Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 25 feb 2013La posizione è stupenda in quanto si trova direttamente di fronte a Central Park. La nostra camera era veramente spaziosa. Per la colazione è meglio premurarsi che sia già pagata o meno altrimenti viene addebitata sulla camera e poi bisogna spiegare che era già pagata. Attenzione al frigo bar, ogni tanto caricano sul conto consumazioni non fatte. Nel nostro caso, dopo una breve spiegazione, hanno provveduto immediatamente a cancellarla dal conto finale e senza fare troppe storie. Il personale è stato gentile a parte qualche cameriere un po scorbutico durante la colazione ma con il quale abbiamo subito chiarito, parlando noi un buon inglese.

Siamo una famiglia composta da 2 adutli e due bimbi piccoli (4 e 1). Abbiamo trascorso 1 settimana fra fine marzo e inizio aprile 2012 in questo albertgo di Chelsea, e ne siamo rimasti soddisfatti. La posizione è validissima, se si pensa che l'ingresso della metro è a 10 mt dall'albergo, ci sono molti luoghi per mangiare nelle vicinanze, nonchè un […] utilissimo supermercato. Nella scheda su internet è scritto che nella colazione non c'è il latte, ma invece c'è, per cui nessun problema da questo punto di vista. Personale cordiale e disponibile: quando siamo arrivati mancava la culla e un letto singolo, ma una volta segnalato il tutto in 10 min hanno provveduto. We were really satisfied with this hotel, since it has a great location and close to interesting places. We used subway most of the time (red line 1,2,3) you can go to Time Square or downtown easily. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Staff was friendly and they arrange taxis to go to the airport really early in the morning. I love the Chelsea neighborhood and this hotel is right in it. No lobby seating but there were coffee shops and restaurants very close by so we just met at one of those. Room furniture and decor needs some major updating. Polyester, quilted bedspreads are usually offered at much cheaper hotels. The beds were HARD and low. The windows did not have any drapes that closed, only cosmetic, allowing too much sun streaming into the room in the morning. The desk staff was not friendly and seemed annoyed when I shared with them […] that the drain in the shower was super slow and backs up into the tub. I also shared that the shower makes a loud whine sound unless it is turned all the way hot. I would definitely NOT stay here again. The only real plus was the location. Hi stayed here for four nights in early March. Had three teens with me and we stayed in a room with two double beds. For the price, we didn't expect much and it was an OK hotel. The service at the front desk was not good at all (didn't respond to questions, had some attitude when we requested four towels for our room), but they did come through with […] the extra towels in the end. "best location"
It was an all around perfect stay in the city. This 23rd and 7th Ave. hotel was the perfect location for our event. It was clean, friendly, and we definitely couldn't beat the price! We would come back and recomment in a heartbeat!Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Comfort,convenience and value"
Hotel was simple but so clean and comfortable for very good value. Really nice location close to major attractions by foot or subway; Times Square , Greenwich village , Chinatown , etc. not too far from La Guardia airport$40 max in traffic. Great eateries around the neighborhood as well as food market. I would stay again. Hotel staff were fine not too […] friendly but not rude either. Answered all questions but did not offer more. They changed the keys to the door while we were out and did not inform us. Late at night it is not cool to be locked out of your room. Front deck didn't seem to care. Didn't keep the coffee pot full either. A lot of foreign speaking was going on in front of me as well.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Great Value"
This hotel is in the heart of manhattan. It is close to transportation and walking distance to many venues. The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The common areas and room were clean and reasonably attractive. Much betger than 2-3star chain hotels that are in the same price range. I'd stay again. Great Value.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Cheap and central location"
Hotel was better than expected of a budget stay. It is superbly located within walking distance of Chelsea, Greenwich, Broadway and Empire State Building.The hotel provide complimentary morning coffee and pastries. We found the staff to be very helpful and they readily provided advice on getting around and top tips for local eating and shopping. "Great location for Chelsea and the Village"
