All in all very satisfactory. we are in the mature age group and initially felt that the hotel was more suited to younger family type holiday makers but in fact it worked out vey well. Lots of lovely space inside and outside the hotel. Staff lovely and most helpful. I felt that the bar prices were a bit off the wall but that is the same everywhere.

I visited the hotel for one week, and the first thing I noticed was that the room was really cold. I tried to put the heater on, but it was really slow in warming the room. Also it couldn´t be running 24/7, so everyday that I got back to the room it was freezing cold. Very good hotel and good service. Situated on a first line, nearest to the beach. far from the city centre, 7-10 minutes by taxi. not so many bars or restaurants nearby, but it doesnt matter if you hava all inclusive. Calm and good place to stay especially with children. Swiming pool and music during a day and quiet at night.

We were very pleased overall with the hotel, but two things they must do something about. 1. Our magnetic card to our door did not work very often, so it was every time a long ride to the reception for renewal. 2. By the pools too loud music for "group plays". This is a typical family package hotel, where a number of guests are all inclusive. The hotel is quite far from town centre but is on the beach. The hotel exceeded my expectations totally. The reception staff and porter were very friendly, the foyer was huge and inviting, and when we got taken to our rooms, we realised we had some of the best rooms in the hotel - they were all sea-facing (the majority of the rooms in the hotel were facing pools). As the hotel is on the beach, it only took us […] two minutes to get to the private beach. It was so clean and well-kept. There were playing areas for children and seating areas for anyone who fancied a drink. There were several pools belonging to the hotel. The two younger children in our group thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the children's pool which was also warm, and didn't want to get out when we had to go! The hotel itself was huge. The room was big, clean and well air conditioned. It had everything we expected and more. We were lucky enough to catch the sun-rise from our balcony, and as we had booked five rooms, all next to each other, we could talk to each other from our balcony's. We had a good view of the Arabic writing on the hill. We took amazing pictures which hold some great memories. We bumped into a few maids the next day; all of them were so friendly and always smiling. Breakfast was excellent - there was so much variety and the staff serving the food were ever so friendly and we had such a laugh with them. We stayed here for a week from August 20-27 and had a very pleasant stay overall, despite the weather! Even though it was the end of August and technically still summer,half of the week was cloudy and we didn't see any sun on two consecutive days.If you get a bit of a sea breathe you need to put something warm on. The rest of it was nice and hot, glorious […] sunshine all day long, so its a hit and miss with the weather in August. Food at the hotel was average and some of it very bland and tasteless.We were all inclusive and that's the way to go as drinks are expensive otherwise.Staff very polite, friendly and helpful.Animation team very good.A short walk into town and the souk (what a horrible, dirty, smelly place but is worth the experience at haggling).Rooms and hotel very clean.Lots of Germans and French who make it difficult to access sun beds on the beach as have to get up at 6 to secure a sun bed.Amazing fish nights: they grilled a massive sword fish and a humongous tuna right in front of you.Beach is lovely and the sea is wonderful Continua a leggere

Iberostar is a very large, tired hotel. The food was terrible but fortunately there were some good restaurants down the boardwalk. Even the breakfast was disgusting (ie rotten strawberrys put out each morning.) The beach area in front of the hotel was quite dirty and the hotel beach chairs were old and broken. Lots of tour groups were staying there […] when we were there so the pool was very crowded. This hotel has a 4 star rating but should be 3 at most. It is down the beach at the end of the boardwalk so it is a very long walk or taxi ride to go anywhere. There are lots of hotels along the boardwalk, I would recommend looking into one of those and not the Iberostar at least not until they do some needed upgrades and improve the food. Location was perfect,on the hotel strip on the beach. Staff was excellent and multi-lingual, Room was extremely nice and the breakfast buffet was huge and tasty. Wireless in lobby. Security was excellent and I would definitely return. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars on everything was the towels screamed for fabric softener! Pool and outdoor areas […] are outstanding too. Hôtel bien situé, accueil agréable , bon rapport qualité/ prix

