We loved the beautiful tropical courtyard where breakfast was served. And it was nice to have a tea service there for whenever you wanted a nice drink. If you are a light sleeper though, bring your white noise machine. I was glad I had done that since the communal breakfast starts at 7 am in the shared courtyard. We were never woken up by noise, but […] once awake, every once in a while I heard a laugh coming from out there. The staff was great - so accommodating, making sure anything we needed was taken care of. The restaurant/bar (built in the space that was the prayer hall when the property was a active cloister) is both cozy and chic and has a great menu. Breakfast (which is an added cost) was delicious - and way too much food! Our only complaint is how the rooms were laid out. There was a lot of space, but much of it was taken up by the quasi-outdoor shower that we never used...so the part with our (very comfortable) bed in it was a bit small. Our hot water also ran out really quickly...after only one (not that long) shower. The location was great - less than a 10 minute walk and you're in the heart of downtown Willemstad with its restaurants and shops and bars and outdoor markets and water views. Continua a leggere

The staff was young and friendly but not always very knowledgable. Hotel is definitely oriented to Dutch clientele. There is a recently opened restaurant and bar which has a great deal of promise. Most rooms back onto a neighboring school which makes things rather noisy on school day mornings. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was in a good location, close to the city center and about 15 min and $30 taxi from the airport. ThE garden or courtyard of the hotel was nice and quiet. Aand the pool was cute but small. Overall the hotel was as expected.. Nothing grand . The bed was comfortable enough and had enough pillows and the ac worked perfectly, which u definitely […] need in that country. The shower was clean and had hot/cold water. The staff was awesome and helpful, especially Michael the chef. The kitchen was being repaired and they only offered buffet breakfast at $15 usd. OverAll I would definitely go to the hotel again if I rented a car and for some crazy reason I would ever go to Curacao again! Continua a leggere

Authentic and relaxing. We were there in the off season and couldn't have asked for a better stay. We chose this B&B instead of a resort because we wanted to see the city and its local residents as well as the tourists. The breakfast was European but good and plentiful. Bonito Hotel, atencion muy buena, limpio y acogerdor. Muy recomendable.

O Hotel é um antigo convento reformado, decoração bonita e frequentado por holandeses. O ponto alto é estar na cidade, o que traz uma perspectiva um pouco distinta dos grandes resorts, mas implica em alugar um carro para ir a praia. De todo modo é esse o jeito para conhecer Curaçao. O café da manhã é a parte e muito caro (15 dólares) . Mas há uma varanda […] com mesinhas e dá para fazer seu próprio café. Um micro ondas faria muito bem. Especialmente, me agrado mucho la excelente disposicion y colaboracion de todo el personal del hotel. A ellos mil gracias. La edificacion es muy bella e interezante. Me gusta mucho su ubicacion, muy cerca de Punda. MI unica observacion esta relacionada con el piso de la habitacion, las baldosas lucenn muy gastadas, lo que las hace parecer sucias. Excelente hotel, habitaciones espaciosas y limpias, atención de primera, personal atento y amable, la comida bien en presentación y sabor. Hotel 100% recomendable. Es acogedor e intimo perfecto para parejas.

hotel tranquilo, se alojan principalmente holandeses, a diez minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad, zona un poco solitaria para salir de noche , apartado de las playas

Prima locatie op loopafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden, terrassen en restaurants; heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel; kamer was prima in orde en wordt goed bijgehouden. Wanneer weer op Curaçao eerste keus!!
