"Perfect Location"
Place is just fantastic. The home is very warm & inviting. It is very clean, close to the River Market by trolley and a short walk to local eateries. Definitely on our repeat list of places to stay while in the Little Rock area. Don't pass this one up if you have an opportunity. A+ all around.

"Baker House"
First time stating here. A perfect get away if you want to have a romantic weekend. Unfortunately my wife wasn't with me since this was a business trip ... though I plan to bring her with me next time and stay here. Perfect hospitality and great breakfast included. The best thing was their unbelievable beds.

We recently spent the night here, based on other reviews and the desire to support someone besides a chain. We found the welcome very warm, the location convenient enough for our purposes, and the breakfast very good. The bathroom across the hall from our bedroom was a bit inconvenient, but 100-year-old houses can be retrofitted only so much, so we […] were not put off by that. "Good B&B"
It is good to stay in a few B&B's - it makes a complete change from all the chain hotels. One receives personal service & attention. WE were the only ones staying there - so we had the best attention. Guy, very helpful & told us where we could eat on a Sunday evening. Not many places open. "More romantic then a $500 a night luxury hotel."
You will absolutely love this place, whether by yourself or as a couple. Each room is a charming, lavish gem inside a Victorian Era home, and the bathrooms & tubs & bath accessories (they provide a mini bubble bath bottle as well as a cute little Eco-friendly shampoo & body bar) are incredible! Our bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept […] in, and I kept wondering where they purchased the blankets. It was 104 degrees the weekend we visited, yet perfectly cool inside the house, even though it's probably very old. The service was incredible- you're a true guest here, not just a visitor. The gentleman who checked us in & gave us a tour also cleans & makes a great breakfast in the morning that you can share around the table while chatting with other guests or on the patio/by yourself. Be sure to walk down the street in both directions- it's right in this little old town area with the cutest furniture/antique stores, and 2 or 3 bars & restaurants, & a cute little food market.