Nous avons passé 9 jours au mois de mars 2012 dans ce magnifique palace. Le personnel aux petits soins, la chambre spacieuse avec vue sur le magnifique jardin. Les 2 piscines extérieures dont 1 chauffée. Au niveau restauration : le petit dej sous forme de buffet à volonté, excellent. Le repas du soir, buffet également, excellent. A recommander vivement […] pour le confort, et le rapport qualité prix. Nous avions pris des massages. Le Spa est trés propre et belle décoration. Fint hotel hvis man er til All Inclusive. Hvis man ikke er tilmeldt All Inclusive føler man sig lide "udenfor". Der er langt til restauranter og man er afhængig af at tage taxa. Det er dog billigt at køre taxa. Hotellet ligger i den modsatte ende af strandpromenaden. fantastisk, smuk og velfungerende hotel med perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til strand , marked og andre seværdigheder. Dejlig og varieret morgen buffe og venligt personale. Ideelt til familier med børn.

At opholde sig her var luxus: flot arkitektur, smukke blomster og træer, pænt anlæg - og ikke mindst: liggestole på den rene strand. Det store antal ansatte var yderst venlige og hjælpsomme, og morgenmaden var overdådig med bl.a. friske frugter, omeletter, pandekager og myuntethe... Kaffen var dog elendig. Vi købte os til fire gange hammam og massage […] på hotellet, og her herskede stor forvirring, ligesom arealerne var nedslidte (bruseren virkede ikke, der var ikke gjort rent i hamman'en, nøgler manglede til skabene, bookingtiderne blevb ikke overholdt, myntetheen var lunken eller blev ikke serveret...) Bon Hotel 4*. La piscine chauffée (28° en dec) fait partie des gros avantages de l'hotel, car sa petite soeur non chauffée était seulement à 18°... Les buffets de petit dej comme en soirée sont copieux et régulièrement réachalandés La formule snack le midi est "négociable" si vous vous etes contentés de la 1/2 pension, surtout si vous avez des enfants. L'accès […] à la plage est direct avec prêt de jeux, ballons, (enfants) Les chambre sont diversifiées, attendez vous dans la gamme la moins chère à une vue arrière avec un bandeau de pelouse assez limité avant le mur d'enceinte et assez sombre (mais c'est les moins chères !), mais si vous montez dans la gamme, les chambres vues piscine deviennent très agréables. Bon confort intérieur. Chambres 4 personnes (enfants) avec cloison de séparation entre coin adulte et enfants Wifi gratuit en accès reception Accès centre ville nécessitant taxi ou 30 min de marche , car un peu excentré. En plein hiver , alors que la température était inhabituellement basse pour Agadir , avoir une chambre latérale - sur le jardin - n'était pas agréable du tout : jamais le moindre soleil n'y parvenait . Contrairement à des vistes précédentes , il nous a été refusé de nous mettre dans une chambre plus ensoleillée , alors qu'il y avait de la place , et […] que nous sommes des clients réguliers ; la Direction est manifestement devenue plus rigide , c'est un mauvais point ! Nous avons passés un sejour très agreable pour notre anniversaire de mariage de 25 ans et de surcroit mon anniversaire de mes 50 ANS la plage, la piscine avec un ciel bleu en plein mois de décembre, que du bonheur

Atmosfæren var ikke venlig eller imødekommende. Aftensmaden var direkte ringe Stranden er pragtfuld, og strandpromenaden er simpelthen fantastisk flot.

