very helpfull staff. Pillows were of my liking "small." Very clean, no oddball smells. I would stay there again.

When we checked into the hotel room, I found that there was a distinct sewage smell coming from the bathroom. As long as I covered up the drain in the sink, the smell was more palatable. I called the main desk only to find that there was no maintenance staff available all weekend and that the manager wasn't in as well. She was very unprofessional and […] didn't offer any other help until I asked to speak with the manager and she patched me through to his phone. When I spoke with him, he offered me another room but with only 1 bed instead of the 2 queen beds that I needed for my family. The hotel was overbooked and he had no other queen bed rooms available. I was unhappy to smell the sewage all weekend.....wish they would have had someone on staff to try to fix the problem. I couldn't change rooms. I don't know if we will stay at this hotel again. One of the nicest stays I have experienced in NM. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms, overall one of the best motels in the SE NM area.

Our stay at the Comfort Suites in Roswell, NM was quite comfortable. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful, not to mention that the location was right on the main street, which was extremely convenient. The room itself was nice and very well maintained and the bed was comfy. The only complaints we had were that the was a bit of a smell […] in the room and the other guests were pretty loud and disruptive. Understandably, I can't blame the hotel for the guests since they were younger and the chaperone they had didn't care that they were being disrespectful to the other guests, but the hotel apparently has a problem with their plumbing on the second floor. The room was permeated by a rather obnoxious odor (it smelled like standing water) which was coming from the bathroom sink. Other that those two things, the stay was perfect. On general good hotel but make sure they do not charge you more than what you sign. My credit card was charged almost 20% of the price I have signed off.

The front desk person A.J. was very immature and rude. He banged on our door at 11:00 at night, woke me up to complain that other hotel guests had heard a dog barking. What a jerk....and he actually walked outside when we left the next morning trying to fight with my husband. Very unprofessional....

This is the best Comfort hotel I have ever been to....it will exceed your expectations. The room layout is similar to Embassy Suites. The bed is comfortable like a Westin. OMG it's good! The modern furniture is better than Loft hotels. Two flat screen TVs, work from same remote...nice Sexy modern furnishings, Comfortable room, Fridge & Microwave hidden […] in a beautiful enclosure Marble bathroom, twin overhead shower heads, nice modern fixtures... Very poor water pressure; barely able to shower and a sewer smell permeated the bathroom and random areas within the hotel. Got some plumbing issues to figure out

Poor customer service from the manager down to the staff. Hotel was nice inside, but the hassle of dealing with the manager and staff was not worth the stay.

Nice big rooms. Only issue was that the DVD players didn't work in any of the 3 rooms I stayed in and the staff couldn't fix it.

I have stayed several hotels in Roswell and this is the best. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. There is a separate sitting area including a sofa bed and it's own TV set. The breakfast is complimentary that could use somenimprovement. Over all, this is an upscale hotel at a motel price. Oliver

The front desk clerk didn't make eye contact or smile at all during our two day stay.

Room was as expected except that the shower curtain was missing and walking down to the front desk didn't seem to hit a cord with the clerk. I simply told "sorry about that" and was unable to get on then or the next morning.

The hotel room was very modern in decor and the low lighting was fantastic! Had a great atmosphere with the color choices and the amenities in the room. Here's some issues I noticed: The iPod docking station did not work and the TV channels were very limited.. the shower curtain was a bit short for the bathtub....the full breakfast was "average" in […] taste and limited in selection (it did have a waffle maker which is a plus)...it was very noisy at night with people coming and going...there's may have been a convention going on at the time or something like that.... My room was very beautiful and comfortable except for two issues. There was a bad smell that came from the bathroom sink when water was run down the drain (sewer gas). My room was located near a stairwell, so it was very noisy with a lot of door slamming and footsteps going up and downstairs.

The room was beautiful but the other reviews weren't exaggerating....the TV channel options suck. The breakfast was very limited but no one really stays at a hotel for the breakfast anyways. We did have an issue at check-in. Hotels.com listed one price and the room was a different price when we got there. The clerk told me hotels.com was wrong and I […] would need to call them about it. Thankfully when the manager got there the next morning the problem was remedied with no hassle. The location is at the end of the Roswell strip, but it's not a big town so it really didn't matter. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay there and if for any reason we are ever in Roswell again, we would choose this hotel again. Continua a leggere

Hotel had very poor tv service. Was very disappointed in this.

Fronk desk help not professional, playing games on the guest computer when we arrived. No snacks in the machines. Trash and ash tray at the entrance were overflowing with garbage,grass not trimmed,fountains not working. Room was great, I hope they are not the next to go.

As I was looking at reviews for other hotels in Roswell, I became very nervous about the quality I was paying for. I then discovered Comfort Suites which was listed as one of the newest hotels in town. Staying here was truly the best decision we made. My room was comfortable with some modern amenities, and the staff was very pleasant. This is our second time staying at this hotel. The previous issue with the door closing completely without forcing it has been resolved. The accommodations were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was so good, we stopped in again on our way back home! I feel we received a good deal for the room at an excellent price. On our return trip home however, the elevator was out of order and we had to climb the stairs to the third floor!

Remarkable hotel. SO cheap yet there were 2 huge t.vs and it was one of the cleanest hotels i've ever been in. It's a diamond in the rough over there in Roswell

I booked this hotel for my wife and kids and some extended family on their way to Col. When they arrived they were informed the elevator and indoor pool were both out of service - both of which are unacceptable. The hotel appears nice from the pictures, but you simply can't have major amenities "out of service." When it's ~100 degrees outside and you […] have kids, the pool MUST work. The room was very spacious and had very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent and well attended.

This hotel will be really nice once it has been up and running for awhile but while we were there we came across several problems. They were filling the pool the first day we got there. There were not enough people to check in so it took over 30 minutes to check in, with only 4 people in line and she only checked us in for one night even though we were […] suppose to be there 2. The first room had dirty towel, underwear candy medicine cup with med still in it and safety pins laying on counter,the second room they gave me was a suite , but spool noisy !!!
