Days Inn & Suites Russellville Russellville

The hotel claimed the sight overbooked and had me in a different room than for which I asked, yet they upgraded me to keep it a king. However, the next morning they tried to boot me out of the room and say "my room" was ready. I told them I wouldn't move because the mistake was theirs and I shouldn't be shuffled.

This is a new hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. Very spacious with easy on and off access to the interstate. With in walking distances of Colton's (steak house) and other places to eat. I will return.

I stayed here Nov of 2011 and it was everything you could ask for. Great food that was ready early before my fishing tournament. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I every have a bass tournament at lake dardanelle

The room was clean except for the pink mold on the tiles in the bathroom shower. A sign posted in the bathroom said if you forget anything, just ask for it at the front desk. I had forgotten my hair conditioner, so I asked the front desk and they responded they didn't have any.

Other than my refrigerator ticking, the room was very nice.

Nice, new hotel with wonderful staff. Great breakfast each morning and many places to eat very close. Will definitely stay there again.

This is one of the finest hotels I've stayed in. Very clean, very well decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need a first class hotel at a very affordable price, this is the place to stay.

As someone who is not a huge fan of hotels, I must say that I was VERY impressed with this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel still smells new. Was not thinking this would be too nice of a place, but the rooms were great, the pools was nice and the breakfast was good. Room was very quiet, even with proximity to I40 and other business.

Everything was outstanding. The only minor complaint is the amount of clorine in the pool. That was so minor that I didn't care. The place looks brand new and staff was polite, courteous, and prompt when a request was made.

One of the nicest places I have stayed for the price. Only concern is the tub is slippery when you shower. Ask for a mat at the front desk.

This the newest hotel in the Russellville area. I was looking forward to my first visit. However, no one was present to greet me at the front desk, and I had to hunt someone down to check in. They didn't seem very appreciative of having a hotel guest. The room was very nice and clean, and the decor was fresh. There's even a nice Panasonic HD TV. The […] beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. Sounds great until.... the doors start slamming. All evening I heard doors closing on my floor. I had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep at all. It was the same the next night. I don't know why they can't put something on the doors to keep them from slamming. When it was time for checkout, no one was to be seen. No one answered the mysterious "bell" after 5 rings. Finally, someone showed up and said she hoped I eenjoyed my stay. I can't mention any specific names, but there are at least two neighboring motels that have very comfortable rooms and much better sound isolation. I personally will not stay at the Days Inn again, although the property is very nice. A staff overhaul might be the best thing for this hotel. Continua a leggere

A smell of newness was everywhere . . Breakfast was standard "continental" No problems to report!!

Had a really great stay here. I've stayed at a few of the hotels in Russellville and so far this is the best one.