1 vakterna på hotellet är som Gestapo dem är på gästerna och frågar ut dem vid både ingång och utgång om rumsnummer mm som ett förhör det var nästan jobbigt att gå ut ibland. 2 Personalen på hotellet är så inkompetenta vi fick ingen täcke till vår dotter hon fick ett lakan och när vi ber om ett var det nästan som om vi bad om en lyxsvit gratis. 3 personalen […] fick vår dotters sko som blev glömda vid poolen skorna återfanns aldrig då 3 dagar i sträck slussas vi mellan reception, poolpersonalen och barnklubben och ingen visste vart skorna var till slut åkte vi hem utan. 4 Mat buffen innehåller gammal mat varpå jag blev matförgiftad av korven. 5 Komunikations problem internt på hotellet. 6. Man får betala kommunalskatt på cirka 2 eurp per person per natt. Annars fin lobby pool dock var sängarna gamla och utan bäddmadrasser vilket kunde vara obekvämt ibland. Rekomenderas EJ. Fräscht och lyxigt för ett överkomligt pris. Litet långt att gå till centrum, men "petit taxi" är billiga.

Fin beliggenhet til stranden, men ca. 20 min å gå til sentrum. Vi hadde bare frokost inkl. og dette hotellet legger opp til at alle har all inclusive. Ingenting å kjøpe av mat på hotellet utenom dette. Fant noen restauranter og butikker ca. 10 min. fra hotellet. Rommet var stort og hadde fin utsikt til bassenget.

Schönes, angenehmes Hotel mit gutem All Inclusive Angebot. Essen könnte etwas abwechlungsreicher sein. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zu empfehlen.

Hotellet hadde lagt til rette for kunder med "all inclusive" tilbud. Dette gjelder spesielt restauranttilbudet ved hotellet hvor de tilbød middagsbuffet alternativt noe de kalte a la carte restaurant med kun en dagens meny. Til lunsj var det også kun tilbud om lunsjbuffet - riktignok både innendørs og utendørs. Det var ingen steder hvor man kunne bestille […] en smårett til lunsj. Når det gjelder service i respesjonen var den også lite tilfredsstillenede og bar preg av at reiseledere sørget for avreise etc. Vi ba dem bestille taxi til oss da vi skulle dra til flyplassen og fikk beskjed om at vi fant taxi utenfor hotellet. Å få anbefalt fastpris på drosjeturen måtte vi klare selv etter mye diskusjoner med sjåføren. Erfaringen vår tilsier at det bør opplyses om at dette er et hotell som i hovedsak tilbyr "all inclusive" gruppereiser, og at det er begrenset tilbud mht. restauranter og servering. Hotell med lugnt och stort poolområde och precis vid standen och standpromenaden. Ca 25min promenad till centrum (restauranger). Omgivningar lite trista då det enbart är all inclusive hotell i närheten, dvs. inga övriga restauranger att finna i närheten. All inclusive matsalen är lite skolbespisning men maten är bra, dock okryddad = efter några dagar […] är det svårt att avgöra om fisken är fisk eller kycklingen är kyckling. Allt börjar smaka likadant. Dock lunchen som också serveras vid poolen var bättre kryddad (och ger lite omväxling till matsalen) Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. Ibland upplevde vi dock att personalen hellre servar fransktalande gäster än tysk-&engelsktalande men det kanske är så i hela Marocko. Bra gratis barnklubb med aktiviteter hela dagarna. Rummet var stort och bra (180cm säng), men kanske lite slitet (hotellet ca 9år). Inget fel på städningen dock! Summasummarum: klart rekommenderbart för barnfamiljer, men ta all inclusive då det kommer bli svårt att hitta några andra resturanger i närheten. Continua a leggere

Et familievennlig hotell. All inclusive fungerte bra med god mat hele tiden. Minus for dispenserbrus og dårlig kaffe! Personalet gjorde en fantastisk jobb, meget hyggelige mennesker! The hotel was very nice. Good buffets and nice service. It defenately helps to tip the staff - for a much better and quicker service. The breakfast buffet is very good, and has warm and cold food, as long as pasteries and bake goods. Verkligen bra underhållning både för barn och vuxna. En stor stjärna till alla unga människor som jobbade med Enterteinment. Maten tyckte vi var inget vidare. samma mat varje dag. tråkigt trots att mängden var det inget fel på.
