Very good experience. I traveled with two kids 4 and 7 years old. Negative remarks: the internal swimming pool was too cold, the corridors had a quite strong smell of cleanning product. This hotel is in a very good location, next to Lac des Nations, walking distance from Wellington street, many choces of restaurants within walking distance. Didn´t like, plastic plates fork and knifes. Bread for breakfust was not always ok. Small Gym and running equipment not in as it should be. This hotel was very good. I have to say the hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The continental breakfast was adequate. Staff very pleasant and accommodating - especially the front desk staff. While the rooms were spacious, and the bed very comfortable, I found the room itself very dark. Not much into the fluorescent lighting behind […] the bed. The only adequate lighting was in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers. It is very central to the downtown core and shopping district. The hotel also offers many discounts at local restaurants - just look in the back of the Guest Services book located in your room. Nice modern hotel in Sherbrooke. The ceilings in the hotel have been left to show the bare concrete. It is supposed to look edgey. It does not. We all wondered if there had been a leak and they were in the midst of repair. The ambience however in the lobby is nice and the staff helpful in both French and English. I'm from Sherbrooke, born and raised, but no longer have a place to stay in town. Needless to say I was delighted to see that a new boutique hotel had opened there. The downtown location is great and the area surrounding the lake has had a major overhaul which makes it much nicer and friendlier than it used to be. There is a cool lounge downstairs; […] it's a good place to chill with a glass of wine and enjoy a view of the Lac-des-Nations and Mount Orford. Of course I couldn't call the lounge a kid-friendly place, but I went with two kids on a slow evening and they were treated with a cup of hot chocolate. Free breakfast in the same lounge in the morning, nothing special, does the job. Spotless, free Wi-Fi. All in all the hotel offers no luxuries but the basics, at a good price, in an urban setting. Verify nice hotel but they would do well to invest in some additional cribs as the hotel only seems to have a single crib available. We traveled with a 5 month old but were lucky our room had a second bed and that our baby can not roll over yet. "Bien situé près du centre-ville"
Chambre = numéro 1, très bien. Points négatifs : Déjeuner dans de la vaisselle en plastique, pas de peignoirs dans les chambres (pour aller à la piscine). Appréciation générale = très bonneRecensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Service à l'opposé de la qualité de l'hôtel"
Belles chambres et emplacement idéal. À quoi bon se vanter d'avoir un bar dans l'hôtel si celui-ci est fermé à 23h un samedi soir ? "Désolé monsieur je ne peux pas vous servir, ma caisse est fermée depuis 23h..." Notez les factures aux numéros de chambre et vous n'avez pas besoin de "caisse"!!
